Hotel was okay to stay in but several odd design decisions of the rooms made the stay worse than it should have been.

1. Unable to turn off the bathroom light and fan, turns off automatically after 10(?) minutes. Was afraid to wake up the family when using it.

2. The sink faucet is oddly close to the wall and too far from the sink so you always get some water dripping on the counter and eventually on the floor.

3. Doors slam hard so you'll loudly hear everyone get in their rooms in the evening.

All these can be improved if the hotel has the will to do it.

The hotel was affordable, and the staff was very nice and spoke enough English that I was able to check in/out easily. However, the facility was not as glamourous as expected, the sheets and towels were worn and had holes, and the shower head was older, so the water stream was not the best. But overall, it did exactly what we needed and was close to shopping and the metro!

The room was very spacious, which was convenient for a group of several friends traveling together. We liked the area too - you can walk to the main food drag in Seomyeon and the metro was super close too. The vibe is a little corporate overall, and hotel breakfast was mid.

Avoid this place

The room was in a state of disrepair and bore little resemblance to the photos. The blinds did not close properly so there was no darkness as we slept. Worst, the room had an extremely unpleasant odour.

Great room layout and plenty of space. One of the most comfortable beds and best sleeps I’ve gotten while traveling! The towels and linens were very clean and everything was clearly maintained but some of the details like corners of the rug or grout were dusty and seemingly overlooked. Didn’t impact the overall stay too much but worth noting.

Verty good hotel in an excellent location

The main reason to book was the hotel's proximity to Seomyeon metro station but it turned out that there are many other advantages.

For starters, the area is a shopping hub: underground shopping malls, Lotte, NC, and Samjung tower shopping centres, not to mention the close by streets where tons of shops and eateries are enough to keep one busy.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and professional even though a couple of times we did experience a bit of a challange to communicate due to language barriers but the staff would eventually understand our requests or questions and provide the needed help.

We'll certainly come back again when we come to Busan

This was one of my family's favourite hotel during our stay in Korea. The room was big enough for all of us to stay and rest comfortably after a long day of sight seeing. Enough space for luggage for 5 people. The room is clean everyday. They also provide toiletries and bottled water. They also have washing machine onsite for a fee so at least you don't have to go wondering where to find a laundromat each time you need to wash clothes. However, 2 of their washing machines were broken so you have to time your washing well. They have a 24 hour emart at the lobby which was really convenient and a few take away shops next door. We loved our stay here although staff doesn't speak much English but they are friendly and will try to help you. We would love to stay here again next time when we go back to Busan.

I was in town for the BTS concert, first time in South Korea. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful (though didn't always have answers to questions about travel), and the rooms were tidied everyday. There is a convenience store attached that had snacks and drinks which was very useful. It is only a 6ish minute walk to Seomyeon Station, which is a main hub of the transit line, which was incredibly convenient. Taxis also very easy to flag outside. My one complaint is that the restaurant that was supposed to serve breakfast was never open - it says 7-930, but i went at 7am on Saturday and they said not until 730 (too late for me that day), then i went again on Monday and they said they only opened on weekends. It was too bad. Although it was a bit outside of the more lively areas of Busan, with the closeness of the subway i would definitely stay here again (visiting from Canada).

Extremely spacious. Huge room with work space and very nice bathroom. Very good value. The location wasn't really near anything of note, though it was about 5-7 minute walk to the subway so not bad. Also, the staff was very friendly but most really couldn't speak English even a little bit. So, if that is necessary, then it's not a good location. But they were super helpful as much as they could be. One of the staff called us a cab and insisted that he take us to the airport even though he was reluctant (due to our luggage).

The location is superb, lass than 5min walk to Seomyeon station. Restaurants are in abundance around the area and even a very big market just across the road. However, if you're driving a mid/big size car, beware the carpark entrance is small and driver need to be very careful when entering and exiting. Kudos to the staff though, they're very helpful and hardworking! Kitchen also useless as there's utensils provided and no stove. Only a kettle and 4 mugs provided. Will be great if the kitchen is funational.

