The hotel is in a great location. A nice walk on the river front will take u anywhere in town. The staff are very friendly and keep the lobby stocked iced lemon water, coffee and tea. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies 🍪 are a nice treat for the afternoon. The pool and hottub was clean and there were plenty of clean towels.
If I had one improvement it would be breakfast, it has been better in previous stays. The bread selection was not very appetizing, it was definitely edible.

This was our 2nd stay here in the last year. It is a good hotel, not fancy but it is clean, well maintained and fairly quiet. From our room we had a view of the bay and also a view of the Goonies house which was very cool. The gas station and grocery store are next door and less than a 5 minute walk is a great burger/pizza and wing place. My wife is picky about hotel mattresses and pillows and she loved the ones in the room, very comfortable. The free breakfast is decent , lots of variety and the coffee is good too. The staff were great about keeping the food items replenished and the tables clean as guests were cycling in and out. The indoor pool and hot tub are open 24 hours a day and were well maintained. This Best Western really is a great value.

The lady checking us in at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful in assisting us with finding a place to eat to meet our dietary needs. She also helped us find out how to go see the local sea lions behind the property. The continental breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean, and was pretty soundproof considering it was next to the ice machine and the sea lions kept barking all night! Actually, with my earplugs and the A/C, I only heard them a few times after bedtime. Overall it was a very nice stay and the property was close to the riverwalk restaurants.

We got the king suit which was the last room on the 3rd floor that’s next to the water. You could on occasion hear the sea lions but they were not so loud that you couldn’t sleep. Hardly bothered us at all. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean with great staff. Overall a great stay and would comeback! Also the trolley stops right in front of the BW, super convenient to go into town.

I want give a big shout out to Lori at the front desk who was very helpful and understanding and professional and showed excellant customer service. Our stay was excellant and we truly enjoyed the pool with my 2 year old grandson and his first swim ...he had a blast with mom dad and gramma and uncle. Some wonderful memories were made at this motel. Would highly recomend staying there to everyone and plan on staying there again on my next visit. Oh and the breakfast was like the cherry on top! Excellant!!

This hotel is pretty good! We stayed for one night, but upon taking a shower in the morning on check out day, there was no shampoo or body wash left in the refillable bottles attached to the wall. Because of this, I didn’t get to enjoy a shower (that I kind of assume is included in the pricing). Also, there was a used bar of soap in the shower. When I talked to the lady at the front desk (on a Sunday when we checked out), she made it seem like my fault for not saying anything…but I was in the shower and leaving soon, plus the bottles are not see through. I assumed they were replenished after every stay. She said she’ll ask the manager if I’m eligible for a small discount (Wasn’t expecting much, $200 for a night with no shower seems a bit pricey) as it was her weekend, so we’ll see. She didn’t say thank you for our stay or anything and I was very nice and polite when I asked, our stay was great otherwise. I know she probably couldn’t do anything on her end, but still being nice to me when I made a small complaint would have made me feel a bit better on our way out. The lady at the front desk when we checked in on Saturday was very nice! Glad this place is pet friendly too. I’d stay here again, but I’d have to hand check and pump all the body wash and shampoo/conditioner right as I check in lol.

This was a great place to stay with very clean rooms and a solid breakfast given the price point. You have easy access to the river walk which is a very manageable walk (30ish mins) over to the downtown area. Service was excellent and kind.

My husband and I stayed in a king room (334), which had a partial view of the Columbia River. It was a quiet, top-floor room at the end of the hallway. The room looked newly renovated, with a large-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron/ironing board and free wi-fi. The bed was comfortable and the shower felt wonderful. Big room. Good linens. Carpeting was good. Lot of channels on the TV. Friendly staff.

Two downsides: Sea Lions were out in force, and talking all night - hotel provides ear plugs (I didn't need them). Missing bath towels, front desk clerk immediatly brought them up.

The frustration began with the long wait to check in. Second, no privacy for us and other guests being checked in; the agent spoke so loudly, discussing each detail as if she was talking to the whole room. Especially embarrassed for one guest that had issue with her cc/res. After our long wait, we were greeted with stained sheets on entering room. Called the desk, instead of apologizing/offering solution she asked if this was a microscopic issue? This made everything worst. Shouldn’t have been her first response/reaction. We were asked return to desk for change, only to be told there none when we got there. I understand being fully booked, but her solution was to call our third party and hash it out with them. We felt unwelcome, because of dealt with us. With no alternative in area, we masked for sheets do bed change ourselve, an option she could have offered with no rm change alternative. Got sheets but had to share between beds because there wasn’t any for the sofa bed, which btw was stained everywhere. When we asked for sheets for that bed, there was, “ no more” she stated. Reservation was not made on day of, and even if it was, the bare minimum should have been taken care of! Had to ask for more towels, had no washcloths. It was just one thing after the other! Brkfast rm was crowded and limited choices. So short staffed, which might have played a role in some of Agent’s behavior, being overwhelmed. Still, you are in the business of hospitality! No return for us.

The breakfast was good and had lots of choices, hot and cold foods. Good coffee!
(The hot tub was not working.) But the pool was nice warm and large. My 2 grandkids and I had lots of fun swimming.
The staff was wonderful, especially the receptionist, Lori. 😄

We enjoyed the Halloween candy in the lobby and the friendly person at the desk. Our room had too much light during the night for sleeping, provided by the nightlight near the right sink and the clock. The tv was difficult for us to operate and frustrating as we wanted to watch a Mariner baseball game.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Lori went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied! Housekeeping was on top of it, especially towels, which is a major thing for us:) the pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of which is exceptional for our daughter who loves to go swimming

Great location: right on the river and the river walk with trolley service, close enough to town but away from hub-a-bub. Rooms nicely updated and very comfortable. Did not use the facilities, but they had it all (pool, hot tub, and gym).
