firstly, got fooles because we saw this resort is 4.5star rating on google. please dont get fooled like us.
very run down place. very dirty and dusty resort. cleaniess for the room and towel are -100 stars. you will find hair and stains everywhere and especially in the \"clean\" towel. you also have to wheel your heavy luggage from the reception to your resort. No buggies lift was offered.
you will also get a few of live spiders and dead bugs and worms in the room for FREE.
What a pitty. Very spacious resort but just need lots of love

Every things are good , but I smell the smoke coming from the house when I open the door, then I open the door and let the smoke go out.
The hotel front desk staff's English is not good, I used the AI translate to keep communication. They are friendly and nice.

Air conditioning was turned off when we were there but since the weather is rather cooling in April when we were there so it's still okay. Great for families!
Alfredo
Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great.
David
Nice property not too far from most things. The house was roomy. Good value. Good for family.
Robin
The place was big and comfortable. It's private and quiet. Close to the city. We were very pleased with the property. If it was better maintained, it would've been great. There were some spiderwebs in and around the house.

A holiday place which you will feel relaxing
The Villa is spacious with spacious bathrooms too. The rooms are still in pretty new condition. The only cons is that the kitchen utensils and tablewares are very limited.

Spacious and very clean
The resort side offered two bedrooms and 1.75 baths, and it was very spacious. The rooms were very clean. Couldn't complain about anything!

Great stay with clean rooms/bathrooms
We stayed at the resort with our dog for 5 nights and it was just great. Everything was immaculately clean (which I hardly ever feel when I stay at hotels), and the bed, bedding was very comfy as well. We had a little yard in the back which worked out great for our dog, and we could walk the dog in the resort too. We ordered take out food from the hotel side, and it wasn't so great tho. The pool wasn't open in mid June, idk why. Other than those, everything was great.

We stayed 3 nights here with the price of rm800++ per night. There is one living room and 2 bedrooms that are very spacious. The place is clean as well! They also include all the necessary equipment for home cooking:) However, they only provided two body towels even though it was clear that 4 people were staying there. Therefore, we had to request for another two extra towels. While checking in, we were informed that the room will only be cleaned on the third night. On the night itself, they had only replaced two instead of four of the body towels. Looks like not much cleaning has been done. Besides so, toothbrushes were not included and had to be bought at their store. The wifi is extremely slow and even unavailable to connect sometimes. The air-corn also had some issues. It turns on and off whenever it likes and we have close to no control over the air-corn even if we feel hot. Overall, it wasn't really worth the money.

The acommodation was very cosy and the heater was also working very well. And the staffs were very kindful.
The resort town was very calm so I felt comfortable and enjoyed my vacation fully.

Comfortable, spacious place
A big resort with both hotel-style and individual bungalow-type family units. Each of the 2-room family units seems to be divisible for rental as single units. Stayed in a family suite which is spacious and relatively clean. The living area isn't the most cosy of layout however, despite the pictures. The kitchen is unfortunately minimally equipped. Location is out if Jeju City. Although the resort has a restaurant which we did not use. There are no other dining options in close proximity, so you will need a car to get around if you stay here.
