One of the deciding factors for choosing this hotel was the fact that it had a hot tub. The hotel description, says there is a hot tub and even the Bon Voy apps how a picture of a hot tub. But, to our disappointment, the hot tub had been removed. Also, we found a pair of sandals in front of the couch under the coffee table which made us wonder if the room had been vacuumed or not.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the website false information on the property amenities. The Fairfield Inn Marriott advertised it had a indoor pool and spa.

When we arrived I asked the clerk about the spa availability. I was told there is no spa because it was filled with concrete due to chemical contamination.

This specific amenity was the sole reason I selected this particular hotel. To say I was disappointed (no spa) is a gross understatement. I wish the website accurately depicted the hotel amenities.

I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greenwood! The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. I also really appreciated how safe and quiet the environment was.
The room was immaculate — spotless, comfortable, and everything felt fresh and updated. Breakfast was definitely a plus: plenty of options and kept fully stocked. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The beds are great and room was cozy. The service on the other hand was less than par. We kinda just figured out where everything was. The pool description was misrepresenting as it is not heated but the pool room is set to 85. Extremely small and no hot tub.
The room was nice but the shower and bathroom were dirty. Stains on the comforter and the fridge didn't not cool properly. Over all for the price not a good deal.

I chose this hotel as I wanted an indoor pool for safety reasons. However as I always do, i check out the property before using any of the amenities. I did not like the fact that the pool was located near the lobby and the elevator leading up to the other floors of the hotel. There was a strong smell that I was not able to pinpoint where it was coming from on the first night I was there. The water to the pool was so cold that I was unable to enjoy myself. I was also unaware that I had to pay for what I thought was a complimentary breakfast for this hotel. Everything else was okay. Not what I expected for sure.

I was disappointed about the property not having a hot tub. Staff explained during remodel the hot tub was taken away, but when I booked to stay there a hot tub was mentioned within the amenities, and I was looking forward to the hot tub as I traveled 4 hours to the hotel. also the food was okay, but I have been to other Fairfield’s and the breakfast was amazing, so they can work on that and serve more hot food and maybe use a better batter for the waffles. Also maybe provide better sound proofing for the rooms on the first floor as the guest beside us had gotten pretty noisy around midnight if you catch my drift. Overall staff was great the hotel was clean. Loved the area. their staff was helpful and there was other establishments within walking distance.

What a fantastic location! Walk to movies, dining and shopping. Best coffee in town is in the strip next door. Very comfy beds, clean rooms, amazing staff. This place has the best breakfast I’ve ever had included in a hotel stay. Highly recommend! We stayed multiple nights and encountered zero issues.

We always stay here when we come visit family. We are noticing it’s starting to need some repairs. Plumbing in our bathroom needs help. Disappointed that the hot tub has been removed and cemented over so another one must not be getting installed.

My family stayed for a couple of days. The staff was very nice and gave us local tips to survive our trip. The room and bathroom were clean. The pool was a bit smaller than expected and the ceiling was peeling off, but it didn’t stop the kids from having a great time! The continental breakfast had a lot of options. The waffle maker was the best though-a large, huge, hot waffle was the perfect start to our day! Will stay here again and I recommend it.

The room was awesome! Clean, comfortable beds, huge bathroom. The breakfast was good w/ decent selection. Good location w/ shops & restaurants right there. The property needs a LOT of TLC. For the price we paid to stay there I feel they really missed the mark on the property upkeep. There are no working ice machines on any floor. The pool room wasn’t maintained. There was rust all over everything even the door handle. The hot tub wasn’t operational b/c the turn knob to turn the jets on was missing. There was dirty tape holding the hot tub railing to the ground. You should also warn guests that your trash pickup is at 6:30am right outside the windows of the 1st floor and immediately following that at 7am the landscapers start mowing & blowing the property. Too bad for anyone who wanted to sleep in. I feel like this could be a great hotel if they just invest a little into maintenance.

Property was clean and in a great location with access to dining and shopping. Room was not ready at checkin. We arrived about 15 mins before checkin, was told room will be ready at 3pm (check in time) waited in lobby until 3pm was then told they need about 20-30 more mins because they were getting rooms ready for a reservation of 30. My reservation was put to the side while the main focus was checking in a larger group. The young lady that checked us in was not pleasant and seemed annoyed with me asking how much longer before our room was ready. Was in town one night for a funeral, outside of the checkin situation everything else went smooth

We got there after driving 10 hrs checked in they said there was no water. We could not take a shower or go to the bath room. We went to a restaurant not looking good and very clean ate so we could go to the bath room.
Got back about 9 still no water.
Can not believe they charge full price that day?
That is not right.

The spa was not hot. There was rust on the railings and masking tape at the base of the railings. The pool area was unkept. We paid the higher price to have a hotel with a spa and it was unsatisfactory. Wont stay here again. Also we had to change rooms because the battery in the fire alarm started chirping and they didn't have someone there to fix it.

The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast acceptable...not exceptional by any means. The staff were very polite and accommodating. We were on the 3rd floor for 6 nights and only twice were we able to take a hot shower. The sink water got hot but not the shower. Also, the door to the room didn't fully close on it's own...we had to pull closed to make sure it locked. This was my second...maybe 3rd stay at this property and I never experienced the cold water issue before. That's why I selected it again.

NO SLEEP!

I had no idea an entire football team would be staying unsupervised at the hotel! You couldn’t swim because the pool was full! Forget breakfast, they consumed it all. Thats nothing….they never slept and partied all night long. All night!!! After check out I was told yo contact the manager. He was very apologetic and did give us points to make things right.

I would have loved to give this a 5 star rating, but the jacuzzi was not hot and only ⅓ rd of the jets worked. After a long day of driving I hoped for a relaxing water massage.

But the room was clean, bed wonderful, and staff great. Breakfast was also very good.

Need to pressure the Mall management to clean up the overall parking lot, as it is full of weeks, trash, glass, etc., and not nice to walk around.

Arrived at hotel a little after 6:00pm and my room wasn't ready, they said short staffed. I had driven for 10 hours wanted to unpack get dinner and go to sleep. I left, went for walk, got dinner, returned to hotel and they said it was just ready. Really, that was pretty late....after that the rest of the stay was really fantastic, the staff was friendly and the hotel and rooms clean...bed a bit hard, but used to it at hotels. I could only give two stars because of the late check in.

Tina helped with kids, bandaids, pizza delivery, helped me feel quite at ease setting up & feeding 7 people in the lobby & then take them back to the pool.

When the reservation was made the day before, there was no mention of the pool not being available. Kids were very disappointed! They always look forward to that part of a hotel stay. The first room the staff member gave us smelled like weed. They did fix that issue and gave us a new room. The pool and hot tub were closed due to water leaking from the ceiling. Looked like it has been happening for a while. I was quite disappointed about this. I was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the motorcycle.

This stay was a bit disappointing. This property felt a little neglected. When my TV didn't work and they front desk guy said they needed new ones it confirmed it. During my two day stay, I didn't have a TV.. the maintenance man was supposed to come one evening when the front desk guy couldn't fix it and maintenance guy didn't show before bedtime. Next morning more on me, I decided because of CoVid didn't want people in and out of room about the TV while I was out. Then the other thing when I walked into the bathroom with my shoes on, the floor was slimy. Whatever it was cleaned with, left it tacky. All this to say, this isn't my first stay at this property, it just wasn't as good as I remember and I would probably give it one more try.
