Most everything was excellent. Had to carry luggage and cooler up two sets of stairs. Hard to do with a bad knee. Keys where sticky and hard to open the door. Room was missing the toaster and my last complaint was the room was freezing cold and it took a long time to heat up.

Willem is a very welcoming owner. He recently renovated all the rooms. We stayed in a quiet spacious studio room with kitchenette & king sized bed. Big windows allowed lots of natural light in. We had the two bedroom suite for two days and loved it. The room is very spacious. One bedroom is at the back, with a queen bed, window faces the mountain. Not much view, but quiet; The other bedroom facing the balcony and has two twin beds which is perfect for my two girls. The highlight is the gazebo which is right besides our room. We enjoyed our supper there. Since radium rained a few days before we arrived, I was worried about the mosquitoes and bugs outside. By surprise, I did not see any in the gazebo. I loved the chairs on the balcony also, it was my favorite place to read my book after hiking.
Both the owner and other two ladies working there were very friendly. They provide pool towel for free if you want to go to the hot spring, and help you with anything you ask for. Definitely I will recommend this place.

Willem was an amazing host. He sat and chatted with us on his balcony for a couple hours. He has invested renovating the rooms as well! The stay could not have been better. I just wish we could have stayed longer! This is THE hidden gem in Radium.
