This is a very well located hotel, there is a big shopping mall next to it, affordable, convenient, value for money, breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. There are some areas in the hotel, including rooms that seems outdated, modernisin them will make this hotel a truly 5 stars hotel.

I told the reception I didn' get any uograde, and his excuse is no room available which I knew is lying. I can my floor is almost empty. I told them the air conditioning in my room is not working, they didn't even apologize and aiad they will find someone to fix, but no body even check before thw time we left.

However:
1. Carpet in the hallway of our floor had a very bad mouldy smell (and there a small heating device on the floor during summer that was on).
2. In-room cooling system was keep on reverting to 24 degrees and room was feeling very warm and humid. I have overwritten that to 22 degrees but then it was reverting back to 24 again. I’ve called the reception and they said they will fix that from the central system but half an hour later again the same thing happened.
However:

The check-in was swift. Reception was very friendly and multi-linguistic. Rooms were very spacious, we booked a Suit for initial few days then booked a normal room to extend our stay and the duty manager Mr. Otku was courteous enough to give us free upgrade to the same Suit and also offered us a complementary dinner which was commendable.

Room needs a lot more attention than what it has had . No working air conditioning. Broken bath grab rail. I told reception of these problems upon leaving. Also the bath had a glass shower screen which was permanently fixed to the lip of the bath which meant it was extremely dangerous to alter the water temperature without falling into the hot bath . NOT GOOD . Also there was no ‘Do not disturb / Clean room’ card to hang on the door.

this is my 3rd stay in that hotel. staff were very helpful and nice. they helped me pay for my taxi when the driver would not take a credit card, left me a chocolate platter as a welcome gift on check-in, rooms are clean and well kept, the food was very good both in the restaurant and breakfast options alike. the location is ideal, and the price/quality ratio is very good. highly recommended for business or personal visits to ankara.

2 Gece konakladığımız CPAnkara kış ayı olması nedeniyle klimalar sadece sıcak durumda çalışmaktaydı ve oda sıcaklığını düşüremedik, ertesi sabah durumu bildirdiğimizde odamızı değiştirdiler Club Junior Suite den Club Suite odaya aldılar bizi ve daha büyük bir odada sıcaklık daha az rahatsız etti. Club Oda seçmemizin bir nedeni de Lounge'u kullanmaktı. Ne yazıkki club oda sadece club katında konaklama olanağı sunuyormuş. Otelin Nöbetçi müdürü büyük bir ilgiyle bize konaklamamızı mümkün olduğunca daha rahat ve daha güzel geçirebilmemiz adına İkramlar yolladı odamıza, bukadar ilgilenilmesi açıkcası hoşumuza gitti daha büyük zincirlerin otellerinde çok daha az ilgi gördüğümüz durumlarla karşılaşmıştık daha öncesinde.

the staff were very helpful and nice (they helped me order food, made custom drinks, translated a few things, airport shuttle.....). the location is perfect, a nice park is directly in front of the entrance and the mall is on a few minutes walking distance.
a few things can be improved. no 'do not disturb' sign available in the room. there was a smoking smell despite being on a no smoking floor. the shower needs some works. but those remain unimportant things. their Wifi needs much improvement.

Selecting CPAnkara Hotel was definitely the right choice, as they didn't only met the expectations, but they have exceeded it.
The hotel is located in a very good location. Next door you will find Ankara's largest shopping mall and the metro station.
The room are larger than average (based on European standard), clean and equipped with anything you would need. The furniture is good but little old and need to be replaced.
Last but not least, the working staff were super cooperative and professional. They made my short stay perfect. I would like to thank every one working in CPAnkara hotel, the receptionist, prime restaurant staff, House keeping, and the management.
