The room was fine, except we reserved a King bed and when we checked in, we were told they didn't have any King Beds.
After some discussion, we agreed to a double bed room. We had to call the front desk because no one gave us the password for the wifi when we checked in.
While the room was alright, the overall facility and the neighborhood needs some TLC

The room smelled terrible and was in poor condition, hot and looked dirty. We went to the office and asked for a different room and the second room smelled worse than the first. We asked for a refund and left. Huge inconvenience after driving 7hrs and having to start looking for another hotel at 11:00 pm at night.

DO NOT stay here. It is cheap for a reason.
We just wanted some where off the highway, quick to get a couple of hours if sleep, and that DiD NOT HAPPEN.

The toielt seat lid was cracked, with chunk out if it, the carpet was grose. The beds looked clean, so I told my self, it was just a place to sleep for a couple of hours. Laid down and the noise started around 9:30pm, just as we were trying to fall asleep. Dogs barking, kids screaming, mom screaming at the kids. Then they were moving furniture in the room off from there truck. Going in amd out of truck slamming doors. We kept thinking it would stop and it wouldnt.

We packed up our napsacks and went to office to complain and check out and get our money back. The owner said yes he would give me my money back, but i had to call expedia and get them to call the owner to issue the refund.

After muple times with messaging expedia and me calling owner, they would not give me my money back. Lesson learnt, i will never staying in a hotel owned by this chain again.

Burn holes in bedspread and sheet. Went to take a shower and the handle of the shower fell off. You could tell it was just put on not affixed to the shower valve. Office staff was great. Wouldn’t usually have stayed here but we needed somewhere to close our eyes after 17 hours of driving.

Everything was what I had expected for the price. Our stop was for a one night layover as we traveled. And we travel with a dog which is able to stay here with us. The receptionist was in the midst of a personal conversation with a housekeeper when I entered, continued with this unusual interaction as I stood waiting to be checked in. When she finally tended to her duties to check me in, she continued to tell ME. All of her relationship issues……it was bizarre to say the least. There was no one else in the office????

I’ll admit the hotel is rather but kept up. I got a non smoking king. A lot of clean up was done in the room, tv was new flat screen, but towel, clothes and older holders were old and pitting. No stopper in sink. A/c was an under window model, worked well, but realllllly smelled of age. ( Some air freshener & a vehicle tree did the trick. The room was not moldy, Carpet was new and clean. I did my UV LIGHT CHECK and didn’t find any dirty linens, chairs, or carpet.
Breakfast left a whole lot to be desired. Just make your own waffles with butter and cereal, or cereal. Coffee was there but no juice, ice cold water or anything else.
Overall I give them a 7 out of 10 because it was safe, clean, easy to get in and out of, great guest service,. Definately needs some upgrades, and better breakfast choices. But for the price it works well.. They allow pets but is $10 per nigh, per pet. Could be quite expensive..

The property is in decent condition. My room appeared to be clean. Although with any aging motel, there are signs of distress, but Management seems to attempt to keep up with it not a great location in my opinion. All of the chain fast food restaurants are in the area which makes it nice. The staff at the desk were friendly and check in was prompt.

I booked a room for ine night on expedia the date calender was on October it was September I booked and paid for a room for September 5 and it booked it for October 5 which I tried several ways to cancel but, Expedia says the hotel needed to refund then Hotel needed to refund either wau.... I stayed here for one night to break up our long trip home from NC. We are somewhat limited because we travel with our two rescue dogs. I prefer to stay in hotels that have rooms that open up to outside the building so we don't have to walk our dogs past other dogs or people if we don't have to. Although it is an older property, the room was very clean! The staff was very nice and most of the people staying there seemed to be people on business trips/truckers so it was very quiet all night. We were a little late for breakfast because we got in late that night, but I was still able to make us waffles and a cup of coffee and they were delicious. We will definitely stay here again when passing through.

