The junior suite room was ok. But I was disappointed with 2 major things.
That are standard in all the hotels I have stayed at. Especially in a junior suite. This is of the utmost importance to me.
1) Taking a shower with a good temperature hot water. I could not take a shower, nor use the jacuzzi Right Away!
I called the front desk staff. For maintenance to come take a look. Their response from maintenance, who never came to the room; said to just run the water for 10-15 minutes. It took longer than 15 minutes.
In order for me not shower or bathe in cold water. I had to keep the sink, shower and jacuzzi faucets open and running. For more than 20 minutes in order to get warm water. The water temperature never got hotter than luke warm water. I ended up pouring into the tub, 5 pots of water. I had warmed up from the hot water kettle.
2) Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. There was no softness in the mattress. I was unable to get a good nights’ sleep. And had to go to my friends room to sleep. Which was a standard room, with a very comfortable, soft bed.
Bed needs to be changed. Hot Water/temperature in the bathroom sink, shower and jacuzzi needs to be immediately available and adjustable. Customers should not have to wait to get (at the very least) warm water.
On a Plus side, the complimentary hotel shuttle to the airport was readily available to Expedia members. Thank you for that.

Everything was great and staff were all friendly.
Chose this hotel for elevator due to mother in wheelchair.
The last day, there was a power outage and the elevator was not functioning. I saw power crew working on the road that morning. Too bad that there was no generator to work the elevator.

This location ONLY caters to Asian Clientele, the breakfast was absolutely disgraceful, no, I won’t eat noodles, stir fry, pizza, fries or bolognese for BREAKFAST!!!! Nor will I eat sushi or spring rolls or hotdog for breakfast!

Think guests OTHER THAN Asian guests also!!!

Never in my life have I been to a breakfast buffet where I have just walked out and not eaten because there was nothing decent to eat

Hotel is well organized, staff very helpful. My room was spacious, very clean and quite comfortable, with a nice bay view. Not so pleasant was the noise from air condition comig from a roof beneath my balcony. Breakfast was O.K., though in Europe a buffet offers usually better choice. I personally appreciated lthe large and nice swimming-pool. Good news also is that Palasia is in walking distance to shops and restaurants and other places, e.g. Etpison Museum, Post-Office, and a public bus stop is very close.

They had lots of parking (underground too). It’s b a large hotel, so when others were sold out they had a last minute room for us. I told them my husband was injured and I needed help. They offered a security guard to wheel chair him from across the street (which was super nice). Then they put us in a room that had the bathtub entry more than 2 feet off the floor (not cool). Especially when they have other rooms with a walk in shower. The hotel echos and you can hear kids playing in the pool or game (pool table/ foseball) area all the way on the highest floor (6th). Now staying that’s high is beautiful and you can see over nearby hotel a to the water, so the view is great. The bed an and towels are hard. It’s a Chinese co-owned hotel and feels that way at breakfast. I would stay here if i was desperate. They offer free hotel transfer to/from he airport if you book online like expedia etc. off not they connect you to a safe taxi service.

The decor is a bit dated with lots of glass and shiny surfaces -- think 80s glamour -- but the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful (as was everybody I encountered in Palau). The hotel caters to Asian tourists so the complimentary breakfast may seem a bit lacking to westerners who are accustomed to basics like yogurt, bacon and even orange juice. The wifi was better than I've experienced in some urban hotels, and while the shower took a while to heat up, it did eventually.

While it will ultimately depend on availability, I was able to get a late checkout to 6pm for half the daily rate. There's a luggage room if you need to store your bags between check-out time and your flight.

The hotel is right on the main strip so you're close to restaurants, the post office and other amenities. There are no beaches or parks nearby though, so you're limited to the pool if you want to go swimming.

