Nice place and friendly staff. Room was clean and had everything as advertised. Only complaints was upon arrival the elevator wasn't in service, so we had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs and our room window had a large crack. All in all this didn't ruin our stay nor take anything away from the amazing staff.

The front desk staff (Angie) was very friendly and helpful upon check- in. The “Happy Hour” was a nice touch! We were given 4 free drink tickets and an appetizer to use between 5-7pm. The dumpling soup was so good and the drinks too. Nice friendly and warm atmosphere too. The free breakfast buffet was very convenient and yummy too! Lots of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Nice beds and seating in room were comfortable and practical too.

This was a last minute booking for a friends trip to go bar hopping in downtown Nashville! This hotel was so perfect! Clean! Friendly! About 20 min from broadway. My only complaint was the elevator was broken and we was on 3rd floor. But I needed to get my exercise steps in so it was fine.

It’s an old property, need some work. The Worker at front desk was on her phone, had an earbud in and didn’t see me standing at the door. Didn’t greet once I made it to the desk. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The bedroom smelled like pee, and there were big cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The sockets were making a whistle like noise so we were afraid to use them. The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in. The rooms are not soundproof as they stated on the site. Seems as if some of the people actually live on the property. I could go on and on. Overall not worth the money. I will never book a room at club Nashville inn and suites again.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Smelled like urine at every entrance that we used and outside of our room door, broken elevator and we had multiple suitcases to haul upstairs, not enough hot water for more than 1 person either night, filthy, LOUD, staff didn’t offer any help when I spoke to her and filthy deserved to be mentioned again.

Property just feels old and dated. Room didn't seem super clean. We also had a regular issue with the room next to us making a lot of noice. The dividing door between the suites blocks almost no noise. We had to call the front desk multiple times to have them address the issue. The staff was always friendly and quick to respond, just wish the issue didn't happen every single night we were there. May help if they could improve sound barrier between those adjoining doors.

Wow what a big difference from the pictures online . The smell was awful ! Thankfully I had a portable air purifier. Staff was nice . My room door didn’t lock from the outside then I found out you had to pull up hard to get it to work . But the smell ! I had to spray with disinfectant.. febreze a few times and leave the balcony door open so I could stand to stay in there . I had along ride and I had spine disease and was in too much pain to find another place . Will never stay again . Disgusting

I had night hopes for this hotel but I personally had a negative experience. We initially were given a key to an occupied room. Then we moved to a room that was nice and clean but the air didn’t work so we were moved a 3rd time to a room that smelled strange and the ac unit sounded like a freight train. No comps offered, no discounts applied-just a long night with little sleep.

I will say the positive was that the Staff were friendly & helpful. Food and beverages were good.

You get what you pay for. There were two used wash cloths in the bathroom, so cleanliness was a concern. The elevator was broken and I don’t mind climbing stairs, but it is an inconvenience with heavy luggage and a bag traveling solo. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything happening in the next room.

Unwelcoming staff. I came after hours, had to use an intercom, and there was no action. Front desk personnel was to busy using their busy on their phones. I had dirty towels, a dirty toilet and a broken door as someone had jammed it. This is a low-value level hotel. This was my last purchase through Hotels.com

Our family had 2 rooms. Both were clean and well maintained, except for the AC unit in one room. Our number one complaint is about the paper thin walls. We could hear everything happening in the halls, nearby interstate traffic, airport take offs and landings, police activity at hotel next door, people in the parking lot, a nearby family feud, and late night guest arrivals. The location of the hotel is in a sketchy area as well. No return visit for us.

Clean. Nice staff. We stopped by to drop off our bags, but they gave us an early check-in for free! Which is the first time I've ever had that. So major plus for that. Breakfast buffet is the standard spread you see at other similar hotels w/ waffles, but this one has biscuits and gravy, and breakfast burritos. The tortillas for the burritos seemed to go fast, so go early if you want. Building is older, but seems to be well managed and kept clean. Each time I went to the lobby there would be someone cleaning. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Only giving it 3 stars as our bed was so hard and the staff was less than accommodating. Due to the bed being so incredibly stiff and uncomfortable, I asked for 2 extra pillows to help support my back and I was told (very rudely) that they don’t have extra pillows nor does the housekeeping allow any extra pillows/blankets. We spent 4 nights there and it was really uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much at all. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here ever again.

