El peor lugar del mundo. Entiendo que no debo esperar una súper experiencia por el precio. Pero hay cosas que son básicas y deben mejorarse . El colchón estaba pésimo en condiciones pauperrimas , y de sus instalaciones ni hablar .

This is a budget motel. That said, it was OK for the price we paid. The room had fresh paint, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The microwave looked like it was from the '80's, but it still worked. The fridge looked old as well. No phone in room so I tried to call the desk with my cell, just to find out the website phone number has been disconnected. I had to go to the office to report the TV remote only did on/off and volume, and was stuck on a station running a men's, and then women's, wrestling matches !!! The staff member told me the website has their old phone number and he gave me the current phone number. He promptly came to our room and fixed the TV remote problem. Breakfast was 3 inch thin pancakes that came out of a novel looking metal oven box after riding down a belt as a puddle of batter getting cooked on the way to the other end where it falls out onto your pre positioned plate. About 4-6 make a serving. There was no butter but there was maple syrup. I ate them. I do not recommend them. There was no juice, per se, except for one container that had what looked like orange juice but I think was actually Tang or something similar. There were bagels and cream cheese which is what I opted for. Awful Annies breakfast/lunch restaurant is next door and has good breakfasts available. I would recommend AA if you want a REAL breakfast. I would stay there again for 1 night if travelling alone. I wouldn't bring my wife here again. She was less impressed.

This is a two star hotel with a very reasonable price. It is old and doesn’t have any charging setups -not many plugs at all. Road noise was very loud but we used ear plugs and the bed was comfy and air conditioning worked well. We would absolutely stay there again

The hotel was easy to locate, just off the highway. The night clerk was very abrupt and unwelcoming. The hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke and pot. The room was okay. The morning clerk was very welcoming and helpful. Several individuals seemed to be tenants rather than patrons passing through. No breakfast, coffee only in the lobby.

This was a nice surprise to show up and have to be in town for a couple days. This was a gem on top of the hill. The room was so clean and the beds were so comfortable and the environment around was wonderfully set up their fire pits with sitting areas outside your room plenty of space and felt extremely safe. Will never stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. I will even drive up from Sacramento to stay at this hotel wonderful location. Hope to visit the bowling alley next time.

First, most everything was good to very good; things were clean, the staff friendly and helpful etc etc.

Specifically, and to address some of the shade other people have written about this place. This is a hotel at a certain price point and for this price point it was solid. Was it the Four Seasons? No, obviously not, but because of the friendly staff, clean rooms, inexpensiveness and the fact it was easy to get to count for a lot.

My only real suggestions for this place would be to upgrade the pillows, have an extra blanket in the room or use heavier bedspreads and finally, have some protein option for the breakfast bar and stop stocking \"red delicious\" apples because everyone knows they are mealy garbage apples. *The breakfast bar was the smallest I've ever seen, it had breads, butter, jelly, weak coffee and I think pancake or waffles etc, but no proteins.

Some other random bits. Yes, it's on a busy road so if you are sensitive to morning road noise you should know that, but if you are you should be bringing ear plugs anyways.

Overall I would not only stay here again I would recommend it to others. It's not a destination stay, but a safe, clean, functional place. There's a good breakfast place next door and a really cool market that sells fresh fruit and pies on the other side.

This is a truck stop motel. It was noisy, lots of truckers smoking and drinking outside on the premises. Had my family including a 5 year old and it just fell unsafe. Not recommended for family

I would have liked to experience their breakfast and pool, but since the pool was under maintenance and breakfast didn’t open until after we had to leave, I can only comment on staff, cleanliness, and parking. Staff was helpful and able to assist with all my needs. Parking was plenty and without issues. Cleanliness is not their string point, but they got the job done. For the price I paid, I felt I got my money’s worth for sure. I get to stay another night so I’ll be able to get breakfast in the morning. It opens at 6:30 and closes at 9:30 so if you have to leave early you’ll miss out.

Hotel was ok not great but not bad staff was short staffed same lady that was at front desk was also upstairs cleaning rooms or doing breakfast, breakfast had the pancake or waffle machine broken so only cereal, bagels, or toast the rooms were clean but they do not clean room unless requested and they also don’t clean the room if your in the room also room keys constantly stop working so have to wait at front desk for someone to come to help you out with room key

Paid, Stayed, 7-days. had to change room, after first night.\" Room not cleaned, coffee maker & micro wave filthy. Bathroom-Fan & wall mount A/C, Loud & Noisy. Asked to have this attendened to. Returned 8-hours later and nothing. I insisted on another room.
New room as one expect clean! King bed matress lumpie. Asked for new bath towels, and nothing, Asked to have room made up 4th. on forth day, Nothing. Went to front desk to get towels in person and & got them.
Checked out, only hope the next person gets a clean room...

