Many properties use air fresheners to make the room smell perdy. They used far too much of it in my otherwise perfect room. Stayed up all night choking on the overwhelming air freshener!

I have stayed several times at this resort and this was the first time that I did not enjoy my stay. I want to start by saying the staff is great and hotel is clean.
I was placed in a joining room next to a family. They were very loud, I could hear everything, smell what they were cooking and they were up very late (1am). The most annoying was the children kept trying to open the joining door. The next morning there was no hot water, so I had to start my work day without showering. Thankfully water was fixed when I returned. On the last night, someone was smoking and could immediately smell in my room, I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. Check out day the elevator was not working, so a bit inconvenient. I was staying for business, so getting sleep and showering for my business appointments was important. I realize everything that happened was out of the hotels control, but still made for a less than satisfactory stay.

The pool area is nice and with 4 pools at least one pool should be off limits to children.

We also had a snafu with the bedding (stained comforter) but once we told the staff it was immediately replaced.

Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub after a day of skiing or biking. The underground parking provides easy access and safety. Our room was quiet and provided everything we needed for the week of our vacation The bed was large and very comfortable. Our lab retrievers loved walking around the resort. We can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful hotel in a great location; not in Invermere, but still close to everything. I liked the layout and aesthetics of my room. The highlight, in my opinion, was the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools. Also nice to have heated underground parking. I stayed here for skiing at Panorama Mountain Resort; the resort offers a free shuttle which comes to Copper Point Resort.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly- they assisted with transferring us to a different room from the one we originally booked, which we really appreciated. The pool was great as well and added to the overall experiance. Location was perfect for what we needed.
Will definitely come back.

We've gone to Copper Point a few times over the years as we've appreciated their cleanliness and service. However on this trip we found that the room had a strong smel of a cleaning product that was really bothering us. When we asked to change rooms they accommodated us but all the rooms had this same smell. Also, there was no kettle available to us.

Room had a broken toilet so we needed to pack up and move to another room. The new room had a fireplace that didn't work, lights that didn't work and one of two t.v. sets that didn't work. Dated t.v. sets with blurry screens. The hotel is in need of maintenance updates for sure. We loved the restaurant and staff. This feedback was shared with the hotel.

The EV charger was not working our entire 3 day stay. I let the staff know and they seemed surprised and said they’d let me know when it was fixed, and it never was. Our in room heat and the clothes dryer also were not working and required service. These were fixed quickly. Th building is showing signs of wear and common areas are not very clean (stains on walls). The loft room was big and spacious - nice for all the ski equipment. Pool was nicely heated and large.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Cooper Point while passing through Invermere on a road trip. The hotel offers a great selection of amenities, and the staff were fantastic. Our loft was extremely spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long drive. While you’re here, be sure to check out the traditional German restaurant next door - such a great spot! Highly recommended!

The room was spotless. The photos sold the economy room to be more than what it really was. The lighting in the room was terrible but the staff was nice. I’d like to give a shout out to Sabina at the front desk she was super lovely and friendly! I would definitely come back even with the minor issues. The pools were nice and warm, making them swimmable even in the cold. The breakfast was decently priced and restaurant staff were friendly.

We had a GOOD stay at Copper Point, not GREAT.

The view is spectacular, the food great, the spa amazing and front desk gave great service.

The room was poorly lit, had a kitchen sink but no dishcloth or dishtowel.

Had a terrible experience in the restaurant. There was 1 server for breakfast Sunday morning. She had 4 tables. We stood waiting for a table for close to 10 minutes and she walked past us twice and did not even acknowledge us. We left and went off the property to dine.

For the cost of the hotel rooms, I expect better service. I would hesitate on staying here again.

Great staff, great food. Love the outdoor pool/hot tub.
The description of the room mentioned all the tv’s have Chromecast… we had the loft suite with 4 tv’s and only found one and it was the main room which was unplugged. Bring a couple pillows, these were pretty much fluff. One last thing, the furnace room, they need to do some regular maintenance.

The AC Unit broke on the first day of our stay and it was July so, super hot. We had to call and talk to the front desk multiples times. They sent a maintenance guy up but he couldn't fix it. Nothing was done about it, we were not offered a different room or anything. So we had no AC for the entire stay which was not fun. Other than that, it was a nice place with good amenities. The building and rooms are quite outdated.

