It was was lovely stay, very comfortable. Can do with some basic amenities such as slippers, Hangers etc

Was very disappointed, with the quality of the meals, I ordered a Goat Curry, which was not prepared according to the menu.

Chair upgrade suggestions

It was great. The only suggestion is to do something with the chair in the room - it's very heavy and extremely loud when being moved. I could hear neighbors from above moving the chair and it always made me jump.

Great hotel in Lusaka

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Lusaka on a 1 night stopover after being on safari. The hotel is great, shuttle service from/to the airport, the rooms a spotless and the bed and shower are \"heaven\". The dinner and breakfast I had in the dining room were excellent and the customer service and friendliness of all the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend the hotel.

The service was exceptional. All staff members, without exception, were friendly and helpful, professional and courteous. My room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and bed linen was luxurious. This was the first hotel that I can remember staying in where the pillows were marked soft or firm. It was also a rare luxury to have a light duvet that matched exactly the weather.

Incredible Hotel

I arrived on the 5th of March in Lusaka, without a booking for a hotel as the initial hotel i was meant to stay in was too far out my way for work. I chose Hotel Inn by chance and i must say, Holiday Inn has officially won a place in my Heart. I regularly travel to different countries in Africa for Work and i must say, out of ALL hotels I've stayed in, Holiday Inn has by far been thee BEST.
The Hotel Staff took incredible care of me, knowing i work in the liquor industry, they always supplied me with extra water, always ensured i had help carrying my items to and from my room without expecting nothing in return, i mean?? Where else can you find such kind and caring people. I genuinely appreciate every single one of the staff members, from the beautifully friendly cleaners, the Reception staff, the Restaurant staff to the Security Guards who ensured my Safety at all times. I FULLY 100% Recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone out there. It is extremely clean, a home away from home.
Thank you for everything and i look forward to my next stay at Holiday Inn!!

Not honouring Rewards points

I booked the hotel for my wife using a Reward night. When she came to pay the small balance due (about $15) they charged my card with a further $101.
When I queried the charge they claimed they had not received the instruction.
They requested me to email but 2 days later I have still had no response.
Very poor customer service and apparent ignorance of the Rewards process.

The location is great, not too far from anywhere in town. The hotel is still fairly new and the feel nice finishings is superb.

Food is good too, only downside is it takes a while to prepare. Otherwise the overall stay was good. Staff were friendly and I would stay there again on my next business trip

ルサカのホリデーインは2度と使用したくない。レストランの朝食対応で非常に嫌な思いをした。
朝食後、車に移動し発車の準備をしていたところスタッフに窓をノックされ怖い思いをした。朝食のサインに戻ってくれと言われ車までダイニングのスタッフがきた。そのようなことは、ダイニングで速やかに済ませるような体勢にしてほしい。
急いでいるからレセプションで全て対応するようにしてくれと頼んだが、連泊していることを知らせるまでは動いてくれなかった。

また、チェックアウトの日の朝、９時ごろポロシャツを着たスタッフがチェックアウトの様子を確認に来て驚かされた。普通、そのようなサービスはない。
特に問題ないこと伝え、10時ごろポーターを頼むことを伝えたが、その後レセプションに電話しても２０分ほどスタッフが来なかった。

シャワーのホースが壊れていて、シャワーの水がシャワーボックルガイの床を濡らし不便だった。
