I completely fell in love with this place, and I would totally stay here again. First of all, the rooms are extremely clean, simple, and well decorated. The staff was extremely kind. The grounds were nice. There’s so many extra touches to make it dog friendly, so if you travel with a furry friend, you can’t find a place better than this. The breakfast was amazing. It was such a great breakaway from the normal gross continental breakfast that every other hotel has. We were able to order Chia pudding or overnight oats, and also enjoy homemade banana bread and muffins. It was all delicious and even healthy. Fantastic find.

What a great place to stay if you have an animal! The check-in cookie and the breakfast in the morning were amazing. Everything was so clean and thought out to accommodate humans and pets. We enjoyed our stay with our sleepover doggie from Best Friends.

We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the pet facilities. Check-in was a tad chaotic (in part because everyone had pets), but once we were checked in it was a lovely stay. The dog run was fantastic and we heard from another guest that the dog spa was wonderful, though we didn’t use it. The location of the hotel is convenient, with most of the restaurants and shops in walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a sleep over with Best Friends and the accommodations for the dog were awesome...water and food bowls, bed for the dog...which by the way was not where he slept...on the bed with great-granddaughter was his choice. Great outside park area for your dog with fresh water, grass security fence and gate.

Great location for southern UT hikers, staff was wonderful and accommodations exceeded my expectations. Room was super clean and had everything we needed in the kitchenette. Grounds were spotless and we were treated to live music at their outdoor stage on Saturday evening. A great way to spend a few days exploring the area. Paradise for dog lovers and dog owners alike.

This is the best hotel in Kanab! The property is nicely renovated in a Scandi style with generously proportioned rooms and bathrooms. The pictures online represent accurately what the rooms and the property look like. The best thing is that your pets are welcome and not a nuisance. They even have a pullout dog bed in the room. Although the property is on HW 89, the rooms are quiet, and we couldn't hear the traffic. If you are sensitive, they have earplugs in the room. The fenced dog run was an added bonus, as was the included breakfast. The breakfast is vegan, but the overnight oats were really fantastic. All together, a great value for the money. Will definitely stay there again!

The breakfast cafe was simple, but free and amazing service by the gentleman at the counter. The zucchini bread was delicious! We had a one night stop with our furry companion and we are glad we stopped at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, we forgot our dog bowl and the room came equipped with 2 (one for water and one for food). We loved the mud room area that had a door so our dog didn’t have the change to dash out of the room. No carpet which is great when you have pets and each bed has a dog bed underneath so our Aussie could pick and choose! Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent!!! We had such a great experience there! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a delicious homemade cookie. The room was modern, big and very comfortable. They built this hotel with a vision and they are connected with the non-kill animal shelter down the road. We were lucky to have live entertainment that night. Breakfast was all homemade items. Very easy going, super comfortable hotel in the middle of town. We will be back for sure!!

Great hotel that supports an even better cause. 1 complaint is the gentleman who checked us in (suspect you know who). Very inattentive during checkin and was short with me when I asked a few questions about the property. He was worse several hours later when my wife inquired about the daily sanctuary tour. In the end everyone else was great so his poor customer service really stood out.

This place is phenomenal. Anyone traveling with fur babies would love it too. Staff all welcomed the animals. The room, grounds, dog run, mercantile, complimentary breakfast were ALL outstanding. They even have a splash pad for the pups 🐶 We will be staying here again and for sure will visit the sanctuary as well. A real love for our 4 legged friends shows everywhere.
