Everything is great except the checking in is a bit confusing. Stuff is helpful; however, I suppose to be charged tax for 3 EUR according to Expedia, But I was requested by the staff for 6 EUR at the site.

It was generally a nice place, and mostly convenient to the Greek Theater, but it was rather noisy, as we could here the neighbors both nights, and our room was near the main door to the wing, which had to be opened and closed whenever people came and went, and it was a very loud door to move. The breakfast was nice, and the ladies taking care of us were lovely, but it was too noisy to get a good night's sleep.

Stanza piccolissima, colazione scarsa , struttura alquanto fatiscente, nella stanza c'era il condizionatore legato con il nastro isolante e ina pozza d'acqua in terra e la porta gonfia d'umidita', la vista e' sui cassonetti .Lo chiamano hotel ma un b&b e' meglio. Reception assente e titolare poco adatta ai rapporti con il pubblico .Sconsiglio vivamente. Unica persona che si salva e' Donatella che si occupa delle colazioni e delle stanze .

Adotterei un letto ad una piazza e mezza anziché a due, per guadagnare superficie di manovra ed eliminerei l'armadio per un piccolo stender anche aperto, ma che mi desse un po' di scrivania in più.
Una nota eco in più potrebbero essere dei dispenser per la doccia.
La colazione è servita in una veranda spaziosa e luminosa, molto carina e ben disposta. Molto cortese la signora che provvede allo sparecchio. Molti prodotti confezionati, c'era un po' di tutto, anche della frutta fresca.

Wir waren sehr zornig darüber das wir angelogen wurden. In der beschreibung wurde ein Restaurant und eine Bar versprochen. War keine.!!! In der umgebung was auch geschrieben wurde war auch nichts !!! Und dan wir kommen an und standen vor geschlossen Tür. Telefonisch wurde uns mitgeteilt wo wir unseren Zimmerschlüsel haben.Aber musten erst warten da uns jemand die Haustür aufmachte. Dort wollen wir nicht mehr hin!!!!!!

Siamo arrivati di domenica abbiamo dovuto telefonare alla proprietaria e ci ha fatto il chech in per telefono....dopo circa 10 minuti siamo entrati nel fabbricato e sempre a telefono con la propietaria ci ha indicato il posto segreto di dove dovevamo prendere le chiavi per poter accedere alla camera.la nostra camera ...piccola,bagno piccolissimo,pulizia zero e non esagero ho conservato le foto.
Colazione minima,terrazza panoramica inestistente tranne un balcone grande che affaccia alla strada con esposti i dovuti contenitori dei rifiuti e nessun ristorante in struttura.non mi prolungo oltre.....

struttura nuova, pulita, posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il teatro greco. buon rapporto qualità prezzo. note negative: nessuno ci ha accolto all arrivo, ma poco male ci è stato spiegato tutto per telefono (compreso le carte d identità inviate tramite whatsapp!). La proprietaria, non proprio cortesissima, ci ha fatto pagare una tassa di soggiorno doppia rispetto a quanto mi era stato quantificato da Hotel.com... e mi ritrovo adesso sulla carta di credito 8 euro in piu da pagare e non so perchè....

Na a´rea do hotel há poucos restaurantes próximos, mas como estávamos de carro não foi problema. O estacionamento no local durante dias úteis é concorrido, sendo facilitado fora de horário de expediente do comércio. Não possui serviço de atendimento fora do horário normal de expediente, esteja preparado para ligar para o número de telefone que consta na reserva, pois na portaria do prédio não há qualquer orientação.O hotel na verdade ocupada parte dos apartamentos de um prédio, sendo muito frequentado por grupos de estudantes. O café da manhã é simples e com economia no que tange a sanduíche e manteiga.

É um B&B mais voltado à estudantes, pelo menos foi enquanto lá estive, Café da manhã fraco, com reposição sempre dependendo de pedido. Espaço para o café da manhã insuficiente para quantidade de hóspedes. Quarto sujeito aos barulhos e movimentações dos quantos ao lado e acima. Tem que combinar hora de chegada para o check in pois corre-se o risco de chegar e não haver ninguém para abrir a porta, como foi o meu caso ao chegar num domingo ao meio dia.

Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und sauber. Grundsätzlich kann man dort schon ein paar Tage verbringen.
Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Ob die Zimmernachbarn, die Straße vorm Haus (gut befahren) oder die Kaffeemaschine, die auch schon mal gg. 5 Uhr morgens benutzt wird, man hört fast alles.
Frühstück ist italienisch aber ausreichend (kleines Zeitfenster) auf dem Balkon/ Terrasse. Das ist im Herbst schon mal etwas kühler.

No nos dieron la habitación específicada en la reserva, era bastante mas pequeña.Nuestra reserva : habitación triple superior con 24 metros cuadrados., 1 cama doble y una individual...la cama individual era una cama plegable. El servicio es de un B&B y el desayuno muy cortito y comenzaba muy tarde (a las 8 horas). Tuvimos que contactar con Hoteles.com. para que nos facilitaran una habitación mas adecuada sin llegar a ser la especificada en nuestra reserva. Nos hizo que abonáramos el importe a la entrada y quería retenernos los D.N.I. durante 24 horas!. todo esto después de una situación bastante desagradable. Tenemos larga experiencia en hoteles y esta fue muy desagradable.
