Great location. Cute and quirky, but third floor room stairs are for people under 30 looking for adventure. (Not exaggerating). Parking is on the quay or street and VERY hard to find. Room had a great terrace, and nice enough-good AC too.

This place is incredibly beautiful! The room is nestled in the heart of a charming neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. But words cannot describe the quaint little community. Just go see for yourself. The room isn't the most luxurious, no elevator, no fancy lobby dining. But it's so cozy and private in the top floor. Room A5 has a great balcony area i could spend much more time here.

Also, very inconvenienced by the artificial smell of perfume when entering the hall: avoid for people allergic or intolerant to chemicals. Flight for New York was cancelled so we had to shift 4-day reservation one day forward. As it was semi-slow mid-May season hotel generously allowed same with no extra charge. Also love the fact that they communicate over WhatsApp, so free calling from U.S. and easy to call on Wi-Fi in Greece. We have stayed in many Greek \"old town\" pensions and this is of highest quality.

Kyveli is a lovely hotel in Old Napflio in an older building. Nevertheless it has been refurbished and modernized just enough for comfort including great wifi, comfy bed, nice bathroom and amenities, and easy access to the shops, restaurants and cafes of the old city. Our host helped us with our luggage, both coming and going, and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and sites to visit. I highly recommend the Kyveli hotel.

Kyveli Suites is a quaint boutique hotel in old town Nafplio. Rooms had wooden floors and ceilings with eclectic furniture. Lighting in the room isn’t ideal, but if you open shutters and windows it helps. Side note: No elevator means carrying luggage up a narrow staircase to your rooms. This wasn’t a problem for us, but could be difficult for some.
Most rooms have a small balcony with overlooks the darling alley ways with restaurants and bright hanging flowers.

Lovely Hotel--Skip Breakfast If You're In a Hurry
This is a small but lovely hotel. We stayed for only one night with our kids but it was quite comfortable. The sofa bed was already made up for our kids when we arrived and it was in an alcove area so we were able to put them to bed and stay up a bit reading without disturbing them. There was a nice balcony with a table and chairs, and the bathroom was well equipped with a jetted bathtub and everything was very clean. The space is a bit small and there are only stairs, but that wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast is brought to your room. There are no options and what was provided was fairly basic (the addition of some fresh fruit and/or yogurt would be nice), but nicely done and tasted quite good. The one problem we had is that we were told to call down to the desk any time from 9-10:30 am in the morning when we were ready for breakfast. While 9 am seemed a bit late for us we adjusted our plans for the morning and did this. After trying a few times over the course of several minutes we went down to the desk to ask, and there was no one there for over 10 minutes. This delayed our departure on our way to an activity for the day. I would suggest that maybe breakfast should be available from 8 am so people can have more time in the town for the day because many of the sites close by 3 pm.

This is a very good hotel and my wife and I would absolutely stay there again. The room was very nice and the staff was great. It's a much older, classical style hotel with hardwood floors and antique style furniture. The location is great. I now understand why those in Athens go to Nafplio as their weekend getaway. Because of the style of hotel you might be able to hear the guests above you. Unfortunately, the guests above us this particular night were the rudest of all time. In a hotel like this you've just got to be aware of your neighbors. But let me reiterate, this hotel is a nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Kyveli Suites for 3 nights. Maria gave us a warm and friendly greeting, and made sure we were properly settled into our room. We stayed in \"Gaia\", with a balcony overlooking the village. We loved watching the activity below from atop our perch and during the evenings, we were serenaded by roaming musicians playing for the restaurant patrons dining below. Our room was beautiful, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable… we slept great!

We loved kyveli suites. It’s location, in the center of the village gave it so much charm. We slept with our shutters wide open, enjoying the sounds of people eating and laughing late into the night. Kyveli Suites is an amazing boutique hotel. They are a small (9 room) hotel with personal service, extremely helpful and friendly staff and old world charm. The rooms looked newly renovated and supplied with some nice amenities like slippers as well as the usual coffee and tea. Complimentary breakfast was served in the r room with many choices. The price was so incredibly reasonable we decided to extend our stay. The hotel in the heart of \"Old Town\" has many many shops and eating establishments to choose from within a 10 minute walk. It is also close to many historical sites like a fort in the middle of town that dominates the center of town.

This is a quaint and very comfortable hotel right in the old town. Great location for strolling on along the waterfront, wandering to town or taking a stair climb up to Palamidi. The staff is incredibly helpful. They even helped us find bus and ferry schedule times to Hydra (we made it with no problem!) I would stay at this hotel again.

We are a family with two small boys, and stayed in their suite on the first floor for 3 nights.
The room had one king bed, and one sofa that was already set up for sleeping.
The bed was pretty comfortable, and the suite spread from one end of the building to the other so we had a nice draft going when the balcony door, and the bathroom window were open.
The place was clean, and we had a cleaning/makeup service every day.
The bathroom was tiled in marble with a good shower in the tub.

The B&B is on a pedestrian only street in old town. We had a lovely room with windows on two streets and flow through ventilation. It was spacious (it had a large bed and a sofa bed, table with chair, desk with chair, and cabinet for clothes). It had a balcony with table and chairs (2) where we had breakfast each morning. The breakfast was much more than we could eat. When ready, we called down to the restaurant across the street and they brought it to the room. The location is very convenient to everything in old town, including shops and restaurants, and near the port.
You cannot drive to Kyveli Suites. You must park at the port (free parking). The parking lot can be crowded, but we always found a space. Then you need to walk in about three to four blocks with your luggage. If this would be difficult for you, look else where or arrange for a helper. Also, there is no elevator, so, again, if this is a problem, look elsewhere. But we had wheels on our luggage and we really enjoyed our stay.
Syntagma Square (four blocks - only crossing one street with cars) is a wonderful place to have an evening cocktail and watch the families gather after work and the children playing in the square.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast served in room! We took the \"family suite\" which was a pull-out couch and a double bed in a spacious room. The bathroom had a shower/bath combination. View on the balcony on Nafplio's beautiful streets can't be beat!
