L’Hotel Conte Verde è definito “meraviglioso”, ma l’esperienza racconta altro.
La struttura è trascurata, gli ambienti datati, le camere fredde e impersonali, con arredi stanchi e un’atmosfera più da casa di riposo che da hotel a quattro stelle (quattro? Davvero?).
Il bagno e gli accessori lasciano a desiderare, come il condizionatore vecchio e sporco (ragnatele incluse): acceso, non si dorme per il rumore; spento, per il caldo soffocante della camera sottotetto.
Il letto è talmente duro da sembrare progettato per punire.
Dormire è un’impresa, e al risveglio ci si chiede se non fosse stato meglio cambiare albergo subito, come la prima impressione raccomandava.
Il personale? Check-in tra i peggiori mai vissuti: accoglienza sgarbata senza motivo e poco professionale.