Stayed at the Palasia Hotel for almost a week. Transparently stayed in a Junior Suite, which allowed for plenty of space for everyone. The room was clean with fine water temperature and pressure. The Wi-Fi was strong in the room, as was the AC. They had great fitness (gym) facilities. There were numerous cardio machines, along with free weights, a sauna and steam room. Our room included breakfast which had an appropriate amount of variety. Generally there was a mix of hot and cold items and it varied from day to day. There was self-serve laundry for $7.00 (wash and dry inclusive) and many stores/restaurants near by. Definitely would recommend for those visiting Palau.

I was in the dry sauna early one morning and was bitten by a bug that came up out of the wooden planks.

When I opened the door to exit the sauna room, the many roaches fled to hide. I have never seen or experienced this.

Hope there is a way to clean out the bugs because the staff and location have been very good.

Elena is one INCREDIBLE woman! She helped us find an awesome snorkel tour and was able to help us get the best deal! Give her a raise! We found fingernail clippings all over the room and the ac leaked water the entire time. The bay view was ok, bed was ok, shower pressure was outstanding, and the elevator was fast to and from the 6th floor. The building is a bit old, but I was very pleased throughout. I would stay again, but my wife wouldn’t.

The stay was very good. The room was excellent. The personnel was very helpful. There were some ants around, but this is common in Palau. The bar had limited ours (5 pm to 8 pm) and it was not well stocked. There were only three choices for breakfast which was included in the hotel rate.

Check in was speedy, professional and polite (for the biggest conference the island has ever held, at 0100hrs in the morning). Full marks for that.
Rooms were very clean and spacious (the latter due to being an old hotel I suspect). But it seemed VERY odd that in my room (and all others whose guests I spoke to) had a kettle and two cups, but if you wanted to use them you had to go to reception and ask for tea/coffee/sugar/milk etc. If you're going to invest in 165 kettles and 330 cups and saucers in your hotel, it's wasted money as few people will bother to head all the way back down to reception for each teabag.......
Breakfast selection was very wide, and empty servers quickly replenished
I tried to have dinner once, but the main dining room was closed (for a conference function) so I ate (from full menu) at the bar. I was initially given a bizarre whisky, tonic and lemon, rather than the whisky and soda I requested, but this was resolved with no fuss. The dinner servings were ENORMOUS - so much was wasted which was shame, and Palau was \"out of chips until the next boat arrived\", but hey, its a very small island in a very big ocean, so that's just the way it is. The hotel shop was expensive, but hey, its a very small island in a very big ocean, so everything must be imported and that's just the way it is.
Fully occupied at the conference so no chance to use the gym or pool.

The hotel is beautiful and in a location with pleasant views from the small balconies of each room. The room air conditioning was working but weak even on maximum and could have been more comfortable at night. Close to several major shopping areas and good access to most \"downtown\" facilities. You will not find many locals staying here, it is almost exclusively tourist oriented.

I stayed for 6 nights/7 days with a big group for diving. The hotel is large and the rooms have adequate space. The decor is tired and is in need of updating. Although the facility was generally clean, my bathroom was full of little ants. The restaurant menu caters to Asians and, therefore, has very limited American choices. They always seemed to be out of my first choice of anything. The butter was always frozen. The wifi was terrible - disconnecting every 5 minutes and so slow that doing anything was impossible.

Had a great time at the Palasia!

The Palasia is a great choice if you are staying in downtown Koror (it's not by the water). It's spacious, clean, and the staff is amazingly kind and helpful. I thought the price was very reasonable for the large room (someone said it used to be an Outrigger resort) and comfy bed, and I had a 5th floor room with a lovely wide view of the bay (from the other side of the hotel, you can see the stunning Rock Islands). Apparently the clientele is often tour groups from Asia, but when I was there it was mostly small groups / families from Japan, Korea, and China.... shops and restaurants are a stroll away (mostly ate elsewhere).

Perfectly located at the start of the row of restaurants and markets and right across the Enterprise rentral car office. I found the junior suite spaceous and its bed very comfortable. Forget about the pool. Gym is so-so. Staff were generally friendly.