The room was very clean, however the bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping in a park bench. I chose this hotel because the reviews said that noise was minimum, not sure if it was my room's location, but there was lots of noise. I would stay again because I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but would need to make sure I get a different location and a better bed.

This was a very budget-friendly stay, and you get exactly what you pay for. The property is clearly dated and could use some renovations. The overall feel is worn and older, from the rooms to the common areas.

The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was inconvenient—especially when carrying luggage. That’s something that should really be addressed for guest accessibility and comfort.

Another downside was the highway noise. The hotel is located right by a busy road, and you can hear constant traffic throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue.

That said, if you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for a night and aren’t concerned about amenities or modern updates, it serves its purpose. Just go in with realistic expectations.

Hotel is not the cleanest by any means at all. The elevator is rickety as hell pretty scary to be honest. The staff is hit or miss we were given the run around if there were cancellations or not depending on we spoke to. One of the staff members told us to just park on the hash lines of a handicap spot because the parking was full. She said it would be fine because it's private property, this is ignorant. We did not park there because we know better. Imagine someone who didn't and their car was toed in the morning.

The first room they gave us had bugs in the bed. The second had pubes all over the toilet tank and a used Plackers flosser on the floor. It was so gross. We would've left but we had been driving for 11 hrs and were already running on barely 4-5 hrs of sleep and were exhausted. We didn't sleep well at all because the walls are paper-thin and you could hear them vacuuming the floors outside in the hall. Ridiculous. We will never stay here again. The worst was the employees all telling us different information depending on who we spoke to. Nobody new what was going on and they said there were no managers until Monday. Seems odd especially on a busy weekend. Lesson learned - DO NOT GO BY EXPEDIA REVEIWS THEY ARE FAR FROM ACCURATE. This is the second hotel we booked through expedia that was rated 8.5+ and rated Excellent and it was far from it!!!

The two ladies working the night shift on Valentine’s Day deserve raises! So extremely kind and helpful, very funny and made the stay so welcoming. Traveling can make you feel like an outsider sometimes, and they made us feel right at home. All of the staff we interacted with were phenomenal. 100% recommend staying here just for the personnel.

The sheets were very clean and bright white, no stains or defects. The towels were stiff. The fridge temperature cannot be adjusted; it doesn’t feel very cold when opening it but in the morning my leftover food was frozen. The window shade was pretty thin and semi clear, made me wonder if someone could see in at all. My problem also with this is that there was a very bright light outside my window which made it hard to sleep. So I did not get good sleep at all because of this. I would consider staying there again, but not in that room. (206) The front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was so nice! It was a good size and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the cocktails and snack time was a really nice treat. Breakfast was awesome! They had so many options! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again. The only annoying thing was guests leaving their rooms and letting the door slam shut. But that’s just rude, inconsiderate people.

I understand there were renovations going on down in the lobby area, but in the bathroom there was something dark, and BROWN splashed around the commode on the walls, debris on the floors and in the corners under the sink and in the bathroom area. My room looked fairly clean and nice, but when I turned the covers down and got in there were crumbs already in the bed.
I meant to stop at the desk and make a complaint in the morning, but I had an early morning flight and overslept and had to make a dash for the airport.
Definitely housekeeping is cutting corners and apparently trying to reuse sheets since there were already crumbs under the covers when I pulled them back. I consider crumbs in a bed and debris in corners and splashed brown unidentified liquids on the walls around the commode to be a red flag. I guess to the general quality of the housekeeping overall. I left too early to take advantage of the breakfast.

Will DEFINITELY stay again! We are Diamond Elite members with IHG & Ambassador with Marriott and this property really delivers on service, amenities and quality for the price! FAR exceeded Marriott or IHG properties nearby we stayed with in the past! FREE PARKING was the best surprise!
