family holiday

convenient location of the hotel. across the road is the beautiful Cleopatra Beach. There are many shops and bars nearby. the hotel is big. the internal area is not big enough for such a hotel. food at the level of a three star hotel. there were days when there was a special dish on the menu. but in principle, the hotel is three stars. The reception staff is not friendly. no desire to go back again.

Plenty and excellent variety of food.

The layout of the hotel into several blocks was a good idea keeping noise to a minimum of people around.Beds were quite hard but this seems normal in Turkey Food choice was excellent although the guests queuing seemed impatient to wait behind others.It was irritating that exta services seemed to be pushed in an all inclusive hotel.Information on what was included was provided on a sheet at reception on request.The chefs are to be commended and also the chambermaids.I would particularly like to mention one of the young bar men who was also a footballer,who service was excellent who was genuinely friendly.

The stuff was not friendly at all they didn't help us at all everything you need you have to pay even for wifi service also the food was not good and not fresh and whatever we need they didn't help us and you couldnt invite any friend to the room if you invite someone you have to pay .. it was terrible hotel

1- close to beach

4- clean hotel overall

Cons:
1- Wi-Fi didn’t work even when I paid the extra fee (I got refunded)
2- it’s a little overpriced for (all inclusive) stay
3- gym area was really in bad condition (couldn’t enjoy my workout - lack of lightings- some equipments didn’t work- dirty (found two dead cockroaches) also the gym is in the spa section in the basement so every time I went to the gym the staff would try to sell me their packages which I wasn’t interested in at all (that was a little annoying)
4- it’s a family hotel so kids can be a little loud in the pool area

My experience in tas hotel

The location of the hotel was fine.
The receptionist guy who works in the evening he is not helpful. I told him to change the bed as we booked and he didn’t change it, after two days i meet another receptionist and told him either you change the room or give me my money and let me go so in that time he changed my room.
The food was fine, its just the same food as the dormitory for universities.
The stuff who is giving the food was nice.
The cleaning of the room was bad.
The owner of the hotel he pry for money. You have to pay everything. Even if your stay was all included.
The time for the spa was too bad only two hours in the morning and two hours at night.
So I personally will not stay there again at all.

Sea view is gap between in front hotels :))). cost every night 10 pounds, furniture in bad condition, no doors, dont slide correctly, lying mattresses, no shower gel. Food very cheap low selection. Free wifi lobby only. But sunny and warm and blue sea :)

Well we had 3 rooms booked, we arrived at approx 21/30 and I was told my room had a “technical error” and had to wait another hour. This wasn’t great after a 4.5 hour flight and a 2.5 hour drive from the airport

I got the room and I kid you not when you opened the balcony door it basically opened out into their terrace bar, tables right next to it, everyone just sat there.

They had no other rooms so I just shared with my friend.

Also no food after 21:30pm only soup which is served for half an hour at 23:30.

WiFi was terrible kept dropping in and out

And also there is free parking but they don’t have a carpark or anything so leave your car at your own free will!!

Well i was disappointed first of all no facilities or any activities for kids even though it was noted on the property.. the food was tastless and the same especially breakfast every day the same and some food was from the previous day. Wifi very weak.. no body lotion or toothbrush. Very loud at night.. but the room is ok and clean and good location but there is no parking.

we were put in a very bad room for 2 days .

W e were given 3rd class room for 2 nights than on our request given a decent small room but room service was unbelievable bad. Bed sheets were only changed once during our stay and also fresh towels were given every 2nd day also shampoo and soap were given to us after 5days complaining to the manager.
Food was never good and we survive only eating chips and soup.
Staffs were polite and friendly only.
We would not recommend our friends to stay there or anybody else.
Star rating only 2 Stars.

Good location and facilities

The concierge was accommodating despite the considerable difficulties in sending e-mails to the front desk. Dinner was great, breakfast was very good. The noise levels and timing from the outdoor activities - especially the \"good morning routine\" were a major negative though.

Such a big disappointment

The hotel is displayed to look all fancy and everything but when you actually get there, the hotel is really small and cramped. the hallways are really narrow and the main lobby is really cramped too. I went to this hotel with my two children to find there were no other families with children, only seniors and not only was that a disappointment but no one hardly spoke English too. The swimming pool too wasn't in use. This resulted in me checking out early moving to another family-friendly hotel with my children which was way better than Tac Premier. I also wasn't given a refund on my early checkout which was a really big disappointment too.

A perfect stay

We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it.

And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day.

The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff.

We downgraded us from a room with jacuzzi to a room whith balcony. A good choice.

