Nice facilities! The manager was friendly and helpful and the grounds are immaculate. The cabins are cozy and bed and pillows were comfortable. I am a clean freek and I guess you don’t expect a cabin to be perfectly clean. Well, this one was almost perfectly clean. It just seems like people in general don’t clean bathroom corners and baseboards anymore. I used to be a motel maid and that was part of the job. All in all it is a very nice place to stay!

So this is a \" village\" of tiny cabins. Some of the porch views are better than others. The cabins are clean, include a small fridge and microwave. Mine was furnished in ornate ish, distressed, India type decor. I enjoyed my 2 days. My only issue was the porch chair set up in line with the ac/ heat units hot exhaust. ( Just the way the cabins are built ). A little light on charging outlets as well. So much easier to unload than at a enclosed motel.

BEWARE!! do yourself a favour and check if your sheets were changed as soon as you check in. We relied on good reviews and realised bedding was never changed on neither one of our beds right as we were goin to bed. Surprisingly, front desk staff was not surprised at all.

Property is gorgeous and the cabin was cute, but the staff wasn’t anywhere to be found when we checked in around 7pm. The bell on the desk didn’t work. I had no service to call the phone number that was left for help, so we just had to wait until someone decided to come to the desk. The guy was nice though when he did come. The fridge in our room also didn’t work and the shower liner soaked through almost immediately and got everything wet. WiFi not great either once we were able to connect.

You can't beat the view! It's gorgeous! The cabins are super cute, well maintained. I love that there's a parking spot in front of your cabin! It was quiet, comfortable. The wifi was ok. I'd definitely recommend! Especially for the great price.

The cabin was clean and the bed comfortable. My gripe is that the internet description on Hotels.com said the place was dog friendly, but they charge you an extra $20 if you bring your dog and have him stay in the room. This was never mentioned anywhere that I could find. I would have given the place a higher rating if not for that lack of upfront information.

We love staying at the Red canyon Cabins. The cabins are clean and quiet. Its so nice having a cabin to yourself....you dont have to hear people next to you or above you like the usual motels. The beds are so comfortable
The owner Raju and his adorable wife were so sweet to make sure we had a nice stay. Our house keeper MONICA was absolutely wonderful!!! That girl needs a raise and make sure she gets her tip we left in the room!!! Looking forward to staying there again :)

I was very quickly checked in. These were the cutest little cabins ever! They look small, but the beds were larger than I thought and there were 2 chairs, a couch, and a table in the room! It was very quiet and there were quite a number of restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again!

Meh… The idea is great. However, quite a few cons for me with this property. Super awkward layout: all windows / sitting patio areas are facing the parking lot vs nice views all around. What a waste… The room inside, has only one bedside table: would make sense for the two bed layout, but not for the single bed: one of us didn’t have a spot to put the water or the phone on. No closet space. Not just awkward but dangerous, coz a taller person that doesn’t pay attention can crack his/her head on the shelf with the hanger rod in the corner. Bathroom… YIKES! It was clean, however, during the low season, they need to run the water in the sink and tub at least on weekly basis, so the traps don’t reek to high heaven.
Definitely will opt for a hotel. Plenty of good options in Kanab.

Staff was very courteous. The rooms were NOT spotless. In one room there was hair everywhere and a foreign object that looked like a dried up turkey neck was found. The toilet seat was really loose and hardly any toilet paper. In another cabin, there was NO hot water, hair in thr bathroom area. The floor had give in it in the bathroom. Must've been water damage. The staff was great and the cabins were cute.

Nice guy that checked us in. I liked that we all had cabins together and it was great being able to get to our trucks and trailers right outside of our door. As far as the condition of the cabins, well, they were not very clean, the towels were very worn as well as the furniture. It wasn’t as clean as the reviews lead me to believe. I wouldn’t stay there again. To end with a positive, it was cheap.

If you are headed out to hiking in the area, this is a great place to rest your head. Easy parking, comfortable and quiet. The only thing is the housekeeping needs to do a little better job. I would give it 5 stars but the microwave was dirty.

The room/tiny home was okay. The bed took up most of the main room and although we had an ADA room I don’t think that a normal wheelchair would have been able to go from the front door to the bathroom. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower didn’t have enough hot water for two adults to shower with hot water. The pros were that it was cute and the location was great!

Fantastic value for an overnight stay. Felt more like a motel room on the inside than a drafty cabin. Nice to park a 22 foot vehicle right in front of the cabin, especially in the rain. Front desk check in was alright but distracted by a long winded phone call during the process which felt more like standing at an auto parts counter. than the usual motel. Would stay again.

Upon arrival, there was a sign posted that there was no WI-FI available. We had booked two cabins for many months prior. We were told after driving 7 hours and arriving in the evening that we could cancel. It would have been appreciated if we had been notified prior to our arrival. In an ideal world we could be away for two days and not have any business to attend to, but that is not our life. We were traveling with one small, quiet, non-shedding dog and I inquired regarding a discount due to our two cabins not having WI-FI access. He acted as if we were given a favor of $10 off. Seriously!? In addition, the dresser had drawers that would not not remain closed without duct tape and impeded our movements. Lastly, we and our other family members turned off our mini fridges as it was loud making it difficult to sleep.

Super impressed with Red Canyon Cabins, I’ve travelled countless miles and this was definitely one of the best motels I’ve stayed at. Everything was real clean and comfortable, not to mention at a great price point. The individual cabin setup offers more privacy and charm than your average motel. As a bonus, each cabin has a little patio! Awesome base for exploring beautiful southern Utah and would definitely stay again.
