I'm so disappointed. My eoom was supposed to ne smoke free stinked of smoke and cigarette buds outside door leading to back. The room carpet disgusting bed dirty everything was dirty and disgusting. When i arrive someone was being escorted out by police. Not a place You would want to take your family. Even the iron was molded ridiculous place. Good if you smoke or up to know good to book at this place.

The room was clean but the carpet was very old and lifting from the floor. The parking lot was in rough shape. I only stayed a couple of days. But it seemed okay. There was no blow dryer in the room. And every other place I've gone they usually have complimentary coffee in the room but they didn't have anything like that.

The bathroom was not clean. We asked for ot to be cleaned but they said there was no staff available so we had to clean it on our own. They advertise full breakfast but is not true. They only offer juice, yogurt, apples and bananas. I dont recommend this place

parking was easy enough but due too much rain i couldn't see the bad holes in the lot. didn't use a/c but heater & it worked fine. check in took longer than i liked due to attendant was away from desk for almost 10 minutes. There was a note there but didn't say when they'd be back.I already pre paid on Expedia otherwise i would have walked out to go elsewhere .The man was pleasant enough though when checking me in ,apologizing for being away from the desk. Our room was clean though & everything worked well in it. Area was quiet to sleep& beds were comfortable.Location was good for us & easy to find.

The property is shabby - this is a budget hotel - but there is ample parking, tons available nearby for shopping and dining, and all the staff I encountered were lovely. The grab-and-go breakfast was not to my taste but the yogurt, juice and granola bar came in handy later in the day. And the coffee at breakfast was very good.

Heating was broken and the room was freezing cold until night. Had to escalate to get it fixed

Found construction dirt in the hallways & steps. Most of the areas are in soiled condition and inhabitable.

Heard that travelodge is planning to close in upcoming months and they were surprised that they still advertise all these amenities in Expedia inspite of all these shortcomings.

Worst experience ever.

Need refund of my expensive stay. Pls help.

Upon check-in we were told our room had been upgraded. It was a room with Jacuzzi, but it wasn't working.
Room seemed outdated and was not clean. Coffee splatters all over the door, and on one of the walls. Cobwebs. Much dust behind bed and furniture. Thankfully the floor had laminate, not carpet. Our biggest disappointment was breakfast. It was grab and go; no place to sit down. Egg McMuffin had to be heated in our room, but no proper place to sit down there either as most of the room was taken up with non-working Jacuzzi. There was no coffee maker in our room. So we feel the description on website is very misleading.
Happy with very clean bathroom, towels and fresh linens. Staff was wonderful, everyone we met was polite, helpful and friendly. Price was best in the area.

Upon entering the room, no lights were on, which is normal, but the light switch besided the door doesn’t work and when told, the staff knew it didn’t work. Walking forward I saw one step down, but there were 2 steps and I twisted my ankle and my back and landed down on my knees. The light switch was across the room, which we weren’t told about either. If I had have been told there were 2 steps down, I would have been aware to watch my step. All staff said was, oh sorry. Not even, are you ok? Besides that, the room was nice

This should be zero stars! It’s an absolute dump! The rooms are run down, looks like the furniture was found in the garbage, the tub was rusty and black with mold. Arrived at 10 PM, room was cold (heater said 10C, and was turned off), turned on heater, set it to 20C. By midnight it was 16C, and was not going to get any warmer. Since it made a lot of noise, I turned it off to get some sleep. Room returned to 10C in 2 hours. At 2AM I again turned it on for 1 hour, it got to 15C, then off again to get some more sleep. At this point I was pissed, so I got my toque and gloves and went back to bed. Toughed out the remaining night at 10C.

Checkout... Guy at desk didn't really seem to care about the poor room heater. Mumbled something about looking into it. Then we asked about the advertised breakfast, and he pointed to the bowl of apples and bananas on the side table near the front desk and said that's it.

We will never return this (or likely any) Travelodge.

The room was disgusting. Smelt like pee and stale cigarettes. Carpet had an iron burn and some sort of black streak in it. Sofa was well used and had stains all over it. They charged me for my service animal and told me I didn’t need it. I had medical documentation, service animal not a support animal. Guy at desk said I wasn’t blind so I didn’t need her. Waited at front desk for about 30-45 minutes before someone came in to start their shift and saw me. Very nice, but thought he was a doctor and told me that my Dr’s recommendation was wrong?

