The staff is all incredible.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfy, however the hotel is tired & dated. The common areas (hallways, stairwells, pool area) are not cleaned or maintained. Also no lighting in the stairwell.

I was disappointed in my selection of hotel.

The hotel overall was okay. The rooms themselves were updated and had most all you could need while the common areas could benefit from a refresh. The breakfast was the real star of the stay. The biggest issue we had was the internet was incredibly slow and made even basic tasks hard to accomplish. It was so slow some days that we could not even load a speed test to document how slow it was performing. If you need to be connected while in Palau, this would not be a good hotel choice as cellular service is already a challenge on the island making wifi vital. The staff however was always nice and the location of the hotel was good. So it really comes down to what you need in a stay.

Superb!

Spent three weeks here in November while doing a bunch of snorkeling and kayaking. The Cove is ideally located for these activities and a wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast buffet is probably the best I’ve ever experienced! Love the room, very comfortable bed and great rain shower head. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Palau.

Reservation didn’t work

I had my guaranteed reservation, the hotel said it was cancelled by Expedia, it still showed as active on my hotels.com account. The hotel couldn’t find it even with the reservation number, so I had to rebook at the counter for another room at a higher cost. Hopefully I don’t get charged twice, but I’m not convinced I won’t be.

Great time with the family

Our family of four stayed in two connecting rooms (door between rooms) at the Cove Resort on our recent trip to Palau. It was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, big, and cozy, overlooking the pool. All staff members were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant generally was good and pretty reasonably priced for lunch and dinner. Our kids loved the huge pool. It's located on a marina, so boat tours could easily pick us up right there. There is a convenience store a block down the road and a laundromat a block up the road (if you need either). Honestly, I have no complaints. It was a great visit and we're already planning to return.

The facility and service are very good, and we enjoyed our stay there.

I'll not forgot their complete refusal to work with me when I mis-booked a trip. It was my fault, and literally within the minute of making the mistake I called them, but they wouldn't even provide me a partial credit. So they charged me the full rate for a day I wasn't going to be staying there. Then they blamed it on Expedia, which was not at all true.

I will say they did check us in early at noon (rather than 4) when our dive boat arrived at 9am. So we very much appreciated that.
But their facility is terrific. The rooms are clean and quiet, the pool area is fantastic.

This hotel was convenient and close to the pick up points for our boat trips. Not only was the staff friendly and accommodating, the rooms were large and updated. We were also lucky to have our rooms close to our friends traveling with us. The added bonus was having the rooms right by the pool that allowed the kids to swim and have our room right there.

Excellent hotel. We’ve stayed in several hotels in Palau at it was our favorite. Great variety at breakfast with crispy bacon and omelette bar. All staff is very friendly and willing to help. Rooms were very comfortable.

Good location if you are a diver, hotel locate nearby Sam’s Tour, PDA & Neco Marine. But will need to pay for taxi to go downtown for dining.

No WiFi inside room (although the hotel claimed to) but the speed at lobby is extremely well. (Much better than 3 yrs ago when I stayed at Island Paradize)

Only downside is the bed got a bit of bug.... need to ask to change bedsheet. Seem they won’t do it proactively and there’s no card placement for indication.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Nice breakfast in the morning with a good location next to a dive shop and marina. I would recommend this to divers, and people who like a nice clean place. Avoid the 3rd floor as there is no elevator to that floor.

The staff and facilities were absolutely lovely. We cannot say enough about the concierge staff especially. The hotel is located right by the docks (beside neco marina), which makes for very easy pickup for water excursions. A taxi ride to downtown Koror is $4-8 depending on how much you barter. Alternatively it is a 25-30 minute walk.

The hotel had nice happy hour.
The room is clean and friendly staffs.

Stayed 1 week, diving with Neco Marine. The hotel could not be more convenient if you are a diver, with the dive shop right next door. Included buffet breakfast was nice, and the big swimming pool was lovely. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Room was clean and large. Would definitely revisit next time. However, noisy Chinese next room was very annoying. They were shouting and making large noises till late night and since the room was a connecting room could hear it so loud. Next time when i revisit would request for an non Chinese next door!!!

Would certainly stay here again.

This is a nice, comfortable newer hotel with very polite employees. I would love to have access to a washer and dryer though. Had to pack wet clothes, and our luggage ended up spending an extra night in Palau without us. Oops! One other thing that would be great in the room is a folder with information about the area, like restaurants, tours, etc.

New but not worth for the price

The good part of this hotel is the room facility is new and hotel internet is faster when comparing to PPR where we stayed after this hotel. The breakfast is too simple and doesn't have many choices.There are only four benches in front of swimming pool, so you can't take a good rest around swimming pool but stay in the room.

다이버가 대다수인 리조트. 우리도 다이빙 여행의 끝에 투숙하며 민물에서 휴식하러 방문. 수영장이 넓직해서 하루종일 놀기 좋았음. 일부러 풀사이드 방으로 예약하여 수영하고 비치베드에서 휴식을 반복하며 여유를 부리니 기분이 정말 좋았음. 리조트의 식당(헝그리말린)에서 저녁과 칵테일을 먹고 야경도 훌륭함. 그외 시설은 거의 없으니 4성급보단 3성급을 기대하는게 맞을듯. 직원들은 전문적이진않아도 친절함.

