The description on the website didn’t depict this being a motel versus hotel so that was disappointing in our arrival to find out that we were arriving at a motel style
The parking lot was disgusting with all the old mattresses just stacked up against the building
The maintenance in the parking lot was not up to standards

The blackout curtains in the bedroom did not close tight enough to block the parking lot lights

You could hear all the traffic on the road going by at all hours of the night

You could not control the rooms heat yourself front desk staff said something about he would have to adjust it for us which is a huge inconvenience at 1 o’clock in the morning when you’re cold and being it was a very cold night, you could feel the cold there coming in around the door
The room was only stuck with two towels for three of us
My son and I had both felt that the shower was awkward to rinse shampoo from our hair being taller. The showerhead was aimed more at chess level. I will give credit the tub and shower walls look like they were brand new but the drywall work around the tub locked finishing skills.

The beds were horrible. I think sleeping on the concrete floor might’ve been more comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights. Reservation was for 3 people, but the room was set up for only 2. I had to go to reception both days of my stay to request for towels. Housekeeping was unacceptable—no towel replacement, bed sheets never changed, or rearranged, garbage not picked up, and basic items like soap were never restocked. Very disappointing stay.

No parking in front of door, didnt feel safe parking in dark corner of lot. Room was dirty and outdated, missing pieces of trim. White stains on bed skirt. Mattress and pillows uncomfortable Toilet seat was dirty, I had to clean it before use. Sink was not clean.Bathroom door was disgusting, it had yellow streaky stain lines going down the door. Tub was stained, so did not use. Heater vent in bathroom rusty and unclean. I would never stay here again, felt creeped out and unsafe. I used to think Super 8's were nice. Overall couldn't wait to leave.

I booked a room there because it said they had “24 hour front desk service”. I arrived at 1:00am and the door was locked. There was a sign advising to pick up the nearby phone or call a number to get someone. I picked up the phone, called the number repeatedly, and even banged on the front door as loudly as I could. No answer. I waited around for 15 minutes before leaving to fin alternative accommodations. Will be requesting a refund and leaving a review online.

My breakfast was mostly carbohydrates. The only protein was yogurt (which isn't very much) and two hard boiled eggs. But, what was offered was all very good quality and self-service quantities. I had a small trailer with me, and the desk clerk let me park very close to the entrance, and coincidentally where I could overlook from my room.

The front desk lady was wonderful when we checked in. The gentleman on duty when we attended breakfast was very courteous and pleasant. The room looked newly renovated but still needed a bit of work. There was a small wooden rack for hanging clothes that needed a more secure attachment to the wall. There was also a surprise sock in our room so I'm assuming the cleaner must have missed it. All in all, not a bad stay.
Oh, we had to clean the AC unit as it was rather full of dust (allergy people).

The exterior of the property was quite unappealing due to the weathered sinage, aged building and abscebce of exterior seating area. The stairs leading up to the second level were very dated, worn and appeared unclean. The first room I was booked into had a saggy mattress which felt the springs were near the top layer of the mattress. The front desk woman was extremely accommodating and put in a different room which had a much better bed with pillow top. Overall, the property had a worn and dirty feel to it, however, it’s a much more affordable option and you get what you pay for. I had a decent sleep and the bathroom was about a 6 out of 10 for cleanliness and modernness, however, everything worked. For an older property, the staff do well in presentation. I don’t think I would stay there again and am willing to pay the extra $50 for a cleaner and more modern room. In closing, the cleanliness is due to the property owner not updating as I didn’t find anything concerning. If it weren’t for the woman who was working 3 different jobs at the same time, I likely would have walked out and stayed elsewhere.

The area going to our room was very dirty(not cleaned in a while); there was mould around the tub. No stopper for the tub. The tub had mutlitiple chips in the enamel which had been painted over; one of the beds had sheets that had multiple spots/stains all over them. The vanity taps had dirt around them; there were gaps in the wall around the AC unit, and the main door was an inch from the floor(huge gap). Very poor quality. Would not stay again. We were stuck that night.
