I booked and paid in full for a queen apartment with kitchenette, sofa and 2 queen beds months in advance. I recrived a call around 9am on the morning of the booking to be told that the the apartment room was not available with no expkabation. So I asked why no one called me in advance and was tokd thatcthey have been trying to call me long tine which i refuse to believe because This was the first time I ever received a calk from best western. There were no previous missed calls or voicemail left which made me even more upset. So I was told I could bet a queen room with a pull out sofa bed which I agreed to and they said I wound be discounted and reimbursed because the first room i paid for costed way more. So I got there to check in and the room only had 2 queen beds, there was no pull out sofa bed but they said there wold be one. I never got any reimbursement. I wont be staying there anymore. This is my 3rd time because i stay there annulaly but I definately will find another hotel. Still want my discount/reimbursement for having to saty in a room I didnt book initially and ot costed more than what they gave me

This is our second time staying here the front staff is super friendly and helpful! I highly disliked that our room was not cleaned even though the cleaning ladies were right outside the room the next day i asked them for clean towels and they were not very nice and asked “arent you leaving today”

The room assigned to us on arrival had not been cleaned from the previous stay. When we went back to the front desk , the staff informed me they had nothing that wasn't booked already and she couldn't reassign a room. We waited about 20-30 minutes, while she checked in other guests, some getting the same type of room we were waiting on. When we finally got a room, it was a lesser tier room that what we had booked.

Friendly staff and nice room. Upon arrival as I was driving around the parking lot I found broken glass in 3 different parking spots. I let the front desk know and they cleaned it up right away. We believe it was from the remodel construction. My biggest complaint was on day of checkout, housekeeping was knocking on the door shortly after 9:00 even tho our privacy hanger was on the door and at 10:30 our keys were no longer working when checkout wasn’t until 11:00.

Hotel staff, rooms, and breakfast were great. The area around this hotel is dangerous. There is a homeless encampment within .5 miles of property which created unsafe conditions driving in and out of property as well as people walking around hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good. It was right next to I-24, which is loud, but the room was actually very quiet. We had 2 people but only towels in the room for 1 person. Called down and had to go get it from front desk. Having it brought to room would have been preferred since it was late. Breakfast sausage and eggs not the best, but the rest of the breakfast was fine.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I like that it has a mini fridge and a microwave. I like that the coffee supply is 24/7 in the lobby and hot breakfast is delicious. Next time I want to try the indoor pool and fitness center.

The main issue with the room on the third floor facing the highway was way too much light from the nearby billboard and parking lot lights making it difficult to sleep. Even with the darkening blinds closed lots of light came into room from around the ends of the blinds and windows. Side curtains added to the walls on the sides may solve the problem.

Room service was DoorDash from a third party. If I wanted DoorDash it would’ve been somewhere specific not ordering food because I thought it would be made on site and hot.

Overall I am satisfied with the stay. However, the pool was out of order which was a bummer. In addition, they are charging three dollars for a bottle of Walmart great value brand water when you can get a twenty four pack for maybe five dollars. That was insanity. Especially since our floors I've machine wasn't hooked up due to renovations. Anyway, overall still happy and would stay again.

We planned a week stay in Antioch so we could experience Nashville but experience relaxation with our lodging. We arrived and did not know the saltwater pool was closed for maintenance the whole stay. Disappointed. A worker was scraping the ceiling in the lobby during the day in high traffic areas. On ALL floors, the tiles were being replaced right outside the elevators causing dust, noise and having to walk over construction with debris leading down the hallway the whole stay. The hot chocolate/coffee machine was never refilled with hot chocolate after day 2 and by the time we left no coffee. We had to ask for towels multiple times and when we clearly noticed someone had been in our room to take the trash, nothing else was cleaned. There were large rolls of carpeting blocking a hallway on the main floor as well. It was not a relaxing stay at all. I understand renovations, but not sloppy ones at the inconvenience of guests. Notices regarding the construction/renovations were not even
put up until a few days into our stay.

The hotel itself was okay, but the overall experience wasn’t what I expected. There’s a large homeless community set up right at the main intersection and expressway ramps near the hotel, which made the area feel uncomfortable. The property is still under construction , something that would’ve been fine had I known ahead of time. I actually called several days before our trip and was told by the front desk that renovations were complete and only the pool was closed. That turned out to be untrue. We had to walk through large rolls of carpet and construction areas just to get upstairs. I wish the staff had been upfront about the situation so we could’ve made an informed decision.

I totally wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at that place but, if you do, please ask to have a room on the back side of the building. Because, it’s very noisy and you can’t sleep at all. Plus, the whole way was dirty and smells awful. Our room was towards the front and the highway is just close to the building and too much noise. We asked to switch on the back side to see if it would be better but no one helped.

