This truly is a well kept up facility. The only comment I have was when we first walked in, the smell of fumigation was present. Shortly after being in the room, the smell vanished. Very nice breakfast too.

They have internet at this location it’s not strong enough for streaming. I had to use my phone as a hotspot. Thankfully, I have unlimited minutes on my phone plan.

The only issue is, and I'm assuming because it's an older property, the walls between rooms are not insulated and you can hear everything. Broken promises, in need of upgrades

They told us we would have rooms next to each other, we would have liked to be close to our daughter and granddaughter. Not. Room looked clean but white socks turned back. Hot tub missing tiles therefore very sharp surfaces on the seat areas. Needs to be upgraded to a safe standard. Bring your own beach towels if you plan on using the pool or hot tub. They provide small, sad and paper thin towels. Next time I will pay more and be more comfortable on my vacation.

The room is was clean and comfortable. The only concern was the hot tub jets were not strong and the water looked a bit dirty.

trail runners dream!

We were in Auburn for a race and really just needed a room as a home base, napping spot and quick shower. We didn't end up needing the room until the day of checkout and the staff was SO KIND to let us check in that morning. I took a fantastic shower and loved the soft towels and bath products. I got a great 20 min nap in the super comfy bed (100 miles of running makes me really appreciate creature comforts!). We were SO grateful to the staff for their kind and helpful service.

We were in the area for an event and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The property is an older, modest hotel but the rooms are updated and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was the friendliest, most welcoming hotel staff ever! We were pleased overall with our stay and would stay here again.

Older style motor inn, but very well maintained. Good bed. Windows opened all the way. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice Stay, Nice Staff!

Originally set for several days, ended up being there for one night due to a change of plans and I needed to be closer to Grass Valley. I have stayed at this location before, the staff is awesome and accomodating. My only complaint was that the bathroom fan would be screechy at times, and I did end up reporting that to the staff when I left.

Would stay here again

My friend and I spent 2 nights here during a golf tournament. This hotel was very near where we had to be early in the morning. At first, we were a bit disappointed with the location on the freeway, and the outer appearance of the older motel. We were pleasantly surprised with the updated rooms, cleanliness, comfortable beds and large screen TV in the rooms. Breakfast was included and had some healthy options. This motel was about 7 minutes from downtown Auburn and good restaurants. The pool looks much larger in the pictures than it actually is, but was also spotless and clean.

Our room was very nice and they cleaned/remade the beds everyday w/o asking. The breakfasts were also just what we needed before going out to golf early in the morning.
