It was next to the main mall. Also closest to the convenient shops and eateries. There is also a Forex Machine at the Hotel lobby where you can change currency, get an e sim and a train ticket. Hotel staff communicate well, and can also assist with cab service calling.

The breakfast service is not good and food choice is limited. The staff will chased guests to leave at 10 am sharp, irregardless they had delayed the guest time to get and finished their food as food were often not replenished in time to be ready for guests.

The hotel is generally nice and located in a good shopping/dining area. Room was smaller than expected, and needed a little bit of upkeep (one beside lamp attached to the wall was loose and hanging down, TV control box was hanging below the wall-mounted TV). Sink area was small. Unfortunately the bathroom had an awful smell, that I assume was coming from water in the toilet. We had to keep the door shut all the time, otherwise the whole room would smell also.

Great property with modern amenities. Excellent location right by subway line. Clean and professional. Wish they could give out more hangers in the room since they have closet space. 24/7 Laundry shop behind the property is convenient for us. Lotte world shopping center next door is great for grabbing a bite or dessert. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would recommend to my friends!

Great rooms with lovely toiletries. Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was not good (for western taste). Lovely cafe on first floor serving delicious coffee, cakes, pastries and sandwiches. Very good location just beside Lotte department store and five minutes from metro.

There was some street noise because of a car/bike with a particularly loud exhaust going back and forth, but again, not as bad as Seoul

Stayed five nights in this hotel. Location is good with many restaurants and eateries around and the Seomyeon underground shopping centre nearby. Subway station is about 5-10mins walk.
Did not get any noise from the streets at night.

The property was close to a lively area with plenty of activity late into the night. It's also very centrally located in Busan so you're a reasonable subway or bus ride to anything you want to do in any direction.

I wasn't happy about the property listing that they had \"laundry facilities\". They don't. They have \"laundry services\", where you drop off a bag of clothes and pay (a lot) per item to get washed. Luckily there is a 24h self-service laundry nearby.

If you're just going to Busan for the beach then you'd be better staying at the beach. But Busan is so much more than that so if you're looking to explore the city then this is a great location to set out from.

Nice hotel and cafe next door if you want breakfast or brunch. Room is clean, reasonable not to small. Service is okay, my only issue was I had to pushed my 3 luggages on my own to the front counter. No one came to help me at all. My husband had crutches so he couldn't, no one opens the door for us. I have to open the door for him and push the luggages through.

location is convenient, however surrounding back alley street is dirty. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. However, on last day due to early flight and not able to catch up breakfast, the front desk refuse to help to get a breakfast box (this is always doable in western hotel I stayed).
