I asked before I arrived for help with transportation. It was very difficult.
Every time I called from the Venue we went to, to try and get a ride back to the hotel they kept hanging up on me. Who ever was answering would not respond on the other end and hung up.
Leaving us basically stranded. Very poor communication!!!!

First off, this is a medical wellness spa as well as resort. So there’s a vintage hospital feel , which we happened to love. The staff was kind and tolerated our lack of Italian. The fixe-prix dinner was great! And breakfast and spa access were included. No restaurants nearby on weekdays and you need a car to access

Quiet, relaxing break

Hotel Fella Rose is a quit little hotel perfectly placed for those wanting to visit Parma without staying in the town itself. We had booled a Parma ham and cheese tour which was 10 minutes from the hotel. We then found that to drive into Parma was also about 10 minutes. The hotel had very good facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and a good selection. We felt quite a bit younger than the other guest but as short stop over on a driving holiday it was fine.

When we arrived we were told they were giving us a suite with one King instead of the 2 queen beds that we requested. The checkin person said he was not given our information. I did show him my confirmation email showing 2 queen beds.... His response, \"how would I know?\". I assume this information is communicated through Hotels.com?. I ended up spending the night on a pullout twin. There were no sheets in the room for the pullout and the front desk was not answering...had to go downstairs and request some sheets... Was told to wait so I asked that they be brought up when found. When the sheets arrived we were told we should have looked in the closet (we showed him there weren't any) and they were the wrong size. The response to the wrong size was....\"I don't know, that's not my job\". The suite was very nice but if you have a room too close to the outside bar, you will hear the bar patrons until late into the night. The breakfast was GREAT! If you want to see Parma, you'll have a little drive.

Nice neighborhood, lovely hotel

We only stayed one night at this hotel while driving through Parma. We would have loved to stay longer. We had a large suite for our family of 4. Bathroom was large with double sinks and jetted tub and shower. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety and local specialties. Breakfast and wifi was included. The hotel is also a spa, though we were unable to try out the thermal pool. We were disappointed it was only open 10-7. Beds were hard and pillows flat, but the hotel was beautiful and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was a small suburb of Parma with the Parma city center only about 10 minutes drive away. Excellant pizzeria across the street!

Hotel delle Rose. Really surprised as we had travelled rough for a few days. Rooms and facilities cool and bright. Made very welcome throughout the hotel. Full use of thermal pools which we did not expect. Road singage to hotel good. Sean from Ireland.

Tutto vecchio . Considero sia una struttura per anziani . Appunto è proprio un posto frequentato di persone per la riabilitazione con problemi di salute . Il nome che ha non è congruo . L’odore dentro è di tutto molto vecchio . I bagni sono in decadenza totale

Komfortabel termobad hotel med sjarm

Komfortabel hotel med sjarm. Style er fra forrige århundre med noe innslag fra 1980 men du kommer ikke her for det. Vi overnatter på vei til Toscana og fikk en god natt søvn samt inngang til termobad med beskjed vi kunne være så lenge vi vil. En ordentlig hyggelig velkomst og opphold. Frokost holder italiensk standard.

Jag tycker hela anläggning var väldigt sliten. Fönstren var ruttna gick inte att stänga och allt kändes daterat 80 talet. Hoppades att restaureringen skulle leverera bra och pastan var ok men inte mer och efterrätten var så dålig så vi blev tvugna att reklamera den, pinsamt

Freundliche Menschen - veraltete Infrastruktur

Fangen wir mit dem Guten an: Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Der Service im Restaurant ist freundlich, was hier noch besser werden kann ist noch mehr Achtsamkeit auf den Gast und die weine richtig temperieren. Raumtemperatur beim Rotwein ist zu waem, insbesondere da der Speisesaal wenn überhaupt nur minimal klimatisiert ist. Damit wären wir dann auch schon bei dem Punkt, welchen ich als nicht akzeptabel empfinde: Die Klimaanlage war am Ankunftstag bei 30 Grad Aussentemperatur abgeschaltet. Da die Klimaanlage zentral geschalten ist, wurde sie erst nach eingängiger Diskussion und Reklamation am Folgetag eingeschaltet. Nun, das machte keinen grossen Unterschied denn die Kühlung war minimal. Die Folge waren 3 schitzend warem Nächte und ganz wenig Schlaf.
Für ein Wellnesshotel ist das inakzeptabel - der Erholungseffekt null. Schliesslich konnte auch die Infrastruktur des Hoteld und der Therme nicht überzeugen. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und kaum unterhalten. Schade. Trotz der freundlichen Menschen im Hotel kann ich hier nur 2 Sterne geben. Eigentlich wärs nur einer, der zweite geht ans Personal. Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt wirds ein anderes Haus werden.

