The room was SUB STANDARD!! A paper thin mattress on a wire frame bed. No curtains, and less than savory characters hanging around. I did NOT stay. Looks presentable on the outside but it's a FLOP HOUSE.

The staff that I met with was fine however, the entire hotel was dirty, both out in the hallway and in the lobby, and the rooms. We had to move from one room because of the cockroaches and what looked like smeared human feces on the ceiling and several cigarette burns in the bedding. Bedding looked like it was already slept in with hair in the bed and noticeable dirty sheets.
And it smelled like weed everywhere in the hotel. I was very disappointed. Also, it looks like general upkeep was not taking place. The shower that I used had the hose zip tied together up on the wall and was basically cobbled together. I will never be staying in one of these places again.

Room was “just cleaned” before we arrived. Toilet and shower were not very clean. The sink looked fine then after a few minutes the air vent above the sink started dripping rusty water. Either from the vent or condensation. Left vent on and that minimized the dripping.

A few roaches during our time.

Sheets were stained and needed replaced.

No other hotels (with better reviews) in area allowed pets or we would have moved.

This facility is an extended stay so a lot of regulars and facility is not updated

Check in time was 3pm we were unable to check-in until 7pm 4 hours later! After driving from 1am to 11 from NJ for my father's funeral....I was VERY TIRED and afterwards wanted to get in my room and sleep after everything was over....The staff was very nice and apologetic but again 7pm is ridiculous I'm sorry. The hotel smelled HORRIBLE room was too basic to have taken so long to clean bed uncomfortable. Overall a very bad hotel experience

I love the fact that it had full kitchens you could cook in with full size refrigerators. It was like a mini apartment home away from home apart from the fact that it was super loud from other guest and the fact that it had cockroaches. And that when we went in, it was already dirty like the floor was swept. There was dirt everywhere like piles of dirt in the bathroom and stuff.

My room didn't have a kitchen with a stove or anything and a pipe was sticking out of the wall that had a plastic grocery bag shoved in the end of it instead of being properly capped off. Was pet hair all over the carpets in the hallways and elevators. Sadly, this was a really nice hotel about 5 yrs ago…nie its gone to the dumps…it does have good safety features and nice people working there, but that's about the only good things about this place other than location being close to a lot of food options and grocery stores..

A nightmare on Sue Lane

The photos are so different from actually being there in person. The toilet had no water in the tank so I had to use the small plastic vup to fill it up, after that it wirked fine as long as I shook the handle. I didn't feel safe as an older woman traveling alone, but all I needed was a place to lay my head. It was so uncomfortable, I woke up with a crook in my neck. The bathroom was not clean, the floors were not clean. I slept with my clothes on and I didn't get under the covers and the tv didn't work. What a nightmare. I will not be staying there again. The clerk was not nice at all.

This hotel was disgusting. Possibly the worst I have ever stayed. Our smoke free room smelled of smoke and our metal beds were like cots. Tub was nasty and trash barrel had used tampons left in them. No staff on site during the night . I’d rather stay in my car than do that again .. yuck

I made reservations on Oct 4th for a 2 night stay. Drove almost 3 hours on Oct 6th to reach the hotel, only to be told that my room was rented out and I had nowhere to spend the night. I was finally able to book a room 45 mins away in Charlotte NC. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. How can a reserved room be rented to someone else???

Worst place I have ever stayed. There are “residence” (people who live there) all over the parking lot, small lobby, & hallways. I did not feel safe. The people next door were extremely loud at 2am. People were slamming door at 2, 4, & 6am. There is no staff from 9pm til morning. The bathtub was dirty and when you moved, it squeaked beneath you. The check in person was friendly and switched us from a smoking to non-smoking, but that was the only nice thing that happened. The room smelled awful. Sour and sickening. Watch out for this place. We were scared and left early

I paid for a room. Woodsprings Suites took my money, then refused to give me my room because I was late arriving. You left me and my wife without a place to stay far from home in the middle of the night. Now they refuse to refund my money. That is wrong no matter what your fine print says! The policy is wrong. Do not stay here.

I made the reservations for my stay on the afternoon of April 24th for 4 nights starting the 24th, i drove 12.5 hours straight, arriving at 2:30 am on the 25th. Called the office number in the hotel upon my arrival. The person that answered said they could not check me in for an hour. I stay in hotels often and have never had this happen before. Upon getting into my room, it had a smell to it. Very poor service.

None of the doors actually locked, there’s people outside hanging around cars and smoking by the doors constantly. The hotel was run down and not very clean. They don’t offer ANY kitchen utensils with the room and the office isn’t available at all hours.

We were very disappointed with this hotel, from check in we had a problem. We paid in full to reserve our room but when we got there we didnt get the room we reserved. They also do not clean rooms the entire time you are there and taking out your garbage from the room is your responsibility. We will never stay at this hotel again it was just awful. Also pictures on hotels.com for this hotel are really not what rooms look like. Kind of deceiving

Honestly drove 14 hours, pulled into the parking lot nice building! But the people mulling around the parki g lot and playing their car stereos load and the staff standing out front with them carring on like paying customers couldn't see this. My father and I turned around and drove away! It's a shame that a corporation would have that nice building be represented like that. Added 3 more hours to the drive but got the drive done and checked into another hotel...

I was very disappointed in the bed in the room. It mattered not the wait I slept, it felt like the bed was going to collapse at any minute. I was in way to front desk to voice concern and a staff member looked at bed and said they were all the same. The air conditioner would hum every time it kicked on the fire alarm would intermittently go off throughout the night it is an extended stay hotel so there were several families actually living there so kids were running and screaming up and down the hallway all night the toilet didn't function properly I had to lift the lid and pull the chain manually every time I wanted to flush the whole place smelled like marijuana

Apparently only 1 person worked at the hotel - the front desk person. This left her unable to be at the front desk. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We called out constantly and waited about 25 minutes until she appeared. When we checked out, there was a guest ahead of us and no one at the front desk. The guest had been waiting about 15 minutes. We just put the keys on the desk and left. The room was fine though, no complaints there.

This was a major disappointment. I’ve stayed at a different location before and it was perfect. This one was like a low income housing project. It was dirty and outdated. No kitchen utensils or supplies AT ALL!!! There were abandoned cars in the lots and suspect looking people. I will say the staff were very nice and immediately started the refund process. I had initially booked for two night. Horrible experience.

This IS NOT A HOTEL ! Don’t stay it’s gross and STINKS ! We paid for the room b4 we got there for two nights and couldn’t get a refund bc of that and WE LEFT AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT ! No one at the FRONT DESK and the guest a few rooms down were HOLLERING AT 2:00 AM ! The people right next to us sounded like they were in our room ! My husband had to knock on their door and ask them after midnight to please keep the noise down ! The microwave looked like it was about to fall outa the cupboard it was attached too , the toilet had mold in it and the shower has a blond hair In
it ! The bedding had stains in it as if weren’t washed ! Thank GOD we brought our own

People stand outside the front door and smoke. The elevator youbis nasty and reeks of cigarettes.

Our non-smoking room was full of cigarette smell from smoke. When I complained about the smell they said noone has smoked in the room.

I went to ask for more towels because we did not have enough they was very rude saying that we have to trade our old towels to get fresh ones. When I asked how can I trade a towel when we were not given enough. The person at the front desk just got up and mumbled and just slammed down the towel and wash rag.
