The hotel was very nice. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was a stunning green wall paper and chandelier. The bathroom was clean and they provided lots of shampoo and conditioner and body wash/lotion. The cleaning staff was great as everyday we came back to a clean room. The front staff was lovely. She was so helpful with checking us in and provided very detailed information about parking and local recommendations for places to eat and see. The brunch was delicious and the hours it is open (7:30am-1pm) is very convenient. I highly recommend the greek eggs and fresh orange juice. Would definitely come back to this hotel if I returned to nafplion.

Let's not forget to mention its breathtaking view of the Fortress of Palamidi -- history, only steps away!

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights. We found the hotel was located in the centre of Nafplio - close to shops, restaurants, parks, Palamidi fortress, taxis, beaches (short taxi ride approximately $10-15 euros one way). Staff were very friendly and assisted with any inquiries we had. On the day of checkout they stored our luggage for a couple of hours.

The hotel is located on a quiet street near some top-notch Greek tavernas. Nafplion is an exceptionally easy city to navigate on foot with wonderful sites all around: from the breakwater to the harbor to the heights of the castle.

This is a lovely and charming hotel in the upper part of the old town. The room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated them arranging for laundry for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay in Napflio. Guests need to be aware that this is an old city, and parking can be a real issue. Unless you're lucky, you may end up parking several blocks away. In addition, be sure to inquire in advance as to how you will access your room. We had a great room in an adjacent building with steep winding stairs as the only option for gaining access to the room--including getting luggage up and down. Fantastic breakfast available for small cost.

This was our second time staying at pension Dafni! We were warmly greeted and well taken care of by Sonia both times we stayed. She was one of the reasons we decided to book again. The hotel is beautiful and in an ideal location for exploring everything Nafplio has to offer! The staff makes you feel like you are at home and goes out of their way to take care of you. We booked a last minute room here for one night while passing through Napflio. The staff were over-the-top friendly! The hotel had all amenities we needed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the orange trees which was very pretty. And the location was perfect and very close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants.

The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and quiet. Recently updated and nicely appointed. Breakfast not included at 6 euros; nothing cooked except boiled egg, with breads, cakes, cold cut meat, yogurt and not much choice for fresh fruit. Balcony with quaint view of buildings and courtyard.
Was dismayed at first because you must park in public lot that is about 7-10 minute walk but this is this same for all because of Napflio city layout.
As Americans, we did not realize that a) at a pension there is no assistance with bags - but there is a lift to second floor - and b) the air conditioner was a remote controlled wall unit that looked like a heater.
We had a big mishap after we had checked out on Monday and on our way to Delfi we realized we left our passports and cash in the safe. We called and confirmed they were there and said we would drive back on Wednesday to fetch them. Tried FedEx and DHL to have them sent overnight but that wouldn’t work. On checking out of our Delfi hotel, the Fedriades, owner suggested using Greek courier but it was too late for us by then so we made the drive back to Napflio, then to Athens for our last day. Point here being that someone at Pension Dafni could have thought of the courier and saved us about 5 hours driving. I’m sure that wasn’t the first time something like that had happened.

Excellent property right in Nafplio. Walking distance to everything. We staying in #19, which is brand new, so it was very clean. Many good things, but a few minor things that don’t let us rate this a full 5; no Kleenex, light in shower didn’t work, pillows uncomfortable. Not trying to nitpick, nice facility nonetheless and would definitely stay again if we returned.

Nafplio is a great place and Pension Dafni is right in the Old Town within walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping. It is all close to the Palamidi, the harbor and the beach. Pension Dafni has to be the cutest/quaintest place I have ever stayed. The room had crystal chandeliers, interesting furniture and wall coverings. The bathrooms were all updated with rain head showers, heater, fan and tile floors. Everything in the rooms was top quality. There was a balcony with a table and chairs to sit out on and a few windows to open for fresh air (we were there early April so didn't need AC but they have it). There's also a nice terrace area with plenty of tables and chairs. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. When we checked in she brought us to our room and showed us everything. They were excitedly working on their new building/rooms when we were there and showed them to us. We were able to park fairly close so getting our luggage in wasn't a big deal. If I ever get back to Nafplio, I would stay here again.

The property looks nice and breafast is big and good. They had also smaller portions for kids. The only negative thing was that we did not get a room as on the picture (seemed big, spacious and with a balcony). We were squeezed in a basement with windows coming on an orange storing room and staff walking there back and fort. We had to keep curtains closed all the time for privacy. That did not seem deluxe room at all for my taste.... Me and my husband did not have any privacy. But it did not spoil our stay. Nafplio is beautiful and we spent most of the time outside.
