The hotel was central t the main tourist attractions. The staff were extremely helpful - when a group were being rather loud in teh next room they acted immediately. Their advice on aspects of the city that I wanted to explore was excellent. The room was comfortable, looking out onto a foyer. If you like an outside window you might have to ask for that, I don't know. The room was clean. Good value for the price.

We changed rooms because of a barking dog. The new room had poor heating and was very cold. There were hairs and bits of fiber on the sheets so we brushed them off. The water was hot but it was so cold I didn't shower. Coffee in the lounge for one euro. Not really happy with it. Had to park four streets away and keep adding to the meter.

Strange, but charming architechture of this little hotel in the center of Jerez (I had one the rooms placed furthest away from the reception, so I had to walk through the long, narrow hallway for quite a while). Wifi working in even the most remote part of the hotel. The room interior is a little old school, but the room and bathroom are clean.

Small hotel with basic amenities; walking distance from points of interest; good wi-fi; option to print onsite (very convenient). My only complaint is that at least some of the rooms allow smoking, so we had to change rooms upon arrival. The second room after we turned on the AC also started to smell like cigarettes. The hotel offered to clean it up again but we declined. However, after room service on day 2 it smelled a lot better. Besides the smoking issue, overall good value for the money.

There was very little space to walk around it to get to the shower. Ask for a room that doesn't face the street so you won't hear the street noise.

A no frills comfortable and well located hotel
A hotel located within walking distance to some of the touristic sites of Jerez. Although it is not a new facility, the room was clean, equipped with a closet, a modern TV, and a much needed heater during the winter season. The free wi-fi worked without any delays. As an extra bonus, the room fee also included a most welcome, although simple, breakfast.

The staff was very helpful, despite the language barrier and let me keep my bag there until late after I checked out. My single twin room was small, but just right for a short visit and was clean with good a/c. The breakfast, though tasty, is not worth €5 as it's just some toasted bread with jam and coffee. The wi-fi worked great, and location is w/in 5 minutes of old town and the bus station. Would recommend this as a good value for the low price and very friendly staff.

A cheap and clean hotel. Not much English spoken but we managed with our mangled Spanish. The staff are friendly and there is parking in a secure garage 500m from the hotel. Breakfast was continental and was fine. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Hotel easy to find using sat nav or google map. Has privatecar park 3 blocks away. We had two rooms for five adults and both were ivery clean and very comfortable and had ensuite facilities. Hotel well located as within walking distance of main attractions within Jerez. Ideal for our needs which was basically somewhere clean and safe to lay our heads at night and keep the car safe and off street. Would use it again.

Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba abierta y la colcha de la cama sucia como si hubiesen practicado sexo y hubiesen manchado, solicitamos cambio de habitacion y nos metieron en una triple, en la cual 2 de las 3 camas tenian las colchas igual, tuvimos que dormir 2 personas en una cama individual, por verguenza a decirle lo mismo de nuevo, por si no fuera poco, a las 11, llego el recepcionista llamando a la puerta para que nos fueramos, diciendo que si no ibamos a pasar otra noche que nos teniamos que marchar ya cuando el check out era a las 12, un completo desastre.

Convenient location near to Teatro Villamarta
I chose this hotel because it is 1 minute walk to Teatro Villamarta. Shower is strong. Bed is good. Hair dryer is strong. Heater functions well. My booking did not include breakfast and I ordered toast and coffee for breakfast at the hotel cafeteria. Staff were friendly and helpful. Need to note that there is no elevator so had to bring my luggage up one floor by myself. I would stay here again if I return.

A equipe do hotel é bem solicita e o café com pão que vendem de manhã também é razoável , mas as padarias que existem na cidade possuem mais opções. Ele fica bem localizado, se bem que o centro da cidade é super pequeno, da pra fazer tudo a pé, mas não ficaria lá novamente.

Fantastisk hyggeligt typisk spansk hotel tidligere familiejet (måske stadig). Trods træls stressende start hvor der ikke var den forventede parkering (jeg er handicappet) kom de igen stærkt og de vinder på hyggen og det nyrenoverede badeværelse og den ro der er før håndværkerne starter med renovering af 1.salen morgen og aften (Grrrrrrrrrrr).

Una sistemazione più che buona, economica, situata in centro a Jerez ed a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Camera doppia molto ampia, con bagno privato dotato di vasca, molto spazioso, dotata di Tv e wifi gratuito con ottimo segnale. Forse le pareti sottili, ma tutto sommato si dorme bene. Non c'è l'ascensore. Qualche problema allo scarico del WC (il pulsante rimaneva premuto, ma l'acqua si arrestava lo stesso). La colazione viene servita al pianterreno, non è compresa nel prezzo, quindi si è liberi di usufruirla o meno (buona qualità). Molto caratteristico il patio interno, tipicamente andaluso, da cui si accede per altre camere. Personale molto gentile e simpatico, pronto ad soddisfare le proprie richieste. Lo consiglio.

This family-friendly city beach complex corresponds in style to the local houses dating from the 18th century, with marked Baroque lines, 3 floors and a garden. The 2 first floors house nine rooms and the last offers a terrace.
