Love panorama but the pool was a bit merky water was way to cold in the cool pool. The place we stayed was ok but not clean dishes were coverred in film and food. Not a great place to stay i have stayed in much better there.

We booked the Summit Lodge. I booked this as A/C was promised, that turned out to just be 2 standing fans. Every dish was dirty and had to be rewashed, bring your own dishwasher tablets though as none are provided. Half the plugs in the room did not work and both the towels and bed sheets had yellow stains. The resort itself is beautiful and the amenities are great but the accommodations are quite outdated for the price.

The activities at the resort are great for families. A little on the pricey side, but pool was fantastic. Our room had no screen on our patio door so with no air conditioning the room was hot and we didn’t really have a way to cool it. The bed was not very comfortable and bedding was poor quality. For the price I would expect better bedding. Kids still had a blast so it was worth it.

What a gem!

Great spot! Lots to do at the resort plus Toby Creek Adventures, Kootenay River Runners and Radium hot springs all super close by. We had a jam packed long weekend of atving, white water rafting, hot springs at night, chilling at the resort pool and going down the water slides and the pipe coaster. Lots of hikes on the resort and surrounding it. The restaurants were great and the staff know their stuff. The price for staying was amazing as well!10/10 recommend :)

Reason for the three star. No air conditioning. Plus the windows only open up 2 inches so no air flow. The night cooled off but the Condo stayed 25-28c. It didn’t even drop at all. They provide fans which are cheap and basically do nothing.

We enjoyed our stay as we had lots of activities to explore and we absolutely loved the pools. We were especially looking forward to the water slides but a week before our arrival, we were informed they were under repair which we understand is a common thing. There was no compensable offer made which was disappointing.

Accommodation was good but the amenities were terrible. Restaurants were closed or opened very late. We could only get pizza. Breakfast was hard to find and we had to drive to our Invermere.

So called premium room was no different from a standard one bedroom room. Old appliances. Small bedroom with little extra space for suitcases. No A/C. Room was hot. Disappointing view. Small TV with a bad picture. Everything felt shoddy. Our room was in Taynton Lodge at Panorama Mountain Resort.

Needs updates for summer and comfort. Property was ok, pools were great but sofa bed was awful and lack of an AC in the heat hindered comfort in the apartment.

Our second time staying here. A great place for the family. Nice and quiet location. Just what we needed to unwind for a few days. Nice pool area for the kids. Front desk were very helpful.

Only a couple slight negatives:
1. The food at the TBar grill was just so-so with very few options.
2. The person working the general store during our needs a lesson on etiquette.

Great place. Definitely will be back. Thanks again!

Great location for our family to be able to walk to everywhere in the village and nice to be so close to the pools. The property is however getting dated and old - a screen on the window was broken and so was a chair at the dining table. We also wish more of our favourite restaurants were open in the summer. Overall it was, as always, a memorable and beautiful weekend in Panorama.

We stayed in unit 301 and couldn’t have more pleased! The condo was very roomy for the 4 of us. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the corner balcony. It over looked the pools and Mile 1 Express lift. The only thing we ran into a problem with was the parking. The 1st level was full and we didn’t realize that there is another parking level. Another vacationer told us that there was about P2, which I thought that should have been conveyed at check in. Great place to stay.

Beautiful location, however, beds in condo lacked comfort and sofa bed very uncomfortable, with obvious need of replacement. No direct line through 1-800 number for check-in on weekends, so no human interaction but phone loop of messages. So disappointed for our expectations for dollars spent was worst experience during our vacation to Canada.

We stayed 4 days. The big thing was the lack of air conditioning in the studio apt. It was like 10 degrees warmer than the outside and the little $10 fan didn't do much.

Two things to know there is no air conditioning in the rooms but they had multiple fans and it cools down at night, they also only cleaned room before we got there. However property was awesome many activities for kids biking mini golf bouncy castle pools were great. Kids also loved fort hide and seek hike up the chair lift.

Panorama in the summer

The resort is lovely and the drive to get there is very scenic. The outdoor pools and hot tubs were a hit. There were also lots of other activities for younger children,as well as, water rafting, golfing and biking. The days that we were there were extremely hot (mid 30 degrees Celsius) and there was a bit of discomfort trying to get to sleep without air conditioning. Also, not all of the resorts restaurants are open at this time of year. However, we did find two or three and the golf course restaurant is about a kilometre away. The kitchens in the rooms are well outfitted though and there are barbecues conveniently located throughout the complex.

We took advantage of the family hiking trail and the free gondola service between the upper and lower village.

We will definitely go back and would recommend it to friends.

Very nice experience. We stayed Father’s Day weekend in the middle of June and it was very quiet. I personally enjoyed that but there was less to do. Golfing was spectacular at the greywolf golf course. The pool was very nice.

My review and rating will not even submit with out at least putting 1-star! Very disappointed in how VRBO handles their posting of currency when booking a Canadian property, from a Canadian URL and using a Canadian credit card. Will never use VRBO/Homeaway/Expedia again. In contacting the resolutions department regarding my issue they have provided me with no help at all. Terrible customer service!!

Overall very nice property. Very clean and had everything we needed! We were pleasantly surprised with a King bed (the description said Queen). We really enjoyed our stay!

On another note, we were disappointed with the communication. We asked a question before our stay and never received a response. It would have been nice to know where this condo was located in the village before booking. We took our chances and booked anyways and it turned out fine.

Nice quiet location for a weekend get-away.

We enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel and had a nice room with an amazing patio. The weather was pretty nice for end of September. But the restaurant selection was very limited. And wish the outdoor pool would have been open earlier than 10am!

Great resort with amenities. Was emailed after booking saying there was no ac. This needs to be made known prior to or in the description. The room was a great layout and size but is starting to be worn down.
