The room faced a parking lot with mountains in the distance where it was advertised a mountain view. Ask for the back side of the hotel. The room above us was INCREDIBLY noisy. Ask for 2nd floor!!

Great location with a shuttle stop right in front and a gorgeous view of The Watchman. Walkable to everything, including the National Park. Delicious breakfast and pie. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for a couple hours after checkout and even stored our valuables. Highly recommend.

Everyone was real sweet.. except management didn't have guts to talk to us in person.. we paid for 3 nights and never stayed. Wouldn't give partial refund. Breakfast was very good. Gift shop unique and reasonable. Beds were way to soft for me. I have a bad back. View is not as pictured. Run down farm in back.

Pros: The location was great, the little farm in the back was adorable, and the included breakfast was at a real restaurant-Porters- and it was delicious The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. Room was not ready. We had just flown in and driven almost 3 hours, so that was frustrating.

The room, as well as the furniture, were in DESPERATE need of updating. The bathroom - the sink and toilet were clean, but the shower had mold on the caulk where the wall met the floor of shower, and there was also mold on the ceiling. And the air conditioner did not work properly, so we did not sleep well.

If the room was a bargain, I would not complain. But we booked a little more than a month before our trip and paid $330 per night! We unexpectedly ended up spending another night in Springdale on the other end of our trip and paid $100 less. The room was new, clean and comfortable.

Unless you get a great rate, it is not worth it.

Location is superb -- right on a shuttle stop and near several lovely restaurants and stores -- and views were spectacular right from our balcony. The breakfasts at Porters restaurant were perfectly prepared and served quickly by friendly staff. 5-star rating all around.

We stayed 2 nights as part of our road trip through Utah. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, had a view of Watchman and the farm next door (goats and turkeys). Having the Springdale shuttle stop right there was a plus. The included breakfast is at a restaurant using the meal voucher/coupon that you get at check-in. So you got to order off the menu. Lots of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Once we parked the car we didn't use it until we had to leave. We would stay at the Bumbleberry again.

Check in took a long time because Expedia didn’t have the additional 2 kids on the reservation. It took us probably 20 minutes to check in at 9pm at night. The walls are paper thin, but they do provide a sound machine. I’m sure it’s because the hotel is older. We loved the animals out back, the view, and the location. Very walkable. Staff was friendly.

Happy with our stay and would stay again. Our refrig froze up all our food which kind of sucked but I didn’t report it so my bad and would be helpful to have shampoo/conditioner/body wash big dispenser bottles in shower but apparently they are installing and at times would have been nice if lobby attendants were available early morning or late evening (it closes but they have emergency # on door, but we managed just fine). We weren’t a fan of the breakfast included but we might be on the pickier side- for it to be included i don’t think we should complain. the location is awesome right in town- we loved oscar’s restaurant across the street and were happy to rent narrows gear and ebikes at zion guru steps away, along with the convenience of sole grocery right there, shuttle stop right in front. the pool was great, beds comfy, staff very friendly and helpful. my kids adored the goats/chickens and turkeys you can feed in the back and lovely to see the deer nightly feeding on the grass. we’d definitely stay again. still 5 stars from us.

The property was very clean. The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. If you have kids or anyone that loves animals, there is goats, chickens, sheep, ducks and turkeys that you can feed directly behind the hotel. Also deer walk around the property grazing on the grass. It’s family fun!

The Bumbleberry Inn was a wonderful place to stay in Springdale. I requested a mountain view room and was so pleased to be placed on the second floor in the 300 building. WOW!!! The view was spectacular. Perfect for moon-rise and sunrise. Also in their backyard was a mini-farm with chickens, turkeys, sheep, and goats. In the late evening hour, deer come visiting the well-maintained grounds to graze on the grass.
In the lobby, there are walking sticks available to use for the day for free.
You receive a voucher every day for breakfast at the restaurant in front of the inn. The menu is fabulous and definitely fills you all morning. The only downfall is inconsistent service. Location is wonderful and sits at stop 5 on the Springdale line.
I would definitely recommend this establishment and would stay there again.

