Aris was very hospitable when we checked in. We decided to add another night and management made it easy to do without us having to change rooms. The breakfast was nice and we loved the fresh coffee anytime we wanted it. Awesome machine that grinds coffee beans for a superb cup each time. Tea and hot cocoa were also available. Rooms were very comfortable and the property itself very quiet. I thought being by the airport would be extremely noisy but it was rather comforting. I would recommend everyone to try a stay at Avid. You will not be disappointed.

We have been staying here for several years on our travels to or through Nashville, this will be our last time staying. The rooms aren’t very clean anymore you can definitely hear the room next to you the staff are definitely not a friendly or helpful as they use to be. The breakfast is pitiful we didn’t even bother with it. And now they charge you $10 a day to park. Too many options around that area to waist our time on this one anymore since there is nothing to attract us to it.

The lady who checked us in was super friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. The handicap accessible room was so roomy. My son didn’t have any issues getting around. He absolutely loved watching all the airplanes take off from the airport. We had a pretty good view. We will definitely stay here again.

When booking these 3 days 12/30-1/2 I had told the person over the phone I wouldn’t be arriving until early in the morning on 12/31. She had assured me all I needed to do was call the day before and let the front desk person know, which I did. When calling the day before the guy told me he had made the adjustment in the computer and told his colleague. When arriving on 12/31 at 5am the guy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t find my reservation. He had told me he could make a new one for me as a walk-in. I told him I don’t want to do that because I already paid for the entire trip. So he looked again and found what the previous guy had done. Upon looking into the rest of the reservation details I noticed somehow I was missing 1/2 as the checkout day even though I already paid and booked it with hotels.com. So I reached out to hotels.com and told them about it. The representative immediately called the hotel to have them fix this mistake. Then this morning I double checked with the morning front desk person to make sure it was all settled. She told me yes it was. So I left for a little bit and came back when parking my car in the daylight I noticed the cars in the parking lot had placards hanging up or on the dashboard. I went in spoke with the woman inquiring if I also needed one and she said yes I was supposed to get it last night and never did. I drove 11 hours overnight and the first thing I had to deal with is possibly not having a place to

Super clean, well thought out, great staff and quiet . Very reasonable rate to park your car and take the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle service is always on time. If you’re leaving very early, the breakfast bar is not open. However, they do have coffee downstairs so you can get coffee.

The room was spotless and inviting. I like the modern decor. The front desk staff were friendly & efficient, both at check in and check out. We were asked if we had a floor preference for our room, that was really nice to have an option.
There’s lots of parking, it’s well lit, and close to the airport. I will definitely stay here again!

The manager was excellent. Very friendly, personable, and helpful. At first, when we tried to check in the girl behind the desk told me I owed an extra $93 even though I had already paid for the room. But once the manager came in, she straightened it all out and it was all good.
The rooms were very clean! Basic but new and perfect for our one night. Stay. Refrigerator but no microwave. Although there’s a microwave in the lobby that you can use. The breakfast was really good and a great variety. In the evening, we walked across the parking lot to the other hotel to get some dinner and a cocktail. Overall, for the price you were happy with the accommodations.

Was okay as a place to sleep while on a roadtrip. The beds were comfortable. They are totally overdoing it on the air fresheners…they have automatic spray air fresheners between the elevators on every floor, so the hallways reek of it and one sprayed me while I was trying to push the elevator button. Gross. The shower door needed attention, something was causing all the water to come out of the shower at the bottom and onto the bathroom floor, which was making all the tiles pop up, ruining the floor. The woman at the front desk in the morning didn’t seem to care at all when I told her. The woman who checked us in was very nice though. As far as breakfast goes, they’re definitely phoning it in. But it’s food.

The hotel is very simple and comfortable. The check in receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room was simple yet stylish and comfortable. The overall presentation of the hotel was clean and up to date! Through I totally enjoyed the stay 2 nights after 11pm the fire alarm 🚨 went off and no one can say what happened. No updates and the front desk was not answering so imagine trying to go back to sleep with the unknown. The first time the alarm went off I had to go to the front desk but no one was there however showed later on stating they didn't know what set off the alarm. The second night same time same alarm. It made those 2 nights restless as you didn't know what was happening.