Nella stanza assegnata il bagno presentava muffa in diversi punti, la doccia era sporca. Al rientro in stanza si sono rivelate 4 cimici da letto. Ci hanno quindi cambiato la stanza di livello superiore sicuramente più confortevole e pulita ma nel frigo una bottiglia d’acqua era iniziata (a metà) e sotto il letto c’era una confezione di fazzoletti.
La spa era vecchia e mal funzionante. Nella sauna la temp Max di 70 gradi, mentre nel bagno turco di 80. Il forno della piscina era marrone.
Al ristorante servizio lento, dolci a cucchiaio non disponibili perché finiti.
Costo una tantum ricarica elettrica auto 30€.
Complessivamente, il servizio non vale la spesa e gli inconvenienti subiti.

la struttura è ben organizzata, camere molto belle, silenziose, comode, pulite. viaggiavo con 2 figli. piscina interna, 2 piscine, con spa. spogliatoio con phon , tutto super comodo, vicinissimo a parma e a dei bellissimi castelli. consigliatissimo!

De thermale zwembaden waren prettig. De openingstijden waren wel beperkt.
Vrij duur hotel voor zijn kwaliteit. Ontbijt keuze was beperkt en tot maar 09:30. De ontbijtober was wel heel vriendelijk.
We hadden een mooie ruime kamer maar de douche deed het niet zo goed (waterdruk was heel laag).
Het hotel is gedateerd en voornamelijk gericht op ouderen die komen voor de thermale baden.
Engels sprekende personeel was ook zeer beperkt.

Die Rezeption ist langsam, weil tausende von Eingaben am Rechner gemacht werden. Das Restaurant ist dürftig, die Bar ist geschlossen. Therme ist alt und schlicht. Insgesamt passt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Nel trascorrere i 3 giorni presso la struttura termale ci siamo trovati molto bene come location un'ottima colazione non abbiamo potuto provare il ristorante , immersa in un bellissimo PARCO, le piscine interne termali di acqua salata con Spa ed varie attività mediche rigeneranti, sono raggiungibili direttamente dalla hall abbiamo provato la grotta di sale a pagamento una esperienza molto positiva.
Lo Staff del personale molto cortese e professionale. La posizione del Hotel è interessante ti da modo di poter raggiungere varie mete Castelli e musei del prosciutto, Salemme Felino, del Parmigiano dista dal centro di Parma un 25 min.

Schön sich im warmen Wasser zu erholen.

Nach einer langen Autofahrt war ein Bad im warmen Wasser der Therme des Hotel delle Rose herrlich. Das Hotel ist nett und sauber und liegt in einem schönen Park. Auch die Angestellten sind freundlich und hilfsbereich. Die Gäste sind eher ältere Leute die hier einen Kuraufenthalt gebucht haben. Wir haben nur eine Nacht da verbracht und sind dann weiter in die Toskana gefahren.Im Ort selber ist nichts los und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum von Parma ist jedoch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Udmærket Spa hotel

Meget udmærket hotel med god spa afdeling med saltvands pools og forskellige sauna og dampbade.
Spa afdelingen er kun åbent fra 10 til 19.
Restauranten er udmærket, men bærer præg af at all spa gæsterne spiser her.
Wi-Fi forbindelsen fungerede meget dårligt, så det er ikke det bedste valg for den forretningsrejsende.

Hotel collegato alle terme di Monticelli,posizionate in centro paese ed inserito in parco secolare. Stanze insonorizzate, pulite con TV 32\",scrivania, wi-fi, box doccia piccolo. Nel costo camera, colazione, utilizzo 2 piscine, idromassaggi, palestra, sauna, bagno turco. A pagamento la beauty con prezzi però 1 po'alti.Consigliato a tutti: coppie, famiglie e singoli.

Gutes Preis leistungs Verhältniss.

Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und schön modernisiert . Das Restaurant und der Eingangsbereich könnte ebenfalls modernisiert werden, das Ambiente wirkt etwas kalt und Kantinenmässig....

Vacanza (non) rilassante

La vacanza programmata era un rilassante weekend alle terme. Siamo arrivati la Domenica e subito abbiamo scoperto Che il Giorno dopo solo una delle due piscine ( la più piccola e noiosa) sarebbe stata aperta. Inoltre nessun trattamento era disponibile il lunedi. Così niente massaggi o trattamenti, niente idromassaggio. Niente.
La camera era bella e spaziosa ma ai nostri amici è stata data una senza finestra ma solo con un grande oblò! Colazione deludente a base di prodotti surgelati. Non lo consiglierei.