This is our second time staying at the Bumbleberry Inn. We love the feel of a family owned hotel. They have a dvd library in the lobby, this is probably as close to a Video Store my kids will ever experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. There was a herd of friendly deer that stayed on the property right outside our patio door.

The breakfast provided at Porters is amazing. 😀 to those waitresses well! They deserve it.

My only complaint is the air vent for the AC is high on the wall and blows at the ceiling so the room got quite warm. Find a way to redirect that air down & there would be no complaints at all.

Don't hesitate to book Bumbleberry!!!!

The lady at check in was very helpful.
The hotel had a shop, cafe, and restaurant all one site and close to bus to the park. Room was big and had nice balcony facing the farm and deer came in the evening. Laundry facility was really good and easy to use. Good choices of breakfast. Lovely area.

This property is centrally located in Springdale. It is close to the supermarket and within five minutes walk of a few very good restaurants, including Porters.

The front desk staff were not very helpful upon check in, and the room smelt quite musty.

Perfect location. Bus stop into Zion was right in front of the hotel. Only about 1 mile from the park's visitor Center. Nice pool. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Very accommodating to all problems. Great parking for big rigs. The deer are all over the lawn. Very timid and chill. So nice to see. Breakfast was included. Not just your ho hum buffet. Restaurant style with amazing choices, especially for hikers- granola, fresh fruit, etc. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

Very nice safe hotel located in a beautiful place. Quiet room. The bed was firm. The bathroom and shower were very small. Our room was small, too. But it was fine. Deer resting in the lawn between the pool and the restaurant were cool. The restaurant and gift shop are really nice and inexpensive. Staff was very friendly and professional. Not a luxury hotel but comfortable and clean. Right on the #5 shuttle stop.

Nice property, very well located in Springdale, about a mile and a half from the entrance to Zion National Park. Ther is a stop for the shuttle bus to the park right in front of the hotel. The associated restaurant, Porters, serves nice breakfast options, and ther is a large, well stocked gift/clothing/etc. store attached. Room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff missed a few things, but the front desk took care of the issues. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Bumbleberry was easy to pass while driving down the main street but once there, it was no longer a problem.
I will have to stay the staff at the hotel, Porters restaurant, ice cream stand and the gift shop could not have been more friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and always asked if there was anything they could help us with.
The hotel and property was immaculate and well appointed. Great location and very convenient for local restaurants, shopping and Zion! Springdale was the starting point for a 9 day Mighty 5 National Parks trip with my family and it couldn't have been a better start.

The property, customer service and breakfast were outstanding! We arrived a few hours before check-in and were able to get an upstairs room with a balcony overlooking a cute mini-farm with goats, sheep, ducks, geese and turkeys, not to mention the majestic mountains behind it! A bobcat came by to lie and watch one of the gorgeous homesteads next door. The breakfast was delicious and the service was as good as you could imagine. We’ll definitely stay here if we come to Zion again!!

What an adorable place! Convenient to the Zion shuttle, pick up at the end of our driveway.
The staff at check-in was very nice and informative, answered all our questions.
There is an area with friendly animals for viewing and petting behind the facility, next to a very clean and reasonably priced laundry building.
The room was clean and comfortable with a roomy balcony, table and chairs and view of mountains. Fresh made to order breakfast with friendly wait staff and a wonderful place to get ice cream!
Everyone we interacted with within all the Bumbleberry facilities were friendly and nice.

Lovely that every room has a patio or balcony (two chairs, small table, two levels, no elevator). Hotel is set back below street so one cannot hear the road. Rooms good size. There's a grassy area kids could play on away from rooms. Small pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast is sit down (remember cash to give a tip :) ) w good number of choices. Good sized Gift shop, ice cream/pie at street and great grocery store (pricey, has lots of things) 3 buildings over.