Run down room, the sink didn’t work, the heater sounded like a 747, there was a party with speakers and music across the hall, the room’s fire alarm went off in the am to wake me up with no smoke or fire.
Almost comical it was so bad.
A refund would be appreciated, I was in town for a sporting event the next day and had to transport my son at midnight for on another hotel because it was so loud.

The room we reserved, smelled like stale urine, it was unclean, rips and stains in the carpet. We asked for another room. Rather than a King bed with a pullout we were given a double bed. Apparently thats all they had left. The chairs were broken, fridge didnt work, charging ports on the lamp, broken, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, we found a used needle in the bathroom and the bathroom.smelled like urine. At least the sheets seemed clean. There is no where to sit for your \"breakfast\", coffee, fruit and yogurt - we had to go out for breakfast (the chairs in our room were broken, remember). I will never stay at another travelodge again. If you are considering this motel, dont...keep looking.

Courteous staff, but had to change rooms because some of the lamps didn't work, and one was almost ready to fall off of it's beside mount. Had to ask for a plug for the bathtub. Heating system kicked in every 5 minutes and the room's decor was dark and not very inviting. Comfortable beds and close to plenty of dining and shopping amenities. Breakfast to go wasn't very inspiring. My night's sleep was good, but I'd be more apt to book Super 8 over Travelodge unless a major refurbishment occurs.

This hotel is absolutely awful with the worst customer service and money hungry thieves. I was looking on line at the pricing of rooms and accidently booked. I immediately called the hotel to cancel and also worked with Expedia to cancel but they would not allow for this. I was charged for 2 rooms in a hotel I did not even stay at. I can understand if I booked the hotel and then cancelled last minute however this was not the case. I cant believe that they are unwilling to refund this booking

Carpets in hallways are very old & ripped -baseboards in rooms should be cleaned and repaired - heater in room very noisy- shelf in room needed to be repaired / braced they had a empty ice bucket sitting on it i wouldn't fill it and leave it there it would of fallen off ( minor repair would make it safe)bathroom very clean and updated- a table or two in lobby to sit and enjoy coffee would be nice no table in room either - had to write some cards - had to use vanity in bathroom- staff very friendly and efficient.Bed very comfortable 😀

The staff was super friendly upon checking in. Breakfast could have used some more variety with muffins and more fresh fruit options. The hotel definitely doesnt match the photos - the chair in our room had all the leathering peeling, carpet was bubbly and just felt a bit run down. The lack of entrances was what really did it for me as we were at the end of the hall, with a toddler so bringing up all our stuff with no elevator and at the end when there was an entrance at the same end as us but was not to use really sucked. For the one night it was fine, but wouldnt go back or reccommend to anyone.

This took me a while to decide if I should submit this. The first room they gave us, upstairs, can't remember the number, was horrendous. The carpet looked like someone either died there or had a huge part and died somewhere else. I was afraid to walk in there, even with my shoes on. Was told it’s a wheel accessible hotel… no way is it wheel chair accessible …the doors to the bathrooms are very narrow… even the smallest of wheelchairs will not fit through… very subpar hotel would not recommend to anyone! I did not stay there simply because it wasn’t wheelchair accessible but I’m glad I had that excuse to cancel my reservation because I could not have slept in a dirty room

Pillows were flat and terrible. It should be a crime for them to advertise continental breakfast - it's a bag with a granola bar, child size juice box and a yogurt. Complete false advertising. As someone who travels a lot; I sort by breakfast included since I'm usually in a rush and this was the worst from any hotel/motel. No elevator either. Everything was dated. Stay somewhere else.

Can I leave a zero star review? I booked a room to stay at for a wedding, I unfortunately can no longer attend said wedding. I've have been calling for weeks trying to tell them I am unable to attend and would no longer need the room. I kept getting the runaround that nobody can help me, the person I need to speak with isn't in, etc. I paid for the room, $189. I understand hotel policy, however, I have been trying to give them plenty of notice about said situation. I finally got through today, and was told I will be charged for the room again, so $400 later, I am penalized for trying to give them notice for over a period of weeks trying to give them notice. I am not in the position to afford this fee when I've been trying to contact them to attempt to avoid this situation, and possibly this review. Customer service is definitely a weak spot on their end.