Swimming pool was closed. My room was not ready and sheets were soiled and beds were not made and didn’t have towels or linen and the attendant had me check-in to the room anyway. The staff did give me new sheets that night, but I had to change the sheets myself and they had the room cleaned the next day. The breakfast was ok. This was not the check-in experience that I expected from Best Western.

Though the room seemed newly updated it had not been well cleaned. There was a distinct food smell, crumbs all over the counter, and towels on the floor. There is a large homeless population at the bottom of the hotel. The hotel did have a security guard there when we left in the morning, but I will not be staying here again.

The staff was excellent. They really were responsive, friendly and polite. Breakfast was a highlight (do the coffee machine instead of the one made by the kitchen though). HOWEVER, they had every other day cleaning of the room! No thank you. Additionally, they're currently still renovating, no dust or grime but whomever is renovating is doing a poor job at it (paint where paint shouldn't be, seems visible and bathroom bar to stabilize you in tub already falling apart). Additionally, no hair dryer in the room (staff immediately brought one up when asked) and the Television only turned on and stayed on one channel. To be fair they did offer to change our room based on the TV issue the first night (staff awesome) but we were too tired and had unpacked our belongings already. We decided to just let it be and they offered a discount on the room for the inconvenience (really don't know if I receive that honestly). Hopefully they get the kinks out soon because it right across from tangers outlets and its worth the stay with what they are doing well.

The place was being renovated, plastic on the floors in the hallways, carpet cut around the bed, I guess where the bed was replaced but they didn't want to change the floors so just cut the carpet around the bed..there were signs up about renovations but only ever saw 1 person working in the whole hotel..nobody renovating. The room had basic cable, no streaming which was lame. Also the area of town this hotel is in was scary. Homeless people screaming at night..and everywhere around the hotel. Someone had caught the grass on fire down the street. Just a rough area. Would not recommend staying here or in this area.

This property is undergoing renovations and there is no note anywhere ref this when booking. The pool was closed. The light in the gym didn't work. Ice machine on our floor not working. Only a portion of the parking lot was available due to resurfacing. Building materials (carpet/trim) stored in hallways. Plastic covering carpet. Coffee area dirty and water not refilled. There didn't seem to be any price reduction due to renovations. We were very underwhelmed.

The hotel was being renovated during my stay. There was hammering until 6pm each evening and I had to request to change rooms due to the noise during the day. The public corridors were not cleaned once during my 3 night stay and were full of construction dust and debris. Construction materials and other hotel furniture were stored in the public corridors, which has to be a violation with the fire department. If there were a fire, I never would have been able to get out of the building.

This is the 3rd year i have stay at this hotel. This year they were renovating. Not a big issues, however it would have been nice to have been notifed of this before arriving. The TV in our room had no sound, we called the front desk and she came up and tried to get it working, she was unsuccessful. She said she would do some checking and would get back with us, she never did. We called the next day for some one to fix it. They never did. We also requested sheets and a blanket for the pull out sofa bed, never received them. The front desk staff was very nice and check in was a breeze. Just those few minor details that were a problem.

Staff understood our concern. We tried 2 rooms but both had damage. Hotel issued refund and we booked another place to stay.

The pool was the bonus. The kids loved it.

Best Western in Antioch is Simply the Best

This was my second time staying at the Best Western, and once again, it exceeded expectations. This visit was for a very personal and emotional reason—my aunt’s funeral. Despite the circumstances, the kindness and hospitality of the staff brought great comfort. The Bahamian front desk attendant was especially warm, friendly, and professional, and the rest of the team was just as polite and accommodating.

Several of my family members also stayed here, and we all shared the same wonderful experience. The service was top-notch, and even with renovations happening during our stay, everything was still clean, organized, and fabulous.

I had previously stayed here last year for an event, and that experience was just as great. The consistency in service and attention to detail is truly appreciated.

The continental breakfast was another highlight—clean, fresh, and delicious every single morning.

Thank you, Best Western, for your continued excellence and for making a difficult time a bit more comforting with your care and professionalism. We’ll definitely return again.

We stayed at the Best Western over the weekend to attend the Nascar race at Nashville Super Speedway. Even though the hotel is near a busy road you didn't notice that at all as the rooms overlooked the back of the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern and the breakfast area was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful too.

When I entered my room to hang up my clothes . I found 2 open empty beer bowls next to the safe on the closet floor. Housekeeping did not clean my room had to ask for fresh towels and for the use ones to be taking away . Was awakened but hammering from the hotel being under construction