The lighting in the room is quite dim overall and especially in the bathroom making it a bit hard to shave. The bed frame protrudes and you will bang your shins on the bottom unless you are careful. Beyond that it is a decent hotel.

Room was very hot when I arrived at 77. Found a water bottle and an empty beer box in the cupboard. Other than that the room was very clean. Staff were awesome. I did not use the bar or pool. Outside grounds were very clean. Slept well, no traffic noise as it is away from the highway.

Sabina checked us in and was SO helpful during our stay. She was friendly and kind and overall amazing customer service. We adored the restaurant staff as well- they made our restaurant trips easy and the food was yummy. Malcom was our server the first night- he and the bar tender made our first dinner relaxing and they were just super helpful and friendly. The hot tub was overcrouded as it is a small hot tub but the pool was nicely heated so it wasnt really needed. The room was clean and perfect size- We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and overall such a wonderful experience. Balcony had a beautiful view! Tv could be updated but honestly didnt care it was such a great experience. I WILL be going back here!

Relegated to the sub basement staff housing area when travelling with a pet even though they promote them being on the second floor.
Room carpets were dirty and furniture, walls were beaten up. Informed at check in that indoor pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. Robes not provided even though in the advertisement for the room and we were given attitude when we asked for them. Outdoor property lighting was not working during our 2 night stay so parking lot was pitch black and we needed flashlights to get to/from car each evening. No kettle in room, wifi and TV didn’t work….we had to ask for these simple amenities at 10pm at night and wait quite a while as there was not much staff. Not my version of a “resort” and really disappointing.

Upon arrival around the designated check-in time, our assigned room was not yet prepared, necessitating a wait of approximately one hour. Subsequently, the room was located adjacent to another room hosting a birthday celebration, which generated considerable noise and strong odors due to cooking activities. The disruptions rendered it impossible to rest during the twenty-four-hour period. We remained at the establishment despite these circumstances.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and it was always a good experience… this trip was not great. We got in late at night and got a room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was dust and cobwebs and stains in the toilet. The state of the room was exacerbated by the amount of spiders we found in the room. As someone who is scared of spiders I hit my last straw when a massive one appeared out of nowhere Saturday evening. To the hotels credit, when I asked for a new room they did provide us with one which was much better and actually clean. The hotel itself is looking worse for wear and in desperate need of a refresh… I don’t think I would stay here again

Overall, really liked the room assigned, and the in room and dining room staff and service. Food in the dining room and patio was excellent!! Rooms could be made a little brighter as it was very dark (lightbulbs out), and also the streaming service did not work on the TV even though the staff tried. the bedroom hallways certainly need refurbishment. Overall, though, I'd go back anytime! Many thanks to the GM and Staff!!

Rooms really need a refreshing. Stains on all carpeting, room's and hallways. Furniture is chipped and damaged. Lamps, all of them, physically broken. Plumbing and toilets sometimes flush. If your room is next to a stairwell, you will hear everything. Staffing was reduced, maybe due to it being September? I was informed that I couldn't be moved as the resort was completely booked for the week. After this experience, I won't stay here again unless compensated or situated in a newly renovated room if that ever happens!

Underground room had bad internet. There was no computer desk in the room so got back pain working on those old tables. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly. Gym facilities were not good for this size and price of a hotel. No breakfast included. Hard to find parking spot, it was very busy.

When we arrived I double checked to ensure the room had a walking style shower as suggested, due to mobility concerns. It did not. I had to pay a steep upgrade to have one. (Safety for an elder.) The initial room was not clean. We needed to keep our shoes on. This was after having to come back to the resort as the room was not ready yet. The room was weathered (showing its age and misuse.) Unfortunately, the room beside us had two dogs. The owners left them unattended and would not answer phone calls made by staff. Dogs were barking for hours. Other occupants from other rooms started banging on the floor and wall. This did not help. Saving grace, night shift moved us to the only available room they had. This room was not as worn, quiet, and was very clean. Staff were friendly. I don’t think we will stay again.

The restaurant was understaffed and the facility was dirty. There was food on the window sills. I think the restaurant manager is to blame for this. Unrelated but I could have saved over $85 if I had booked directly with the hotel vs booking with Expedia! So much for a service like this.
