It was a nice stay. I don’t think you can get anything better for the price. Yes it’s older, yes there is a little bit of rust and marks on the walls, but other than that, it was perfect.
About 2 minutes from a metro station with two lines. Close to a bunch of convenience store. I was on the third floor and I recommend you to ask to be on the third floor as there is a bar on top of the fourth floor. Would stay here again !

Enjoyable stay with lovely staff (and dog :)). Breakfast was included. Location was great and it was clean.
If I had to give negatives: the bed was quite hard; and the street noise was a little noisy especially on a Saturday night. But it’s excellent value!

Not my best stay
The room was quite dirty, with dust under the bed and some mold in the bathroom. Also, the drain was stuck so there was a lot of water which was not evacuating. All of it made my stay really uncomfortable. The window was directly on another building façade, and there was a lot of noise coming from it, such as vent noises and also we could hear the karaoke room multiple nights until very late. but the bedding was nice and there was breakfast. Also, the host was nice but so I really hope that most of these can be improved.

The place is nothing like the pictures in-person. It's very run down, stains, wear and tear everywhere - from the walls to the linens. Stale air. We were so disgusted that we decided to leave upon seeing the room.

The bedroom itself was pretty nice and clean for the money we paid, but the bathroom smelt really really bad. The Wifi signal was really weak too.

Very spacious for a single room as compared to guesthouses in Seoul. Accessible to Seomyeon station and lots of food around.
As my room is next to the pantry, it's pretty noisy early in the morning and at night. It would be great if staff/other guests can be more considerate and talk softly. It's pretty annoying when you're trying to catch some rest to catch an early bus the next day but unable to do so due to the noise.

Once I got over the surprise of the property being in the same building as two girly bars all was well. It's a simple place, clean, friendly and not actually noisy considering the neighborhood. Excellent location for access to metro and night life. Breakfast was just eggs toast and cereal that you make yourself. It was fine for a few nights stay. The towels are oddly small, bed was comfy, bathroom was fine.

Basic — a bit rough around the edges
The room was fine but it had a lot of yellow marks and scuffs along the wall which made it feel not the cleanest. The bathroom is small but the shower surprisingly has good pressure and gets very hot water. Also note that the towels are not provided but are rented out. Location is good, staff are friendly and their dog, Choco was great to have around.
Overall, you get what you pay for. The room was pretty basic. They also ask for a 10/10 rating to get a free night's stay which means their overall rating isn't the best representation of what you get.

I stayed for 3D2N and I understanded that no clean up service would be provided. So I supposed that nobody would enter my room. I closed the window myself in 1st night. Unfortunately, outside noise woke me up in 2nd mid night and I could not sleep well. In the 3rd day morning, I discovered and suprised that the window was opened. The receptionist told me that staff might enter room to check conditions. But I wonder why the staff opened the window but did not closed it. I am so disappointed.

You take the subway to Seomyeon on the green line. Just 1 transfer from the airport about 30mins. This area is quite central to Busan as well, so getting to all places is easy since Seomyeon has the 2 main subway lines too.
Subway is within 10mins walk of the accomodation, and it’s all underground, good since it was quite hot outside, can duck out of the heat.
Seomyeon also has lots of restaurants, bars and clubs. The Guesthouse is located closer to the restaurants, which the bars and clubs are across the main street 5mins away.
I stayed on the 3rd floor away from the main reception, the room is cosy and clean. Definitely does the job if you’re just exploring during the day and night and you’re here to sleep.

Staff was kind. Room itself was simple and clean enough. TV was askew and very few outlets were available, but mostly fine.
However, a strong sewer smell came from the drains and we had to close the bathroom door at all times. Couldn't ask for a room change because we arrived after reception had closed.

Nice place in the centre of seomyeon
We had a grrat time during our stay there. Coco was so funny and bublly, definetly one of the many highlights of our trip. The room is quite comfortable but the only downside for us is that we found a lot of tiny hairs on the bed. Apart from that everyrhing else is great. The location, the people and they even provide laundry facilities at a very cheap rate.

