The hotel was a fun find. We stayed here for one night on our way to pick up our daughter from GCU. We love boutique hotels and Canyons didn’t disappoint! The hotel staff was excellent, we enjoyed using the complimentary cruiser bikes to explore downtown Kanab and the room was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend Canyons if you’re looking for something other than a chain hotel.

This hotel is like a hotel/bed n breakfast hybrid, it was a very unique experience. We loved the huge jetted tub - big enough for both my husband and myself. I would 100% stay here again. My only regret is that we did not go to the Sego restaurant located in the hotel more than once, because that is one of the best restaurants we have been to.

This is an older hotel with a lot of charm. The rooms were clean and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is about 30 minutes from the east entrance to Zion National Park and 60 minutes from the Zion visitors center. We would stay here again.

Our stay was superb. We were initially welcomed at night by Laurie, who even asked if we ate dinner. From the start this stay already felt welcoming and even nurturing. In the morning we met Darcy who is also so pleasant and helpful. She made amazing suggestions for different things to see annd adventure. Jacob made the most amazing breakfast, was so friendly and lovely. Upon checkout, we met the owner, Travis. He was so personable and helpful as well. Overall, this place is a gem in the desert. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere in general was so relaxing. We look forward to returning soon!

We booked this place for convenience and the website pic looked appealing. But when we arrived I was not prepared for what a sweet place this was! It looks and has the feel of a bed and breakfast house. The staff was so engaging and friendly and went out of their way to see that we had a pleasant experience. From the welcome card resting on our pillows to the matching robes in our armoire to the four poster bed to the gourmet breakfast and the outside sitting areas--it was perfect. We loved it so much we cancelled the next leg of our trip and extended our stay for three more days. STAY HERE! YOU WONT BE DIASAPPOINTED!

Only complaints is that our room was right above the main foyer and we could hear everything downstairs while people were dining, especially during the morning. We liked that it had character. There is a need to note that there is no elevator. All rooms should have some type of hand hold by shower/tub. I went out an purchased my own bathmat. You could make it clear that the pool is not at this hotel but across a street on a different property. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfasts satisfactory. If you want coffee for breakfast use the Keurig in the entryway - restaurant coffee was?? Everything was neat and clean. We did not eat at their evening restaurant - more emphasis on it in advertising as we would have had we not made other arrangements.

However, the hostess went into the kitchen and asked them if they’d do one more order and the chef was more than happy to. We loved our stay at Canyons Boutique Hotel. Our room was clean & very comfortable for our needs. The staff was friendly & we were welcomed with a personalized note in our room. We used bikes the free bikes at the property to get around downtown in the evening & enjoyed a walk through the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

In our room the bed vibrated every time a specific mechanical function in the building would come on. The head board literally vibrated and woke me at @5:50 AM. This continued in ~9 min cycles coming on every ~15 mins. The head board shook! There is no way I was the first to complain, but they didn't care.

This property is quaint. We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it so much we had to come back. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are awesome. Quaint! We were greeted with a personalized welcome letter when we arrived after hours. The Hotel was meticulously clean, comfortable, and cozy! The staff was friendly and helpful; we especially enjoyed the useful guides for local drives and hikes. The breakfast was excellent (with ingredients that have been sourced locally)! 😌 We look forward to returning again soon!

Only downside was the breakfast, it was terrible and not worth paying anything for, although the staff was kind enough to return my money when i asked.