部屋がすごく広いです。但し、カーテンがすごく汚れてました。
浴室の電気はセンサー式で少し不便でした。シャワーの途中で暗くなったりします。
コインランドリーありますが、時間制限あるので、要注意です。家庭式のものなので、洗濯や乾燥は時間かかります。
スタッフが親切です、一階に24時間のコンビニがあって便利です。

整潔還不錯，價錢很便宜，但門鎖似乎壞了，窗戶不是用窗簾是用百葉窗，淋浴門跟廁所分開不太方便，淋浴牆還有電箱，浴室燈都是感應的，一分鐘不動就會暗，上述不介意的人記得帶拖鞋或去大創買一雙，拖鞋是重複使用布材質。

地下鉄駅から近くて空港との行き来が便利です。繫華街なので道路からの音はありますが眠れないほどではないです。周りにコンビニや飲食店も多く立地が良いです。部屋も狭くないのでキャリーバッグ広げる余裕があります。シャワーの排水が洗面所の方に来るのが気になります。窓が少し開けられるので外気が入れられるのが良かったです。

駐車場が地下で。
立体駐車場でした。
とても狭い💦

ロビーは1階で、ロビーのトイレは2階のレストラン使用です。

アメニティは、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ。
タオルは1人でしたが、2組ずつ置いてくれました。
お湯の出があまり良くなかったです。

ミネラルウォーターも毎日2本ずつ。
冷蔵庫はペットボトルを6本入れると一杯で。
ただ、2段なので、上にも寝かせてペットボトルが2本入りました。

セキュリティBOXもありましたが(笑)
私の部屋のは壊れていたのか、開きませんでした。

エレベーターは、カードキーがないと客室階には行けません。

部屋自体は、スーツケースを広げても充分広かったです。

西面11番出口~徒歩五分くらいだったかな。
場所も分かりやすく、西面葉繁華街なので、遊びも買い物も困らない。空港からも近く非常に便利でした。
部屋も清潔で、シャワールームもトイレと別で独立してるのでやりやすいです。
ウォシュレットも有りで問題なし。
1階にコンビニがあるのも良かったです。
スタンダードツインでしたが、部屋の広さも申し分なく、余裕でトランク広げられる広さです。
価格から見てもとっても良かったです。
今回は1泊しかしなかったけども、非常に満足。
何より12時チェックアウトは魅力でした。
また利用したいです。

西面駅11番出口から６-7分程度です。フロントの方は日本語が通じないようですが、一般的な英語が出来れば問題なかったです。部屋にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、ドライヤー、湯沸器、冷蔵庫、ハンガー、パジャマ以外のアメニティは無いので持参です。でもホテルの隣にeマートがあるので事足ります。デラックストリプルルームに宿泊したのですが、大人3人で十分な広さで普通に綺麗でした！別階に洗濯機もあって長期滞在には助かります。釜山に行く際はまた利用すると思います⭐︎！

룸 업그레이드를 해 줘서 그나마 다행인 듯.
1층에 이마트24 편의점이 있어서 편합니다.

소파 등 시설이 좀 낡았어요.
뷰는 없다고 보면 되고, 잠만 자는데는 큰 문제 없습니다.
단체 관광객이 많은 듯 한데 저는 제일 고층이라 그런지 시끄럽지는 않았어요.

SUV나 5.2미터 이상 되는 차는 주차 타워에 들어갈 수 없어 장애인 주차장 등에 세우는데 4대 정도만 세울 수 있어 큰 차는 일찍 체크인해야 합니다.
전기차 충전기 있는데 경차 전기차만 된답니다.

位置距離地鐵不會太遠，房間很大，放行李很方便，空調也有冷，床也很舒服，但地板沒有很乾淨、拖鞋也是（建議自備拖鞋），房間大門螺絲鬆掉，房務清潔人員每天來但也沒處理😅，因為床好睡和空間大，還是可以考慮再來。

房務人員亂收房客東西，做事不仔細有待加強

缺點：
1. 房務人員多次把我們購買草莓的水果盤收走，讓我們要洗其他水果時無水果盤可用。
2. 吹風機插著萬用接頭插在插座上，房務人員將吹風機擺放整齊後萬用接頭卻遺失了。
3. 去大廳櫃台告知，櫃台在遺失物裡沒找到我遺失的萬用接頭，說隔天早上九點前會再連絡我，但是隔天也沒有主動聯絡，最後是自己在床下找到的。
4. 有一次用過的毛巾放在浴缸旁邊卻沒被收走

優點：
1. 房間空間很大且乾淨。
2. 大廳櫃台男接待人員態度很好，告知水果盤被房務人員收走後有借我兩個盤子。

즐겁게 다녀온 부산여행의 베이스캠프 티티호텔

가족여행으로 방문했었습니다. 프런트데스크 분들이 잘 챙겨주셔서 즐겁게 지내다 가게 된 것 같습니다.