Check in was quick and sufficient, room is value for money as got everything I needed as a solo traveller, best part is the bathroom is ensuite so I have complete privacy to myself. Guesthouse is also walking distance from Seomyeon underground shopping centre exit which is god sent during winter season and connects to Seomyeon station.
Guesthouse served standard breakfast everyday and the place is really clean! Do expect noise from outside as Seomyeon is like Gangnam in Seoul, bars, ktv, restaurants all around but I am fine with those as it’s out of the guesthouse control. However, what I could not accept is noise from common area! During my stay, despite guesthouse reminder during check in about being quiet after 10pm, there were too many inconsiderate guest staying at that time, people just switch on TV, laughing and chatting loudly close to midnight which I can hear everything from the room! So I sent message via Facebook to the guesthouse about the issue and it was been resolved immediately but almost every night I have to do that. I suggested that maybe guesthouse should put a sign to enforce this rules about being considerate towards other guest and no using of common area for chatting after 10pm to ensure the comfort and be fair to every guests staying there! Nevertheless, thank you Busan! You’ve been great!

Really enjoyed my stay at K-Guesthouse Seomyeon. I always stay at the K-Guesthouse chains and they never disappoint. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and always available to help or answer your questions. The place is a little bit of a walk from the station, but if you take the Seomyeon underground shopping street's last exit, it would only be minutes away after you reach ground level. I would definitely come back and recommend to others!

I always got smile and greetings every day.They also helped me find a pharmacy, printed the timetable for airport limo bus and helped store my luggage during my trip to Jeju. The dining room is very lively and cheerful with happy guests who chat around or snack on supper at night.
It is very near to Seomyeon subway via the underground shopping centre. The surrounding is filled with restaurants and convenience stores. (Though the nightlife is a little noisy it is not that bad.)The airport limo bus stop was very near. Breakfast was free with bread, milk and cereal. There's a water filter for hot and cold water with free coffee and teabags. The room is very clean and water pressure is strong with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Do bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste though. The bed is so comfortable I slept well every day.

Check-in was very quick and easy. The person who I emailed regarding the guesthouse was really quick in responding and did his best to accommodate my request. The guesthouse is really cute and smelled great! The room was a bit small, but was clean, smelled great, and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouse location was easy to find and is in a convenient area for those who are in Seomyeon for shopping and nightlife. I would definitely come back here and would recommend to others!

西面エリアのリーズナブルな個室
シングルの部屋で2泊しました。ロケーションがとてもよいので、便利でリーズナブルな宿泊を探しているならおすすめです。部屋はベッドとテレビ（けっこう大きい）と小さい冷蔵庫という最低限の施設ですが、寝泊りするだけなら十分です。部屋全体が少し暗いのととにかくバストイレが狭いので、その快適さを求める人には向いていないかもしれません。
朝早くチェックアウトしなくてはならなかったのですが、キーもフロントのBOXに入れるだけで１秒チェックアウトでしたし、このエリアからなら早朝空港に向かうのも、タクシーで20000W以内くらいなのでよかったです。

Une auberge de jeunesse qui ne dit pas son nom.
Excellent emplacement dans l'une des artères les plus animées de Busan. La chambre est un peu petite et le petit-déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur (pain de mie blanc et céréales seulement, café au lait lyophilisé...) mais on ne peut espérer mieux à ce niveau de prix. Le personnel est quasiment absent.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt OK. Allerdings war das Frühstück nicht so gut - es gab Toastbrot, Marmelade, 2 Sorten Müsli, Orangensaft und Milch.
Das guesthouse liegt an einer Ausgeh Meile was am Wochenende dazu führt, dass es erst spät ruhiger wird.
Insgesamt hat uns das k-guesthouse gezeigt, dass wir wenn wir reisen in Zukunft lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen werden.
Für backpacker oder Menschen mit kleinem Budget ist das guesthouse aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

西面に用事があり近くで便利でした。通りに面した部屋だったせいか、夜は近隣のカラオケが若干うるさく感じましたが寝れました。アクセスがよくプライベートルームでお得だと思います。
朝と夜はスタッフがいなかったのでランドリーの使用など苦慮する可能性はあります。
チェックインはレセプションにルームカードキーとチェックインフォームが置いてあり、対面ではありませんでした。
次回訪問した際も選択肢に入ると思います。

距離西面地鐵站還算近每天可以逛街回家，如果知道該如何搭公車，附近交通非常便利去什麼方向都有車可以搭，只是附近晚上很多PUB回家時不要落單注意安全，雙人房房間偏小室內較潮濕悶熱要記得開冷氣通風，早餐9-10am記得要起來吃不然10點會準時收光喔! 整體上大致都很好，值得推薦。飯店內還有一隻可愛的店狗白天會來上班喔! 只是房間網路不太穩 速度不快。
