This is the absolute cutest hotel nestled in the hills about 15 minutes drive south from the airport. We loved our stay here so much we came back a couple of nights later during our trip. The rooms are simple but clean, and the area is so quiet you can hear the coqui frogs in the trees all around at night. We loved sitting at a patio table next to the pool just listening to the frogs. Absolutely enchanting environment. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Is a good place to go rest after a long day. However, the road to get to the hotel was narrow, and dark with lots of twist and curves . Not close to major attractions in San Juan.
Other than that our stay was very good.

In the middle of now where but was able to get Uber Eats for a great price. Loved everything about the small town feel. If you are needing all the amenities may not be for you. For those laid back, go with the flow perfect spot

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were left stranded with no where to go when our flight was cancelled due to the winter blizzard in NYC. This hotel was perfect for a clean, spacious “family style” room that slept two adults and 4 teenagers comfortably. Cute pool, comfortable beds, hot water, fridge, dressers, table and the most adorable kitty that our kids loved to feed and snuggle with.

This is a fantastic hotel, that is in a secluded spot in the country. Twenty minutes from airport, Old San Juan and ocean. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would strongly recommend staying at this wonderful place

We had no hot water. No outlet in bathroom. There was an extension cord with a few plugs coming out of it and when we investigated all the cords ran under our mattress. The room never was cleaned and there is no elevator for us to use. It's in the middle of nowhere and didn't even no how to check in. Parking was horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Clean room, kind and respectful staff, easy late check in that we were so grateful for because our flight landed a little late but the car rental process took 3 plus hours. We didn’t arrive until 4:30 am to check in. Truely grateful for the hotel staff understanding. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

No hot water in the shower in the unit . Including sinks. Maintenance fixed the hot water but then the lights went out. Maintenance then came again and fixed the lights but then hot water went out again. Made to many trips and phone calls to the office to fix the issues. Even called Expedia to try to get a refund .

Very basic hotel. We needed something last minute for a quick layover that didn’t break the bank. This was basically a bed with t.v. and fridge, but no coffee maker or bottled water. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner or hot water. The pool area was nice, but no coffee anywhere and forget food, not even a vending machine. Uber to/from airport was quick, easy & affordable (< $20)

The pool area was lovely, clean and well maintained. The property overall was very cute and in a nice little neighborhood in the hills out-of-the-way from your typical hotel stay. The room was clean with good ac and a nice bathroom. The fridge and microwave were a great bonus! The staff and owner were friendly.

Excellent surprise in Carolina

Village Inn was a nice surprise in what felt like middle of a mountain. Only a short drive from airport but located in very lush area, serenaded by coquis all evening. We had hiked El Yunque and other places and the amount of coquis seemed barely audible compared to this hotel.
Room was very clean and nicely cared for. Fridge and microwave were brand new. Bathroom was also clean with ample amount of towels. Beds had clean likeness and were very comfortable. Pool area looked like a perfect spot to relax but we couldn't fit it into our schedule.
Overall this is a perfect place for a night or two of rest and relaxation. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quick connection to the airport before or after longer travel intervals around PR.

I stayed only two night’s because I didn’t get a good service and I had to left Tuesday morning because they didn’t clean my room for two days and bugs are on my bed and pillows ( cockroach)
I have the photos and the lady front desk was very rude and the lady on the phone( manger)
I requested to you help to open a cases for my reimbursement
I had to found other hotel and Village Inn charged the total amount but I left for bad service and bad customer service.
Could you please help me
I had videos and photos to proved why I had to change for my security and rest properly because I used this hotel only to sleep and I arrived after 10 pm.

Hotel is away from everything!! We had no hot water and they didn’t do anything about it so we left and they said they can’t give us a refund or credit for anything. We booked 2 nights..stayed for the first night and left around 8 am next morning. Nothing to do there . Wasted time and money !!

I was put on the 2nd floor, and there are no elevators, no phone, no hair dryer. There was even a sign in the bathroom that said \"Do not throw toilet paper, etc. into toilet\"! There was a loud chirping noise coming from the pool equipment late at night that lasted for hours, and there was a loud noise early in the morning that sounded like gardening that lasted for hours!

Booked because of the 24 hour airport shuttle which they do not have give you number to over priced second party shuttle that was worthless. Next I booked because had a restaurant and bar onsite so no need to get taxi or go anywhere else. Then found out there both closed because not busy. Then found out the whirlpool I quote no heater just bubbles working and ice cold. Lastly now hot water for shower in room. Couldn’t check out quicker left hour early to head back to airport. Thank god rented a car otherwise probably still there waiting for a ride.

This hotel is far from stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was closed; the AC had issues but they came to the room and fixed the problem.
It is definitely the best hotel if you’re traveling with family.

When we arrived at the hotel we were shocked by the appearance and location. Nothing like the pictures online.
I booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa. The sofa was removed from the room and the surrounding area did not feel safe at all. The pictures made the hotel look much nicer than in person. When I questioned this and showed the pictures from online to the owner I was told that’s just how it is.
I refused to stay and was told it didn’t matter that they would be paid regardless.
Losing that money and finding a place we could rest and feel secure for the night was the best decision I have made.
Let my mistake be your warning!
Do a google street view of the location before going.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great staff and the great air conditioning system which is a must. We had breakfast at the restaurant inside food was good and quick. Only bad thing is that uber take 15-25 minutes to pick you up and many would cancel. Airport is 12 mins away and San Juan is very close.

The Village Inn should be a $89 per night hotel. However, do to the demand for affordable hotels in the Island they take advantage and overcharge for their beat up hotel. That is why I rather choose and Airbnb than a hotel. Which I will continue doing after giving a hotel a last chance.