Upon entering motel office it was not air conditioned. You are checking in or out through a glass window with a talk hole. Lobby area was locked up no entry, had to ring a bell for service. Pet fee was not as advertised, was higher. Motel residents are mainly migrant farm laborers. Just hanging around looking down from second floor railing. Not an enticing or comfortable feeling. Room was clean, no issues. Personally I would not be staying at this place again.

3 places to eat within walking distance, which was great as we were pulling a trailer. Well lit and easy parking for the truck and trailer.
However, our room had an awful smell. Parents room did not smell, but it did not have soap or shampoo. The website said that it includes breakfast and we found out in the morning of checkout it did not.

Okay if you need a big area to park.

This place has a hufe gravel lot right next to it. We have an RV but we dont like to park for one night at campsites while were doing a long trip.

So if you are towing, a trucker, or in a moving van, you will have plenty of room to park!

But the room was pretty dirty. There was a matress pad but no mattress cover; I checked carefully for bugs and didnt see any in our room. There were big dark stains on the curtains. Something had been splashed on the wall and picture behind the bed.

But bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet. I slept well.

It was really a methed up night!

It took over 30 mins to check in. They blamed Hotels.com for giving them a bad credit card. Then I paid for breakfast and in the morning they said they never have it. The room was a wreck. I think Super 8 stands for the 8 teeth the guy staying next to me had while standing outside smoking. Glad I'm alive. Jesus saves.

Exhausted from a long drive and most hotels were already booked. My only option was a Super 8 which I had a horrible experience at years ago. I decided to give it a try. Very easy check in, polite and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not stay there. I arrived at 5:30 p.m. that Wednesday and waited until 7 p.m. and no one was there to check people into the hotel. There was three other couples waiting to check in, and no one ever showed up at the front desk. I had to go across the street, and check into a hotel there . I did find out at the other hotel, that the Super 8 all the employees had covid 19 including the person cleaning the rooms who had just walked out of one of the rooms her just Cleaned it with covid-19. I did not stay and would like to have my money refunded .

There was cigarette burns in all the covers and roaches in & around the beds. The rooms also smelled bad. The AC is ancient and blows with a oder. Only reason I stayed was $10 for my dog who I traveled with on Thanksgiving road trip. I would not stay again. If your desperate and saving cash give it a try. At least it’s safe and bright in the parking lot.

We booked 2 rooms for our family they looked like the pictures did except in person they didn’t look as nice. The sheets had burn mark and the room was musty. Once we got the AC going it was a bit better but the bathroom was the worst. There was a strange smell to it that was unbearable we avoided the bathroom/shower as much as possible keeping the door closed to contain the smell. The bathrooms are in great need of a fix up there was also a hole in the wall near the floor and the shower looked disgusting. I had better expectations from the reviews I had read. Would not stay here again.

I booked this inexpensive room for 3 nights due to needing to evacuate from hurricane Dorian. Upon arrival, the owner said my reservation was for one person/ one bed. He tried to charge me extra for the 2 double bed room I had reserved. I refused and showed him my confirmation for 1 adult/ 1 child 2 double bed room. Suddenly he had one available. I have never had this kind of experience before with any of the properties I’ve booked through Hotels.com. I was quite shocked and disappointed. However, the room was comfortable, and I was thankful to have a safe place to stay during the evacuation.

Staff very helpful. Close (in walking distance) to at least 5 well known restaurants. One minister to interstate heading north or south. Two very very close gas stations. Plus they take dogs. There was much discussion among guest (all fleeing Hurricane Dorian) cost of pets per night! Sign said $5.00, per pet per night but hand written sign taped over regular sign said $10.00 per night per pet. Hear some challenged price and got reduced but only heard that, not confirmed. We paid the $10.00 per night for two small dogs and just thankful this hotel took in pets!

Raph the cust Serv rep who helped book the room was Excellent. However, we booked a nonsmoking room, there was evidence of smoking... burned cigarette whole in bedspread, burn marks on vanity top and tub top. Also, the door swap lock wasn’t working so the attendant left the door open before our arrival and told us not to be concerned because it locked from the inside. Very little breakfast available 20 minutes before quitting time. No offer to add more food.
The bedding in worn out. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this facility.
