The unit was great, clean and well appointed, though the previous guest cooked some bad fish which left a lingering smell. But it was in an excellent location for lift access and the Embarc staff were very kind and communicative and delivered some air freshener. Will stay again in the future!

I stayed 4 nights at this property. The room itself was nice and clean, however the bed and pillows were a serious problem.
The mattress was extremely soft and worn. My body sank into a V shape in every sleeping position. I was waking up every 2 hours throughout the night, and on several occasions I was awake from 3–5 AM. The only time I managed about 5 hours of sleep was after returning from a bar when I had been drinking, which clearly shows how uncomfortable the bed was under normal conditions.
For the last two nights, I tried sleeping on the couch, but that was uncomfortable as well and too short to sleep properly.
I was literally counting the days until I could go back home. As a result of this stay, I ended up with lower back pain and now need to use muscle relaxants to get it under control.
For the price paid, I would expect a solid, supportive mattress, not an old, overly soft one that makes proper rest impossible. Unfortunately, this stay seriously affected my sleep and health.

This is one of those places you want to return to again and again. No surprises, everything was as expected and maybe even better. Very spacious and clean property, hot-tub at less than 10 metres away and very close to the gondola as well.

We loved being right on the crystal waters of Toby Creek. The Riverbend units are beautiful. They're rustic and luxurious at the same time. Our kids loved their twin beds and large TV. They liked telling us we couldn't use their private bathroom.
We enjoyed playing games we borrowed from the Embarc lounge by the fire and sneaking off to the nearby hot tub for an evening soak. The hot tub nearby these units has change rooms onsite, so there's no frozen walk back to your unit. There are plenty of hot tubs throughout Panorama, and we loved these ones best.
A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF! The housekeeping staff obviously care a great deal about their work. Every drawer was immaculate. They made little folds in the paper towel to make it crisp and clean. They signed a little note for us, and our youngest daughter drew a little picture back to them to say thank you. We appreciated their attention to detail. Every staff member in Panorama, but especially the Embarc staff, were lovely.
We went in shoulder season, which we've done before, but I guess we were a little bit later than we normally are. The restaurants and cafes were closed to gear up for winter. One coffee shop was open in the Approach Hotel. This was okay for us because our intention was always to rest in our unit by the creek. It may be good to know for others. If you are looking to access the restaurants, check the Panorama website to see when they're open for your stay.

Accommodations were perfect. Roomy and had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfy and a very homey atmosphere. Hot tub just outside the room was awesome and the pool was great and perfect to cool down on a hot day. Beautiful scenery and lots to do. Greywolf Golfcourse was just a few minutes away and was very challenging but gorgeous. Will definitely be back.

Relaxing Weekend at Panorama
What a beautiful getaway. We needed relaxation and we got it! Our studio suite looked out at the mountain and hot pool. Weather did not cooperate or we would have loved our patio! Comfortable view unit with everything we needed. Great cable tv with recording capability and music, underground parking, lovely tub, well supplied kitchen and an extremely comfy king bed. Little Fireside breakfast cafe perfect walk for bite and coffee. Note to self, try Grey Wolf restaurant next trip. We think this is a perfect getaway spot for a couple or even a family in off season.
No AC so room could be warm in the summer so take note if you come in heat of summer, but then again there are lots of pools, mini golf and pickleball outdoors, all included.

Great place to stay at, convenient location and amazing surroundings of the Panorama resort. Hot tub nearby as well as hot pools up the hill just a couple mins away with the free gondola. We had a great time and really managed to relax and enjoy our time in the mountains. Will definitely be looking at staying here again!

this location is perfect. The short gondola ride from the parking lot up to the main lodge/ski hill/hot springs pool was super fun for the kids and all of us. This is as good as it gets with a huge condo, next to the slopes. I would stay here every time I visit Panorama.

We asked if we could park in the hotel parking on the day of our departure so we could ski and then leave, but they would not allow us access. That was disappointing.