Overall including the incident at checkin it was perfect and I am already planing my next stay there.

Otel ücretine göre gayet makul bir otel. Sıcak yemekleri çok çeşitli değil ama aç kalma gibi bir durum kesinlikle olmaz. Fiyatına göre kıyaslarsak yemekler gayet ideal. Tatlılar ise daha çeşitli ve lezzetli. Plaja ~5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Sonuç olarak keyifli bir dinlenme için tercih edilir.

Das erste Zimmer was wir bekommen hatten war alt und in der hintersten Ecke des Hotels. Außerdem war bei der Tür ein ca 2cm großer Schlitz. Nachdem wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben war es zum Teil besser. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, die „Terasse“ war genau auf der großen Dachterasse. Es saßen immer Menschen auf der Dachterasse und es war sehr laut. Der Duschkopf spritzte in alle Richtungen und der Duschvorhang bedeckte nur die Hälfte der Dusche. Nach Aufforderung wurde der Duschkopf getauscht, durch den nicht ausreichenden Duschvorhang stand das Badezimmer dennoch immer unter Wasser.
An einem Tag stand nach dem Putzen die Balkontür auf und 2 mal kamen einfach Menschen ins Zimmer, einmal um eine neue Minibar zu bringen und einmal weil jemand nebenan seine Karte verloren hatte und gesagt hat unser Zimmer wäre sein Zimmer

The all inclusive food was surprisingly good. Good selection of meat, veg. and fruits and cakes. The Staff in the restaurant were outstanding and friendly also the staff in the pool and garden bar were very good.
Pool area was nice,although there was a bit of the German reserve your sunbed with a towel early morning going on but that is not the hotels fault.
SPA was nice and welcomming also the juwelery store located at the hotel was good.
The reception were staff were not very helpful. you can only get one key per room. We ordered lunchpacks the day before our departure as we had to leave before breakfast time. The reception noted it down on their pad but didnt actually order it for us. So we left the hotel hungry without food. Our order for pocket wifi arrived but the reception didnt notify us, when we went to ask for it the next day, they just said, oh yes it arrived yesterday.
Rooms were ok. Beds a little on the hard/firm side. Balcony was too hot to sit on as the aircondition unit was placed here and let out very hot air. The general condition of the room was worn. Cracks in the tiles in the bath and the showerhosehead didnt have a proper holder on the wall for it. Resulting in water on the floor outside the shower. Cleaning was good, but we did have a day in each room were the cleaning just didnt show up. But when they came they did a good job.

Das Personal hier ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Badezimmer benötigen eine Instandsetzung. Bei uns war der Lüfter defekt, der Fön hatte Kabelschäden und die Farbe an der Decke blätterte ab. Wir würden das Hotel nochmal buchen.

Gutes Stadthotel, ABER...

Gutes Stadthotel, reichhaltiges Mittags- und Abendbuffet, Frühstück ebenso gut. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, bis auf den Herren vom Hamam und Spa Bereich.
Der wollte das ich unbedingt ein Wellness Paket kaufe da ich ansonsten nicht in die Sauna oder ins türkische Bad dürfte. Und mir dann zu unterstellen, das ich kein Geld habe und es mir nicht leisten kann nur weil ich nicht in der Stimmung war mich von jemand unfreundlichem massieren zu lassen, hat mich dann aber schon sehr gewundert. Liebes Management, reden Sie mal mit dem werten Herren und bringen ihm bei, wie man in einem 4,5 Sterne Hotel mit den Gästen umzugehen hat...

Hyvä Hotelli Kleopatra Beachilla.

Sain tosi ison huoneen.Parveke uima-altaalle päin.Bileet altaalla loppuivat aina ennen klo 23 ja sen jälkeen oli rauhallista.Todella iso uima-allas ja Kleopatra Beach on melkein kadun toisella puolella.Erittäin hyvä ruoka.Netti on huoneessa maksullinen ja aulassa ilmainen.Hinta-laatusuhde huikea.

Veldig fint hotell men trenger noen endringer

Hotellet var i midt i byen og det var en kort 2 minutters tur til stranden som vi likye veldig godt. Hotellet var veldig rent og rommene var også veldig rene med rengjøring hverdag og de fylte vann i kjøleskapet som var fint. Treningstudioet lå ved spaet så hvergang jeg gikk for å trene så prøvde de å selve meg spa pakker hele tiden som var litt irriterende men jeg endte opp med å kjøpe en av pakkene som jeg er veldig fornøyd med, takk til masøreren vår Deni! De i resepsjonen kunne ikke engelsk så godt og det var bare valg mellom rusisk og tysk som var litt dårlig. Hotellet er også fullt med russere som ga deg dårlige blikk når du gikk forbi som vi opplevde som veldig irriterende. Frokosten var veldig grei og rimelig.