お部屋も清潔で広々としていました。プールアクセスの部屋に宿泊し便利でした。近隣にはコンビニはありませんが歩いて行ける距離に人気のイタリアンレストランもあります。
３泊以上の宿泊だと空港送迎も無料とのことでした。（私は２泊でしたので２０ドルでした。）日本人のスタッフもいました。

パラオひとり旅にてたまたま行ったホテル内のレストランに一目惚れ。そのことをきっかけに、こちらのホテルに移動しました。
まず、スタッフの皆さまが本当に素晴らしいです。初パラオでわからないこと・不安なことがたくさんあったのですが、その都度相談に乗っていただけて、とても親切にご対応いただきました。
次にお部屋ですが、こちらも本当に素晴らしい！！！私が一目惚れしたレストランもエントランスも、全体的に開放感があり、リゾート感を味わえる素敵な内装だと思います。
パラオは夜間の女性の出歩きはオススメできません。ダウンタウンまで少し距離があるため、夜間バスor送迎がない場合はお出かけに不便な部分もあるかもしれませんが、レストランは味も抜群ですのでホテル内で済ませても大満足！こちらのホテルの朝食ビュッフェも◎です。

こちらのホテルでの滞在により、快適に過ごすことができました。感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

很好的住宿體驗，除了房間隔音，反應後很快就換房型了，有些房間是有相通的門，平時是關著的，是給家庭房使用的，建議飯店應該把家庭或是團體旅客安排於該房型，才可以避免非團體旅客被夾在這類房型中而被干擾，除此之外，這個飯店服務是非常好的！

宿泊した部屋はシンプルかつ清潔感のある雰囲気です。インテリアはベッドやテーブルなど他ではあまり見ないホテルのこだわり(オシャレ感)を感じました。細かな点ですがシャワーの水圧、エアコンの効き具合も特別問題はなかったです。
館内については清掃が行き届いております。フロントの天井に展示してあるカジキは必見です。

If you want to have perfect holiday in Palau, I will strongly recommend to stay Cove resort Palau!!
Room is really new, clean and comfortable. And also Free wifi available.
Manager and all staff are friendly, helpful.
I will chose this hotel if I visit Palau again :-)

Comfortable, well-furnished hotel. The staffs were always friendly and helpful. During our stay, we ordered room service which was smoothly delivered.
The door was a bit thin; the sound of people talking in the hallway came in sometimes. Also there were few ants in the room, but of course this is always the case in tropical regions, so it didn’t really bother us.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay:)

헝그리말린의 베이컨 랩 스테이크가 맛있었음
수영장 물 높이 150cm라 어른들 놀기 적당하고 크기도 좋은 편. 아이들용 120cm 깊이도 있는 듯.
풀사이드룸에서 묵었는데, 수영장 이용이 매우 편리.
선착장이 옆이라 바다에 나갔다가 보트로 바로 숙소에 내려줌
나름 맛집이라는 드랍오프바가 바로 옆집
생각보다 빨랐던 무료 와이파이 (하지만 자주 끊김)
침대 베딩이 푹신하고 깨끗 (좀벌레만 나오지 않았다면 정말 좋았을..)

전용 해변이 없음
음식이 전반적으로 짬 (이건 모든 팔라우 음식이 그런 듯)
방에서 벌레들 출현 (바퀴벌레 1회, 큰 좀벌레 2회)
로얄이나 퍼시픽에 비해 시설은 깨끗하나 규모가 작아서 로비에 뭐가 없음 (여행사 등 사무실 없음)

ダイビングの為に7泊しました　2階の部屋はバルコニーがあるので機材を干せて便利でした（3階はバルコニー無）朝食付きでした　オーシャンビューですがビーチがある訳ではなく桟橋ビューになります、桟橋まで広い芝生の庭があり解放感があります

원래 1박만 할 계획이었는데 너무너무 좋았어서 예약했던곳 취소하고 코브 연박했어요
그 전에 묵었던 숙소가 코브에비해 안좋았기도 했고 수영장이 가장 마음에 들었고 경치도 좋았습니다!
다만 배멀미버거집 가고싶었는데 거리가 쫌 있어서 가이드해주신 분 덕분에 차로 이동해서 쉽게 갔었어요! 팔라우 다시가도 금전적인 여유가 된다면 또 코브로 가고싶어요^^

객실 깨끗하게 정리 잘되어있고 바닷가에 위치하였슴에도 천장에 실링팬이 장착되어있어 습기가 없이 뽀송한 침구에서 지낼 수 있어서 좋았고, 만날때마다 눈읏음과 반가운 인사로 맞이해주는 직원들이 있어 행복한 3일을 지낼 수 있었슴.
다만 엘리베이터가 없슴... 3층이라 그냥 다닐만 했씀...