The pool is closed for an extended period of time due to the hot tub issues. The older manager is nice-ish when you are in the room, and generally lenient but she's stern. Also, the blow dryer didn't work in rm 139. Although...just to let the general public know, they have roaches right now.

I am writing this review to warn other travelers about the abysmal conditions I encountered during my recent stay. This was, without a doubt, one of the most poorly maintained and unsanitary hotel experiences I have ever had.
The room was in a state of serious neglect. The cleanliness was non-existent:
• The Bedding: The comforter was stained and visibly dirty.
• The Fridge: The mini-fridge was disgusting, featuring long, dried stains on the exterior and a freezer interior that was coated in thick frost, food debris, and hair.
• The Carpet: The flooring was stained and contained debris throughout the room.
• Trash: We even found previous trash (a pack of used pills) wedged between the headboard and the mattress.
Beyond the lack of cleaning, the maintenance of the room was a safety and quality concern. We found:
• Broken and cracked lampshades.
• Furniture propped up by a plastic cup rather than being properly repaired.
• A messy, concerning setup of electrical cords and power strips behind the fridge, which appeared hazardous.
I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel, but the state of the room was completely unacceptable for a paying guest.
I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

AC was great, room was older but ok. Walls are thin and if it wasn’t for the AC, the coughing and snoring in the next room kept me awake. Bed was a bit soft, bouncy and the springs would creak. No hair dryer. Trash from previous guest in the bathroom was not emptied. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok.

This is a great stay if you are planning a weekend trip or if you have a race in that area. We stayed here for the Canyons Endurance Run. It was close to the start/finish line.

The first room smelled terrible. The carpet was filthy the sink wouldn’t drain the toilet was broken and there weren’t light bulbs in the lamp. We changed rooms to the third floor then the elevator broke. We took the stairs and the door stays locked at all times and couldn’t get in.

This stay was unacceptable. The room was dirty and poorly maintained; stained carpet and bedding, a leaking and dirty fridge, dust and debris everywhere, and damaged fixtures. Under the bed and even at the bottom of the mattress there was visible trash.

We couldn’t even sleep comfortably because of how unclean it was. It clearly was not properly cleaned or inspected before check-in.

This falls well below basic hotel standards. I am requesting a refund and would not stay here again.

Front desk staff was nice, and thats where the good qualities end. The room was absolutely filthy. I could have forgiven the dirty floors and hairs all over the bathroom, but I was out the second we pulled the bedsheet back and found a used joint and ashes in between the sheets. Thankfully, the front desk staff was nice and understanding and processed a refund with no questions asked. Avoid this place like the plague!

Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath.

Pool looks old and long over do to be resurfaced ac unit panel that was in my room was broken and had to operate it by stoning pen inside to push the button and lights didn’t work we had to use the ones on the head board and the room smelled of heavy dog urine or just dogs in general

It was clean but the first time I stayed there the room lights didn’t work we had to use the bed lights and the second time we stayed there the the room smelled like dog urine and the ac/heater unit control panel was broke u had to stick a pen in it to turn it on cause I wasn’t stickin my finger in there. Also the doors on the side buildings are all broke and don’t shut so security is basically limited to room anybody can walk inside the building with out goin to lobby

It was my third stay at this place. Well, it is a low stars, but the price is low too. What was good, that I have got everything I could expect for the price: clean room, working climate, all bath amenities, fridge, microwave, coffee. The breakfast was marginal, but all needed for a long day. Perfect stay for a working man on the road.

Well it was only for a night and it was cheap but the TV was completely screwed up. Lines all the way across it and hardly any picture. Also dropped something under the bed and when I went to retrieve it I found a bunch of grapes under the bed. Like I said it was only for the night but bad TV and unlcean

First room we were assigned the television didn’t have a cable box, so we were assigned a second room. Second room was dirty with floss sticks on the floor/toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom. We were never given WiFi information or where the continental breakfast room was. Funny, the desk clerk told us we should have stayed at the Red Lion across the freeway… An old tired hotel….
