This is a fabulous hotel. My wife and I stayed in the Egypt suit and it was fully loaded with a sauna, shower and a great tub. We felt like we were on our second honeymoon! It really did feel like we were in the tomb of a pyramid. We highly recommend!

We were in the Alaska themed room. Very spacious and reminded me of our visit to Alaska last week! Staff at check in was so friendly and helpful! The bed is very comfy and the room is dark. Breakfast is delivered in the morning! Love this place!

This is a unique hotel. The rooms are amazing, and all different. They are spacious and quirky, comfy beds, excellent jacuzzi bath. Staff are friendly and helpful, the included breakfast and extras were a pleasant surprise. Close to centre of Idaho falls, easy to find and places to explore.
Lots of eating options around.
Would highly recommend

Fun property with themed rooms. We chose the Hawaii room, which had a waterfall shower and large soaking jacuzzi tube, as well as tropical island decor. Very nice. Comfortable bed. Steps in the room - so not good for those with mobility issues. Nice tv with streaming options included. Fridge and microwave; breakfast included with some choice and delivered to the room if you chose. Easy parking nearby. Walkable to restaurants downtown and the falls. (Quite cold and windy the day we visited, but still walkable.) Helpful and nice staff.

Late night check in was slightly confusing but the after hours number was prompt to answer and give more clear instructions. Such a beautiful family owned business and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean and quiet and so worth the money. Personalized touches were so thoughtful and breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was a huge perk! 10/10 would stay here again.

This property would be better is they had an on site bar/hot food, though several decent restaurants in close vicinity.

An absolute gem if you're looking for the themed room experience. Since it is in town it does not have a dedicated parking lot but there is ample safe parking yards away. Walking distance to a beautiful park and the man-modified Idaho Falls.

Love this place! The pictures do NOT do it justice at all, The room is gorgeous! Such a fun unique place with so many little personal touches. I cannot rave enough about how much I love this place! The only negative is that I only booked one night. I cannot wait to come and check out the other themes (I stayed in the England room, complete with a draw bridge and a bathroom hidden behind a bookshelf!) Great place, great stay.

Bad whirlpool tub.

This is an interesting hotel. Different themes. The whirlpool was so deep and slippery that it was almost impossible to get out. My wife actually hurt her right side as she slipped. There was almost nothing to hold onto. Will not stay again.

The room was very plain and small the theme was Alaska I don’t recommend that particular suite.. The bathtub had hairs and dirt with a ring around it.. the sheets were not fresh and it had a rancid smell!! What a waist of my money!!

Wonderful hotel

Staff was very nice, room was super clean and comfortable and the location is convenient to restaurants both in downtown Idaho Falls and those close to I-15.

My wife and I stayed in the Alaska room and the shower/bathtub/spa is in the middle of the bedroom without curtains. If you are traveling with children I would suggest checking first to see if the showers in the other rooms are private.

Egyptian vs NYC

We stayed in the Egypt suite this last stay. We enjoyed it...but liked the New York City suite much better from the previous week. The NYC design hit the mark 100%, where the Egyptian one was a little lacking (our opinion). It was a nice room...just not worth the added cost. Save some $$ and stay in NYC...you won't get mugged at this one.

Fun but needs a little help with details

The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous! Our only complaints have to do with amenities in the room and the like. The fitted sheets did not fit the deep mattress well and kept popping off, so we had to call the front desk twice for a replacement and ended up just remaking our bed and sleeping on top of the flat sheet. The managers made it right and compensated us with a complementary snack basket the first night and a small discount off our two-night stay. Additionally, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom/water closet area, so bring air freshener. There are no safety bars to climb out of the sunken tub with, either, so be aware of that. Also, the surround sound speakers for our room were not functioning, which was okay, just something that we noticed. The breakfast was good, but might we suggest making salt and pepper available on the breakfast tray? One last comment: we did get one small creamer cup and one small half and half cup on the second day, but there was none the first morning. These were not deal breakers for us, but might be important to take note of the details.

Clean room. Friendly staff. The morocco room is so fun. Don’t recommend for anyone that hates stairs though, since the bed is up two steps. We’ve stayed here twice now and have loved it both times. The breakfast baskets are so great. The only downside is because of COVID they don’t come and clean your room if you stay multiple nights but we did get a basket with clean towels, waters, bath products etc and that was great. We will definitely stay again!
