Room was spacious, and clean. Bed was comfortable with queen size but would have been nice if king, however rare to get. Continental breakfast was fine and a good morning start. We had a little trouble locating the hotel as were other Browndots. Seomyeon Location was nice, and near Lotte department store, restaurants , convenient stores and subway stations. The hotel rate was reasonable and I would stay there again. Gimhae airport was about 30 mins away by taxi off hours.

I stayed with BrownDot Business Seomyeon location for 4 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The suite was clean and the area was close to many walkable locations. It was a solid 4.5 out of 5 experience. My only concern was that breakfast was only available from Monday-Thursday and I didn’t get to experience that over the weekend. However, there are many convenient stores around the corner for a quick snack.

The room was very large, very clean, had a computer in the room, fancy bathroom, bathrobes and slippers .Convenient to subway, approximately 1/2 hour from airport. Friendly staff. Room price included basic breakfast

What an amazing hotel in downtown Busan! I usually don’t write reviews but for this hotel I have to. The hotel is located in the middle of Busan with free parking at affordable price. The room is surprisingly spacious with separate toilet/sink/shower and tub. Front desk staffs are extremely friendly and kind. They were very quick to respond to my questions even before check in. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay here! We had a spacious room, the staff is exceptionally friendly & helpful, hotel is very clean!
7-11 just around the corner, plus laundromat! Staff from Hotel even came with us and explained how to use it!
Perfect location with great connections to all sights!

Only downside is the breakfast I would say! It does only until 9am and includes basically only toast with butter & jam, orange juice and cup noodles.

This hotel is hard to fault. For the price, the rooms are fantastic - very clean and modern with an excellent bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out.

The hotel is centrally located in Seomyon, 5 minutes from the metro station, with good access to buses, food places and convenience stores.

Whilst the included breakfast lacked a huge selection, consisting of coffee, cup noodles, toast, eggs, fruit and rolls, it was a nice addition.

The only slight issue was the lack of a safe in the room - however this wasn't too much of a problem. Would highly recommend.

Will stay again in Busan!

The location is very good! Easy to access to the restaurants, shops and subway stations. We had a suite and the room is very big with two toilets and big shower and tub in a separate bathroom. The staffs are very helpful as well. The only down side is the breakfast is very short period of time and very little choices.

Wonderful and excellent stay.

Went to Busan with a family of 7 adults and 3 children and stayed at Browndot Seomyeon. It has an excellent location and the staffs are super friendly to help us by booking jumbo cab to visit attractions and to order food delivery services at night knowing that we have difficulty communicating in Korean with the locals. Overall, room are designed spaciously with a couch and they clean the rooms every morning after our breakfast.

Comfortable and Clean Hotel, Convenient Location

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in was prompt and we were greeted warmly by the team upon entrance. The hotel is strategically located beside Lotte Department Store, walking distance to Seomyeon Food alley, plentiful of cafes and eateries, bus stop and subway station. Unfortunately the breakfast serving time was a little short, which is from 7.30am to 8.50am. We were on vacation mood, hence we found it difficult to wake up early for breakfast. Would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone!

お部屋は広いけど

シャワートイレがリモコン式だったんですが、全く反応せずがっかり。フロントに連絡しても結局そのままでした。シャワートイレが付いてるのでこちらに決めたのでとても失望しました。便器にトイレットペーパーが流せないのも不潔な感じで良い気分ではなかったです。
またクローゼットがなく小さな洋服スタンド１つしかなく、不便でした。ロケーションはロッテホテル、デパート近くで便利です。

No window. The hotel claims it’s new built in 2019. But there is a sign in the toilet indicating the used toilet paper should be thrown to the rubbish bin instead of flushing into the toilet. It’s weird and disgusting.

Perfect choice for footloose traveler

Just have what one needs for a surprisingly restful freshing up and comfy sleep. All are neat, clean and tidy. Compared to four other hotels of equivalent room in the same area which I stayed before, this browndot excels in every aspect. Please rest assured that it is not a budget hotel.

Very nice room and clean hotel

Browndot was a very pleasant place to stay.
Pros:
Building - Clean and well-maintained, including the small garden area at the top of the building.
Room - Clean, spacious room. Very pleasantly surprised at the generous size of the bathroom (tub and standing shower were separate). Comfy beds, clean sheets.
Location - 1+ blocks away from subway and transportation. Lots of eating options around the area, next to large shopping mall (if that's your thing). Lots of nightlife nearby.
Staff - friendly and accommodating.
Cons:
Room door - No peephole, not sure why. I tend to be a security-conscious person.
Breakfast time - Only from 7:30-9:00am. If you were on business, it's ok because you need to wake up early and eat. But if on relaxed vacation, it might not be suitable but you have other breakfast options outside due to location.
Overall: If I were to go to Busan again, Browndot will definitely be on the list of places to stay. We had a very pleasant experience and one of the better rooms on our Korean trip.