Catfish hotel.

Jacuzzi virkede ikke. Ingen parkering på opholdsstedet. Maden var under middel, morgen eller aften det er ligegyldigt. Samlet set er stedet OK, men mangler rigtig meget.

Hotellets bygninger spærrer for solen. Der er kun en time til to hvor du kan sole dig dagligt.

J ai séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel.. à part le personnel qui est vraiment serviable, beaucoup de choses restent à améliorer..

Repas: très peu variés et assez radins dans le service. Pas de serviette à table. Les boissons sont au bar donc vous devez chaque fois vous levez pour d abord vous servir à manger puis aller à l autre bar, de nouveau faire la file pour avoir à boire

Wifi: payant (3$/jour) très mauvais réseau

Ambiance : pas d animation de soir et hôtel très bruyant.

Commodité : la plage est vraiment très proche (1min à pied)

Отель на свои звёзды.

Неплохой отель, со слегка устаревшим номерным фондом. Был в первые дни после открытия, на 4 корпуса было занято всего 15 номеров. В плане еды было мало мало выбора(думаю, потому что только открылись и мало людей), но было все, курица, рыба, мясо, неплохие десерты

Værste ophold

Det var det værste ophold nogensinde, maden smagte forfærdeligt og det var faktisk grunden til vi valgte det, fordi det var all inclusive men jeg har aldrig prøvet noget der er så slemt. Servicen var også ringe hvergang du bad nogen om noget kom de ikke med det, udover at vi fik beskidte håndklæder. Vi havde en flot udsigt men pga. Deres maskine til airdondition ligger lige ved altanen kan man slet ikke klarer at sidde derude da det føles som en sauna. Udover alt dette, gør msn brug af deres lille fugtige elevator hvor man næsten ikke kan trække vejret i.
Jeg synes ikke det var en 4 stjeners oplevelse men 2 stjerner max og havde forventet meget mere som skuffede mig.

Toilette und Fernseher waren kaputt.
Wurde leider nicht repariert nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung.
Haben nach 2 Tagen dann ausgechekt.
Leider kamen die nicht entgegen und mußten den vollen Preis von 7 nächten zahlen.

Alanya!

Hotellet ligger sentralt u Alanya, Kleopatrrastranden. Ved beach 10. 2 min å gå til Beach 12 som vi får rabatt på ved å bo på dette hotellet. Hotellet er rent og fint generelt men jeg syns at selve hotellrommet var skittent, tror ikke gulvet ble vasket noen gang på 12 dager!
SPA er helt fantastisk og gode rabatter om man legger opp et program. Hudpleieren er best, og hyggelig. Dette er mitt fjerde opphold på dette hotellet.

Stor Skuffelse

Vil ikke bo her igjen. Er vår 9 ende gang til Alanya men har aldri blitt så skuffet som nå.
Er ett dårlig 3 stjerne hotell, langt fra 4.
Ble møt med kaos ved innsjekk og ble totalt oversett og måtte vente på rommet i 3 timer.
Kom til rommet så var det knust speil, blodflekker på baderomsdøren, shampoflekker på dusjveggene og det verste av alt sengetøy med skitene flekker på.
Rommet til Barna hadde ikke fungerende AC og det ble vist liten vilje til å fikse denne.
Maten var langt under det vi tidligere har opplevd i Tyrkia og det du ikke spiste opp til middag havna i lunsjen neste dag. Smakløst og kjedelig.
Dårlig engelsk bland personalet og alt foregikk på rusisk eller tysk.
Det mest positive var at det alltid var ledige solsenger.
ALDRI tilbake til dette hotellet.

