This hotel is impeccable! I was overly impressed with the room cleanliness, the friendly staff, the on site restaurant and even the Mercedes sprinter shuttle! Overall this hotel is top tier! A few things to note, the shuttle is free and it picks up and drops off at the airport and hotel. It'll also take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius of the hotel and will pick you up. The restaurant food was amazing and well prepared. It's worth it and I'll be back for sure!

We arrived late due to our flight cancelation. We had no luggage. They didn’t even have a toothbrush we could buy. Sent us to a drug store down the street, that didn’t exist. Found out from another traveler that the hotel next door had free toothbrush’s and paste. Needed early shuttle to get back to airport. We ended up calling Uber after front desk said they were busy and he couldn’t est. when the shuttle would be back. Then, then shuttle arrived same time as our Uber. The shuttle driver was irate at what front desk told us, and went on a tirade. Yikes. Not a great experience. The restaurant food was good.

This hotel looks recently updated and the room finishings are modern and clean. However, the service did not match the price point.

I chose this property specifically for the airport shuttle, but after calling multiple times over 30 minutes, no one answered the phone to dispatch it. I ended up taking a $20 Uber and arrived later than planned. At check-in, the only acknowledgment was a small snack, which didn’t meaningfully address the inconvenience.

Service issues continued during the stay. I had to ask for the $15 food credit that was included with my booking, rather than it being proactively applied. Rooms include only one off-brand caffeinated coffee pod (this seemed to be a common complaint among other guests), and when I requested more, it felt reluctant rather than accommodating. I also wasn’t able to charge food to my room despite it appearing as an option on the receipt.

If you’re staying one night and only need a clean, updated airport hotel, it may be fine. Just be aware that service responsiveness and follow-through were inconsistent during my visit. Also, as expected for an airport property, you will hear planes taking off and landing.

We experienced a miscommunication regarding the two breakfast coupons provided to us at check-in. We used both the following morning at the restaurant, not realizing the policy was one coupon per day. Since we were only staying for one night, this was not clearly explained to us.

Our biggest disappointment during our stay was the customer service we received from Bryan at the front desk. When I approached him calmly to inquire about the situation, he immediately seemed dismissive. I politely explained that we may not have fully understood the coupon policy and asked if there was any way to resolve it, especially since the restaurant staff suggested we speak with the front desk. His response was stern, and his tone and facial expressions made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked if there was any way to fix the issue, he replied, “What do you mean fix it?” in a manner that felt rude, so I chose not to continue the conversation.

Thankfully, during checkout, we had the opportunity to speak with John, the manager, who was much more approachable and willing to listen.

This was my first time at a Cambria Hotel. I was very impressed by the beautiful lobby, the very clean halls and room, multiple places to hang coats and towels, the AI bathroom mirror, the coffee/amenities station, lots of places to set your things down, large screen TV with multiple positions, super comfortable bed and pillows, and lastly, blackout shades. Just a really nice room and at a very reasonable price. New fan.

My room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Staff (both check in and restaurant) were 10 out of 10. I only had breakfast at the restaurant but my egg white omelette was massive and tasty. I've stayed at so many hotels near BNA to visit family and I have finally found my go-to.

The room was clean and everything was nice and new. Taking away one star for a bad experience at the bar area where I (black woman) was ignored for several minutes and another (white woman) came and was immediately served. When asked about it she acted as if she didn't see me, but then proceeded to get my order wrong after I dealt with the initial disrespect. I left the food and the hotel to get food despite having a breakfast credit because of how poor the experience was.

Restaurant food: I ordered the Chicken and Brussel sprouts and potatoes around 9:15 it looked pretty old but I trusted it was safe to eat. The next day I had “the runs” all day. Obviously I was served contaminated food. I take accountability because the food looked questionable when it was brought out and I ate it anyway. It obvious this is not a five star restaurant but there should be a higher level of quality pertaining to pre-made food. Housekeeping never came. I had no idea service had to be requested until I checked out.

This was an amazing hotel!! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Nashville a little out of downtown this is the best option! It was only a 12-15 minute drive to downtown. When my boyfriend and I checked in the staff was so friendly and explained the price breakdown really well. The room was very clean and I loved the flight themed hotel. There was also parking on site for $10 a night and felt very secure since they have cameras and added security. The overall stay was amazing here especially for the price.

The room was perfect, quiet and everything smelled so clean.
We have stayed at this location several times and I thought I would not stay there again because the last stay before this one was so horrible. However, my husband wanted us to try it again, because he really liked the location. I am so happy we did.

No coffee at 6 am so had to wait and pay for pricey airport coffee. Also the shuttle looked bad from being wrecked. Kinda embarrassing to drive up in that.
