The property and staff were much better than i expected. Im here for work and chose this property to save money the first week but found it so comfortable that i decided to continue my stay throughout my work contract (roughly 1 month) i would definitely recomend this property for work traveling. It is much better than most motel 6's.

We did not stay. We could not accept the room. We checked in and looked at the room and informed the front desk it was unacceptable.
We didn’t feel safe. We checked out immediately and went to a different motel. We are disputing the charges because Expedia makes it unreasonably difficult to get a refund.

You get what you pay for and in my case it was a close hotel to where I was and the no charge for pets is why I stayed and have before. So, great location and price. Staff were fantastic. Room was clean and didn't have any animal smell. Bed and pillow horrible. Shower moldy and old looking, didn't even bother to use. If you are a light sleeper you will hear every noisy guest near you.

Staff seldom at front desk. Saw them twice in four days. Road sign not lite, parking lot dark. hall carpets were filthy, bed and toilet clean, but mattress, linens and towels were bare minimum and thin, TV remote was dirty and didn't work, no elevator, ice machine broken, shower was disgusting! Bath fan was covered in black mold and dirt, black mold around shower seals, and the floor of the shower was crusted and looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in years! Gross!

Worked as a place for me to lay my head in a pinch when I couldn’t drive through the pass. Cheap. But you could hear absolutely everything through the walls, and I didn’t get solid sleep. The room looked dirty but the beds were nice. Dog friendly hotel, heard lots of barking through the night. When I called to complain to the front desk the phone was out of service. There was spilled dog food on the back stairs for a while, and the side door was propped open with a rock. Every time I moved it and then went back to my car the rock was back. Not a super secure hotel and didn’t feel extremely safe.

My reservation was in order. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I parked my car and was able to walk quickly to my room. I showered, slept well and was able to grab 2 cups of coffee in the lobby before I hit the road. Very basic, reasonably priced, exactly what I expected..

Six night stay... Parking area was good. I had 3rd floor room # 323 towards the back so it was fairly quiet. Room and bathroom / shower were clean. A/C worked well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. In-room refrigerator's thermostat-dial was broken / missing, so not possible to adjust the refrigerator temperature. It was stuck on coldest setting, so it froze some of my fruit and deli meats overnight. Worked around that minor inconvenience with a small cooler I had brought with me, and several bags of ice from the nearby Raley's. Overall, it was about what I would expect from a 2 star \"budget\" Motel, nothing fancy, but room was clean and adequate for my needs.

Location was key as this was a 5 min drive to my event. This was very easy to get to as it was close to freeway but not too close to hear the noise. The room was clean and spacious. The hallway had a faint scent of cigarette smoke like if someone was smoking right outside the door and the smoke got sucked into the hotel hallway. But there was none of that in the room which is the most important part. They have a filtered water bottle dispenser in the hall next to their ice machine, a big plus! I'd stay here again for sure.

Don’t believe the photos and reviews! This place is janky. Walls showed spills from who knows how long ago that were never cleaned. The door to my room showed signs of attempts to break in. Cheap vinyl flooring was warped from water damage. I would not be surprised if there were cameras in the room somewhere. I will never go there again.

The staff was friendly. Disappointed in the room. We had to ask staff for pillows and for towels. The shower wasn't a tub, it was a flat floor, assuming for disabled people to access, which is great and all but the water from the shower flooded the bathroom and out into the room. I really wouldn't recommend, but I guess you get what you pay for. $83.00 including tax on a Wednesday night to Thursday morning rate.

My room was clean, but the bed and pillows were hard as a rocks, shower had mold on rubber door seal. Stairways were filthy. The sink was cracked, the faucet felt like it was going to fall off when turned on and off. The toilet lid was pushed forward due to the tank lid curving out so it caused you to sit funny.

Staff member who checked me in was an old classmate, he provided excellent customer service. Parking lot clean and well lit. It was a very peaceful stay. Auburn is my home town and I would probably stay here again due to the price.

Check in was easy. The room was mostly clean but there is mold growong in the shower.

Our first morning we realized that the hotel does not staff the desk until 11AM. That was a problem when there was literal feces on the main stairwell, that had been stepped in and transferred down the stairs and made the hotel smell. The last night there, people were up and yelling loudly in the hallways and stairwells at 4am with no staff aroumd to stop them.

You get what you pay for. The first day there, no soaps were placed near the sink to wash your hands but by the nextbday housekeeping did replace it. Room is spacious. Only two hangers for clothes on a hook (no closet). Also during check out, no one was at the front desk for over 15 minutes so just had to leave the card on the counter. Water refill station was nice and ample parking.

Spilt water on the floor went to clean it up with white towel and it was black. The floor was filthy. They rented the room above mine to tweakers that were up all night. Kept jumping on the floor all night, slamming the door and going up and down stairs all night to smoke. I left at 6:30 in the morning, they were in the parking lot yelling at each other. I went to the front desk in the middle of the night, no one was there there was a sign to call a number if you needed help. Called number no answer. There was someone there in the am I told them what happen and all I got was oh sorry. I will never stay there again.

No coffee pot in the room. Only a coffee machine, not fresh coffee, downstairs and it was only available from 6-10 and even after six I had to find cups and sugar. Regular coffee drinkers expect easy access to wake up juice in order to maintain some semblance of routine starting the day to have any chance of being productive.
The man at the front desk was really polite and very helpful whenever I asked about something. Seems like good people. In a pinch I'd sleep there again because it was clean with an affordable price, but I wouldnt seek it out.

Clean, functional room. Staff was exceptional giving me a room that overlooked the parking lot where I could keep an eye on my pickup truck with my trailered motorcycle in view.