Otel 4 yıldız olarak gayet güzel.havuzu oldukça büyük,yemekleri güzel,odalar gayet temiz .bira verdikleri bardaklar bile oldukça kaliteli.
Amaaa......otelde animasyon yok. iki kişi bazen gün içerisinde mikrofonla bir iki laf ediyor.işleri güçleri akşam için kendilerine kız ayarlamak ve alanyada bedava olan diskolara 10 usd karşılığında para ile müşteri götürmek.(Biz kendimiz yürüyerek gittik aynı diskoya bedava) rusyada yaşadığım için için oteldeki tüm rus misafirlerle sohbet ettikki otelde zaten 50 kişi flan rus vardı.Konuştuğum kızlardan animasyoncuların çıkma teklif etmediği kız göremedim.
Otel gece müdürü için ap ayrı bir parentez açıyorum.gece havuz başında ruslarla oturup telefonda müzik dinlerken sinirli şekilde yanımıza gelip müziği kapatın müşteri şikayet ediyor dedi.(müzikte telefon müziği bu arada)
Onun dışında yüksek lisans yapmak için gece diskoda gündüz garsonluk yapan mehmet beye çok tsk ederim.
Bu otele ilk kez 2018 ekim ayında gelmiştim bu gelişim son ve üçüncü kez gelmiyecem.

Bra opphold og sentral beliggenhet. Stort utvalg av mat, men mye smakte det samme. Fint bassengområde og bra utvalg med is i \"istiden\". Negativt er at man må betale ekstra for strandseng og parasoll, samt et lite stykke å gå til stranden. Vi hadde booket rom med havutsikt og betalt ekstra for det, men førte til mange koselige ettermiddager/kvelden på verandaen, hvor man så på livet.

Greit hotell - kommer gjerne igjen

Greit hotell nær Kleopatra stranden. Vi var 2 venninner der i 14 dager. Utsikt mot sjøen. Frokosten var flott. Middagen ble litt kjedelig og mye det samme som ble servert, spiste derfor middag ute stort sett den siste uken. Servicen i matsalen var upåklagelig, hyggelige mennesker. I resepsjonen derimot var ikke alle like imøtekommende.
Renhold på rommet var greit, men kaffekoppene på rommet ble aldri byttet eller vasket. Ei heller ble laken skiftet. Sengene var veldig harde. Positivt at det alltid var påfyll av vannflasker på rommet.
Vi prøvde også en av massasje pakkene (pakke 1) som de tilbudte, veldig fornøyd. Bestilte på bakgrunn av den 3 dager til med 1.5 timer massasje. Takk til våre massører Deni og Halil!
Strand nr 12 var tilknyttet hotellet, en fornøyelse, med trivelig vert Ali, alltid smilende og positiv.
Vi er alt i alt fornøyd og kommer gjerne igjen.

Fikk først et kjempedårlig rom, med avflasset tapet! Fikk byttet etter 2 dager til det jeg hadde bestilt, men uten noen beklagelse. Kjempekoselig serveringspersonell, men hotellet bør ha en policy på at det ikke er lov å legge an på gjestene. Slitsomt å være kvinne der! Sure personale i resepsjonen! Grei all inclusive m velsmakende mat, men litt lite variasjon og dessuten veldig utplukket på slutten av måltidene.

Maden var ikke noget særligt noget af det samme mad kunne blive severet 2 dage i streg. Der var ikke noget steak eller rødt kød Kun sårn noget som kylling og kalkun. Desserten var stort set det samme hver dag. Det var okey.

Værelserne var super fine og rengøring var perfekt. Dejligt og komme til et rent værelse.

Det skal siges der næsten ingen smilende personale på hotellet vi kan næsten tælle dem med fingrene dem som var smilende. Udaf et stort personale var der stort set kun 5 smilende og som hilste. Chefen af hotellet kunne man aldrig få et smil fra han så sur ud i alle de dage vi så ham eller gik forbi ham.

Başta resepsiyon görevlisi sema hanıma beş beşlik bir teşekkür ederim. Konuşması ilgisi görevinin bilincinde olması müşteri ile dialoğu tlf ile konuşması ilgi ve alakası için binlerce kez sema hanım efendiye tekrar teşekkür ederim. Restorant ta görevli hüseyin bülbül beye ve furkan adlı delikanlıyada özellikle ailece telekkür etmek istiyorum. Otel gerçekten çok güzel personel harika personelin hele tüm insanlara yardım etmek için çırpınmaları koşturmaları taktire şayandı. Taç otel harikaydı. İlkfırsatta gidebileceğimiz harika bir tatil yeri.ayrıca hotels com biletimizi aldığımız internet sitesinede binlerce kez teşekkür ederim.

Hotellet hadde bra lokalasjon, nært til alt. Rommet var ikke rent, stuepikene forstod ikke engelsk, vasket først etter kl 16,,,

Hotellet ligger super godt i tæt på centrum og tæt på stranden.

Hotellet er ok til prisen, god service god mad pæn bemanding til at klare restaurant belastningen. god service og hjælpsomhed.


Værelserne er lidt slidte og kedelige, men udmærket senge og badeværelse, dejligt at der var køleskab.
