We loved our stay. The receptionist was so friendly, and gave us so many great recommendations. We enjoyed the rooms cleanliness and it was very large for our family of 4 and perfect for 2 teenagers on the sofa bed and us. The breakfast was also very good, and you could see the fortress from the patio.

This was a fabulous hotel to stay in. We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. This includes cooking a tasty egg breakfast and always asking if we ever needed anything. A big thank you to Maria at the desk who actually helped us with our Athens hotel reservations by calling them and confirming for us as we checked out of 999 Luxury Hotel. Clean good size room and a shower that actually can fit someone.
Friendly service and willing to help.
Just an fyi, no parking in the old town, you have to park just outside 4 min walk.

Great location but be prepared for lots of steps. There is no one around except for check in and breakfast which is very good and lots of variety. Good value, clean and somewhat austere. Walls are thin so you hear the other guests, water running etc.

Stayed here twice over 2 nights but would liked to have stayed longer. Very nice hotel located in the old town, close to the port, shops, restaurants and walking distance to the castle and beach. Big, clean rooms with comfortable beds and bathroom/shower which is bigger than other places I stay at in Greece. Rooms have a little balcony which overlooks the old town. Breakfast was a selection of fresh local products. One small dislike was breakfast being served at 8:30 as I would prefer it earlier. However, the lady at reception, Angela, made my stay so much easier. Any time I needed assistance or advice, this lady would always go out of her to help. I would give her 10 out 10. Will definitely stay here when I go back to Nafplio.

Spacious rooms however that is all that is good. The staff was not helpful. A couple of incidents. When our son asked to use the bathroom that was a few steps from the breakfast area he was told to go back to our room. When we ran out of toilet paper we ran out to the desk and they gave us half a roll. There is no one on the desk at night so you can't leave your key at the desk. The outside door is locked and you need to call a cell number to be allowed in at night for a staff to come from their house and let you in. At check out they charged us and extra 80 Euros above the online booked price for a very cheap breakfast that was not satisfying in any way. This charge was not explained to us when we checked in. Many other choices in the area with much better service.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the shops and cafes. Older hotel. Our room was dated. There was one queen bed in one pull out sofa in the same room across from each other. Our bed sheets were stained and we asked for new ones which they changed out. I reserved a room with a balcony but then when I arrived I was told there was an Expedia glitch so they gave me 15 euros back and a room without a balcony. The breakfast was decent. There was outdoor and indoor seating which was nice to eat breakfast.

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the centre of the old town of Nafplio. Everything is in walking distance.
The property is a renovated, 3 level (ground, 1st & 2nd) - traditional building (rooms located on level 1 & 2) which is clean and bright and offers very spacious rooms with air con. There is no elevator due to renovation restrictions and heritage restrictions. Staff are very helpful and very accommodating. Overall a very memorable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

A hotel I would definitely stay in again

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and I must day it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
The room size was large for 3 persons and very clean.
The king size bed had a very comfortable matressthe mattress.

The bathroom was large enough and I could stay in there for hours taking a shower.

The breakfast was nice and fresh.

The location is at the heart of the old town.

Loved the location and the manager of the hotel was fantastic! Breakfast in the morning was delicious as well. The balcony overlooking the street was a wonderful added touch to the room. The room and bathroom were slightly outdated and the bed could be a bit comfier, but we really can't complain considering everything else!

Walk to everything from this location.carming building in the middle of old town. Easy walk
From the bus station, around the corner to syntagma square, the marina and a short walk to the beach and Palamidi fortress. Room was simple yet very clean.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It's in the middle of everything. What a beautiful town as well. The staff was amazing. I was just a little bummed when there was one bed and not two single beds in our room. Make sure to specify one or two beds when making a reservation. I would definitely recommend this place.

The owners were very nice and extremely helpful. Location is hard to find but worth the search because you are steps away from everything including the ancient fort. Breakfast is included. The room was comfortable and had a nice little balcony. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb 17 stairs to main floor and 15 more to 2nd floor. Parking can be a challenge but doable.
This is a hidden jewel in the heart of Napflio.

A good hotel for family travel

The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to tourist area. The breakfast is good, fresh and tastes good. The beddings are OK, not the cleanest, but reasonable. The pull-out bed is the simplest kind, not very comfortable. The bathroom is small, not surprising at this price range. Staff are polite and helpful. Overall, a reasonably priced and good hotel for family travel.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great for shopping,great food, bars and within walking distance to the beautiful Arvanitia beach and a local market. We chanced upon the local market on a Wednesday where we bought fruits for an amazing good price . Breakfast range is quite minimum. Rented cars have to be parked at the port which is about 10min walk away. We drove along the small alley to the hotel to drop our luggage first before we parked our car.

Had amazing weekend in hotel. The hotel is new, rooms are nice and stylish, clean very comfortable beds. But the breakfast was just nothing special, actually was evan no choices, if we would stay longer we would go eat breakfast somewhere else. The reception closes at 21.00 in the evening what for luxury hotel in unexceptionable. The lady who worked in morning time would smoke around the guests, what was very disturbing. The hotel is very nice, and amazing location, if only they would pay attention on guest suggestions from comments they would be exceptional place where to stay.

We stayed at 999 Luxury Hotel for 3 nights and were very happy with our choice. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with very efficient air conditioning. The hotel is in the town centre a couple of minutes walk from the bus station and there are bars and dozens restaurants within a few yards.
The staff were friendly but one lady in particular(the lady who prepared breakfast) was great, she let us use the p.c. and helped us print off our return boarding passes (it was in Greek!!)
Can't find any faults with this hotel.

This hotel looks like it's been recently renovated and is in beautiful condition. Unfortunately the owners leave very crucial work to unprofessionals. around 4pm in the afternoon we were dressing and getting ready to go out. All of a sudden, our front door to our room was pushed wide open. Arriving guests were given a key to our room! A young boy was standing at our door telling someone that 2 ladies are in the room. The hotel's employee then peaks his head over and said \"sorry\". Then I immediately ran over to shut the door!

That's all I heard from the hotel that day. The next day I waited for the hotel manager to say something. She had no idea and couldn't believe it! That's all she said. No compensation whatsoever.

So if you are willing to have a stranger come into your room with a key stay here.