Todo iba muy bien hasta que al empacar para mi salida me di cuenta que no estaban unos tenis que llevaba, pregunté y me decían que ellos no los tenían y hasta me hicieron dudar de si los había dejado en algún otro lado hasta que viendo mis videos y fotografías del viaje me percaté que efectivamente use esos tenis durante mi viaje en Busan y regresé con ellos al hotel. El personal del hotel indiferentes no hicieron nada por investigar, se tardaron 3 minutos “preguntando” si alguien los había tomado o visto, pero obviamente nadie aceptó nada. Mis prisas por ir al aeropuerto hicieron que me fuera, pero si me da mucha tristeza que me haya pasado eso en uno de los mejores países a los que he ido.
Conclusión: cierren sus maletas con todas sus pertenencias dentro (incluyendo calzado) con clave o candado, porque EN ESTE HOTEL ROBAN.

La situación del hotel es muy buena. El personal es muy servicial y amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Cada día te dejan una botella de agua gratis para cada huésped. Hay paradas de autobús y metro muy cerca ( a 5 min máximo) y un combini justo en la esquina. La habitación es muy amplia y el baño también es inmenso, con bañera y ducha. Estábamos en una habitación familiar. Nos ha faltado algún armario o estantes para dejar la ropa y demás. No había nada a pesar que sí que hay espacio para algún armario, con lo cual no hemos podido sacar las cosas de la maleta en 3 días que hemos estado alojados. El aire acondicionado tampoco nos ha funcionado demasiado bien y hemos pasado calor en la habitación. En los pasillos del hotel tampoco había aire acondicionado y el calor era bastante intenso.

It’s 2nd time to stay but it’s very noisy from toilet flush /shower sound from other rooms during nights
Which we haven’t had this experience at first time.
Besides, there is one night after dinner, I back to room around 8:30pm. My friend’s room was open. There is one house keeping looking round my friend’s room without our permission. It’s not allowed to enter the room after 4:00pm.We just shopped and back to hotel around 5:30-7:30 and when out around 7:30. The house keeper apologized to me. She was convinced she shouldn’t do it.I don’t think I would book this hotel again

スリッパが残念

部屋は抜群に広く、トイレ別でバスは広く、10階の朝食会場に電子レンジ有、フロントスタッフに頼めばカードキーも2枚くれるので、冷蔵庫の電源を維持できる。
コンビニは近くに小さいセブンイレブンが２軒。
雰囲気が怪しいスーパーマーケットも徒歩数分の距離。
ロッテホテルのすぐ近くだから迷うことなし。
地下鉄で向かう場合、5番出口から地上に出た方がエレベーターがあって楽。
と、ここまでは言うことなしなのだが、問題はスリッパだ。
使いまわしのスリッパが用意されているのだが、左右重ねて棚の中に置いてあった。
しかも片方は足を入れる側、もう片方はスリッパの底側を重ねてあるではないか！
そんな物汚くてはけない。
唯一それだけが残念だった。
こんなこともあろうかと、持参した使い捨てスリッパを使用して事なきを得た。

房間整潔，雖然有點歲月痕跡，但床褥非常舒服，浴室大，抽濕強勁，很喜歡他們的前台員工，態度友善，特別遇到一位當下午班的女生非常親切，笑容可掬，另一位懂國語的男生，替我們預訂計程車之餘，竟然還幫忙把行李放到車上，非常非常感激他！
附近不少餐廳、便利店，其中一間烤鰻魚的小店，很捧，推介！
比較遣憾的是，原來附近的樂天百貨，只有一個外國商品較多的小超市，非想像中的大型樂天超市。

真心覺得這邊的櫃檯人員服務都很熱誠，很不錯，住宿地方交通非常的便利周圍也很多好吃的，空間很大很舒服，美中不足就是廁所的馬桶聲音很大聲，洗澡的水會不穩定，有時大有時小，但整體來說是非常不錯的，西面站8號出口過個馬路轉個彎就到了很方便，下次來釜山還是會住這邊👍

Fine but could be managed better

The hotel is well situated but the management could be improved. The AC in the room was Ok but behaved strangely, turning itself off for unknown reasons. The breakfast is minimalist. In summer , the corridors inside the hotel are hotter than outside, suffocating.

서면 롯데백화점 근처 가성비 좋은 꽤 괜찮은 숙소

롯데백화점, 호텔 바로 근처에 있어서 백화점 쇼핑하고 호텔에 행사 참여하기 좋습니다. 가격 대비 화장실이 욕조도 있고 넓어서 좋습니다. 침구도 그런대로. 큰길에서 살짝 들어와 있는데 그래서 더 조용해서 좋았습니다.

スタッフは日本語OKでとても丁寧で親切。
部屋は清潔で広々。大きな浴室もありがたい。
ひとつ残念なところが部屋にクローゼットがありません。
10階に24時間コーヒー飲み放題のカフェスペース。
平日はここが無料の朝食会場に。
西面に行く時は、また利用したいです。