My husband, daughter and I loved the family-run Bumbleberry Inn, and the large shop, restaurant and coffee/bakery/ice cream shop that go with it! It’s all very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Breakfast is complementary for those who stay at the Bumbleberry Inn. We really appreciated that. :)
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Each has a balcony with an amazing view. The hotel also has a very nice pool and hot tub! We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we visit Zion NP and Springdale in the future. :)

Nice place, comfortable and clean. They left our keys taped to the outside of the checkin door when we arrived late at night (made us pretty sure it was a safe community). Loved that we could charge our Tesla right there. They brought us fluffy pillows upon request. No extra blankets in the room. The rooms have flat board-like pillows. Good shower, Liked that there was a bathtub to soak in after a horseride. Decent patio chairs and very well located with food close and good service.

Bumbleberry inn, Springdale Utah.
We stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn during our visit to Zion national Park. The Bumbleberry Inn was very clean and well run with large rooms, glass doors that opened onto a balcony or first floor seating area. There is a heated pool and hot tub for guests. I highly recommend this historic establishment. It is in its fourth generation of ownership, founded in 1968. The stay at the end includes free breakfast at Porter's restaurant, and there is free coffee and chilled water in the lobby. Neighboring the inn is Porter's restaurant, the Bumbleberry bakery and Bumbleberry gift shop. All of which are excellent.

A beautiful location with fantastic mountain views ! Easy walk to shops/ restaurants . Free breakfast is included at the Porters restaurant next door where all the staff here are super friendly and hard working and the breakfast is delicious.
The free shuttle bus stop is right outside the hotel which takes you into Zion National Park ,the bus runs about every 15 mins.
The hotel outdoor pool and hot tub are a welcome relief after a day hiking Zion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and ready to help with any questions. We highly recommend this hotel. Beds were super comfy , there is a mini fridge and safe.

I had a great stay at Bumbleberry Inn. My favorite part of the room was the balcony, which gave me unobstructed view of the red rock cliffs. I found the beds very comfortable and spacious. The wifi was also greatly very useful, as reception could be spotty due to zion's remote location. My only small complaints were that I would have liked to have a room bath robe, and the coffee maker could have been better. The stay also included vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant during my stay. This was definetly a cut above the usual continental breakfast you get at some other hotels. Would stay again.

This place was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location simply can’t be beat, being right at Shuttle Stop 5 is incredibly convenient for getting into the park, and having a gift shop and restaurant on-site makes things easy. Although the breakfast vouchers are not too convenient if you’re just trying grab a quick bite before starting your early hike. We stayed in Room 320 on the 2nd floor and loved the balcony—the views are gorgeous, and we saw deer every single day, along with the other farm animals on the property.
Our towels were covered in an excessive amount of lint. I had to repeatedly fluff them off else we would be covered with lint and look like a cottonball (maybe time to clean the dryer lint traps?).
The linens had spots of stains on them which really makes you wonder if it’s time for the inn to invest in some replacements.
Just a heads-up that these are two-story buildings with stairs only and no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up.
On the bright side, the room was well-equipped with a microwave and a fridge, and they even provide a sound machine to help you sleep. The lobby offers ice water, hot chocolate, and coffee, and there is a very convenient refillable water bottle station down the hall. Parking was also a breeze.
It’s a charming spot with great perks and views, but the housekeeping and room maintenance definitely need more attention to detail.

Disappointed from reviews i had read for the price! Vent fan in bathroom rattled and loud. Staff at check in ok, not friendly. Waitress, Taylor at Porter's friendly. Other waitress we didnt see except to take our order and give us check. Another waitress filled our cups per our request. We traveled all over the area, staying 6 different hotels, and unfortunately we felt Bumbleberry, the most expensive, was the least of all of them!

The views are stunning. There's no elevator to the second floor. The bath towels were GREAT! Breakfast was at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The location was very good, a shuttle stop right near the hotel. The people in the office were friendly and helpful.