Myself and 3 colleagues stayed at the Palasia Hotel while in Palau for work. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the pool. The staff was very helpful and kind. The Palasia seems like one of the nicest hotels along main street, especially for the good price. Would definitely stay there again when in Palau.

The location is good. Very close to city centre with restaurants and supermarkets. All staff are very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions satisfactorily. The room was spacious and clean, although the water taps and bathroom utensils are old but they are clean. The breakfast has a variety of Chinese food and they taste good. Very satisfactory for Chinese. The spa services are of high quality. I did 3 massages in this 4-day trip. The Duty Free Shop offers high quality souvenirs.

Beautiful architecture with grand atrium. Well located for what you need to do in Koror and walking distance to both museums. The front desk is great and Elena was very helpful in finding last minute space on diving and snorkeling trip. breakfast buffet was varied, tasty, and with many good options. My room was on six was spacious clean and had nice balcony and view of Rock Islands. The ONLY downside I can say is that my room carpet had worn patches.

Stayed at Palasia three nights for a business trip. Hotel is located centrally which was nice. Front desk staff was professional and courteous. Housekeeping staff kept the rooms clean daily. Didn't interact with any other staff. One disappointment is the wifi service was not free so I had to purchase a phone card from a local wifi provider. Wifi was slow. Considering the room rate one would expect free wifi for guests.

前回はツインルームに宿泊しましたが今回はスイートルームへ宿泊、トイレの数や部屋、シャンプー等には満足しましたが、清掃のレベルや騒音にはガッカリしました。まずジェットバスを利用すると髪の毛の束が出てきた。浴槽にシャワー等が付いていないので洗えていないと思います。あとはシーツ交換の札を置いても整えるのみで交換される事はありませんでした。ずっと同じ所に汚れがついていたので同じシーツでした。ちゃんとチップも置いているのに残念ですね。あとタイミングの問題だと思いますが、上の階で工事をしているようで夜まで騒音が酷かったです。騒音は寝室がシティービュー側に面していてホテル向かいのバーのような飲食店で騒ぐ人達の騒音も夜中まで酷かったです。
せっかくスイートルームにしたけど失敗でした。ここのホテルのスイートルームはオススメ出来ません。

ダウンタウンに位置していて、徒歩圏内にレストランやショッピングモールなどが揃っていて非常に便利です。空港送迎、駐車場もあるので個人旅行でも非常に便利です！プールやジムも有りリゾートホテル感を味わえました！何よりもサウナが嬉しかったです！水風呂はないもののしっかり85度ほどあり最高でした！
既に次回の予約もしました！

ウェルカムドリンクが付いていたのですが　チケットを使わずに残念でした。朝食は毎日付いていて　バイキングでしたが　卵高騰のためか玉子料理がありませんでした。品数は多くはありませんでしたが　毎日少しずつ　品を変えて出されていました。すこしさみしかった
お部屋は毎日清潔にしていただき　気持ちよく寝ることができました
またぜひ利用したいランクのホテルでした

ホテル滞在中はフロントにお世話になりました。言葉は喋れませんが意思疎通も問題なく、皆丁寧で親切でした。大陸運営のホテルという事で、最後の選択となりましたが、ホテル自体に人はあまりいなかったので全く問題ありませんでした。
目の前にピザの美味しいお店、隣にコンビニみたいなスーパー少し進めば街中の大型スーパーもあり滞在に不便は有りませんでした。
食事はお値段なみですが、ついているのは有難いですね。1泊1万程度足すだけで、エグゼクティブスイートになったのは大きかったです。思ってる以上の満足感となります。お勧めです。

ベッドルームともう一部屋あったので広々と使えました。
しかし、ベッドルームではない方は、ネットが繋がりにくかったのがちょっと残念でした。

空港までの送迎のバックアップ時間が早すぎます。3時間前でした。