서면과도 적당한 거리가 있어서 조용했구요.
주차장이 좀 좁고 타워식으로 운영하여 번거로움이 있긴 했지만, 요령이 생기니 그런데로 적응할 수 있었습니다.

한가지 샤워실에 수건걸이나 갈아입을 옷을 걸어둘 옷걸이가 문에 붙어있거나 벽에 있으면 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 드네요. 감사합니다. 잘 지내다 왔습니다. :-)

생각보다 넓고 침대 커서 좋았어요 원래 잠자리 가리는데 아주 푹잤습니다 조식도 예약할인하면 가격대비 괜찮은 수준이고 서면 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 조용했어요 일층에 편의점 있는것도 좋았고 주변에 다른 편의점 있어요 변기수압은 센편이고 샤워기 수압은 조금 약합니다 세면대에 수전이 벽하고 가까워서 사용시 물이 세면대에 튀는거 말고는 불편한건 못느꼈고 냉장고가 생각보다 용적량이 큽니다 다음에 서면쪽에 묵을일이 생기면 여기로 하려구요

이불시트 갈아달라 했는데도 청결하지 않음

부산 갈 때 마다 매번 숙박하는 곳이라 이번이 3번째인데 이제 가야할지 모르겠네요. 위치랑 침대 매트리스는 참 좋은데 직원관리랑 청결 좀 신경 써주세요.

1. 체크인 할 때 난데없이 바우처 요청
(요즘 다 이름이나 해외를 가도 신분증 확인하는데 무슨 바우처 타령인가요..)

2. 방 배정 받자 마자 이불과 침대시트 얼룩 발견하여 변경 요청

3. 외국인 직원인지 에어팟으로 통화하면서 이불시트 갈아주는데 옆에 있어도 창문도 열지 않고 먼지나게 엄청 세게 털면서 갈아줌
덕분에 이불 깃털 다먹을뻔해서 내가 직접 창문 오픈

4. 기껏 갈았는데 구멍나고 얼룩 있는 시트들
짜증나고 귀찮아서 다시 얘기 안함

서면역에 숙소 알아보다가 친구랑 둘이 숙소 이용했는데 저도 친구도 아주 만족한 숙소였습니다. 건너편에 공사중이긴 했지만, 그렇게 시끄럽지 않았고, 베개 커버의 위생상태가 약간 좋지 않은듯 했지만, 심한 정도는 아니었습니다.
다만 서면역에서 조금 떨어져 있어 번화가로 나가려면 10분정도 걸어야 했습니다. 욕실이나 샤워실이 나눠져 있고, 청결상태 괜찮았습니다. 친구와 모호텔을 예상하고 잡은 숙소였는데 생각보다 좋고 깔끔해서 놀랐습니다.
주차 공간이 불편하다는 후기가 많았는데 입출구가 같고 차량 한대만 지나갈 정도로 협소해서 그런가보다 했지만, 체크아웃 하던 일요일 빼고는 직원분이 항상 상주해 계셔서 봐주셨습니다. (낮부터 늦은시간까지 계속 계셨음)
전체적으로 만족한 숙소였습니다. :)

가격대비 아쉽네요

주차장은 좁습니다. 거의 기계식 주차를 해야 합니다. 난방은 약간 춥습니다. 조절이 어려워 처음에 추위에 떨었지만 프로트에서 바로 대응해 주었네요. 그런데 새벽에 다시 추워지는 것은 왜 그럴까요? 분위기는 호텔과 모텔 중간수준. 로비의 첫인상은 깨끗합니다. 방안에 투명의자는 모텔 느낌이 있습니다. 1층에 편의점 있으나 빵이 없네요. 코로나로인해 조식은 주말만 한다고 함. 조식 1인 8500원 저렴. 주변 먹거리는 부족하지만 그래도 저녁 먹을 곳들은 가까이 있습니다. 넷***가 나와서 밤에 열심히 봤네요. 침구는 포근합니다.
