It was a fabulous property and well located, all the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy.

This was an interesting property, we visited over the holidays which must be a quiet time because everything was closed, including the restaurant. Once we figured out where to pick up our keys, everything worked out fine. Breakfast is provided by a nearby bakery which worked out fine. The location was very convenient for us so no complaints. I wish we had a chance to see more of the town but nothing was open.

Hotel is lovely and picturesque. Room lovely and bed very comfortable. I arrived too late to try the restaurant but the lady kindly gave me a glass of wine to sit and enjoy prior to going to bed.

Diagonalkroen Is a little remote if staying for Lego/Lalandia, a 20-min & DKK350 taxi being our only travel option. The motel style rooms near the car park can get very noisy. Otherwise clean, very friendly.

Good room and building but no service per se
I was not happy that the instructions for check-in stated that you must contact us prior to arrival since we do not have a check-in front desk. There was no email address and no phone number stated along with these instructions. I did find a phone number further down in the documentation. Considering people come from all over the world with different phone plans, I think you need to have an email address to give to people so they do not have to call. Maybe there is one that I missed. I had to call you which meant turning on my telephone roaming service which in cost $16/day. We arrived to find an envelop with my name on it and the access number to the room. Breakfast was included that started at 8:00am but we had to leave at 7:30. I have previously stayed places where if you have to leave prior to breakfast, they will put together a small bagged breakfast for you. This did not happen. During our stay, we never saw a single person associated with the hotel. We arrived at 5:00pm and left at 7:30 the next morning.

Great location in the middle of town in the middle of Jutland. Good food. Lovely part of the world at a sensible price. Comfortable room, good parking: close enough to Billund for it to be called an airport hotel to my mind - I'd definitely stay any time I'm flying from there.

Alt var virkeligt dejligt, og meget hyggeligt og for det som vi skulle var placeringen perfekt, det tog aldrig mere end 15-20 min at køre og det var godt, jeg tror det eneste som man kan pege på som var mindre godt, men som for os ikke var et problem, var at værelset som vi havde, ikke havde sit eget wc, og måtte vi derfor bruge et fælles wc, men det havde mindre at sige for os.

Dejligt hotelværelse. Der lå en kuvert med mit navn i receptionen, da vi kom. Der var ingen til at tage imod os. Vi mødte faktisk ikke noget personale, andet end en enkelt kvinde om morgenen, da vi spiste morgenmad, men det var okay. Give er en hyggelig lille by. Vi kom dog om eftermiddagen og tog afsted igen næste moegen.

En kro der slår sig op på maden i centrum mad men ikke har plads i restaurant. Det nærmeste pizzaria er OK men ikke når forventningerne var noget andet.

Vi skulle med fly fra Billund og tog en overnatning ,da vi kommer fra Lolland og skulle meget tidligt afsted ,hvis vi skulle nå vores fly ✈️👍 . Det var en dejlig oplevelse ,meget venligt personale ,vi fik 2 værelser , et ovenpå og et i gårdhaven 🙈 men inden vi fik tænkt os om kom værten og tilbød os værelser ved siden af hinanden , ( tak for det )

Korridorens golv knakade betänkligt när någon gick därute och golvet i rummet gungade lite dessutom då, så man missade ingen trafik i korridoren. Det fanns rum \"på marken\" med en liten uteplats. Ta ett sånt! Annars var rummet rent och fint med bra, om än mjuka sängar. Restaurangen hade enbart ett alternativ, en två rätters meny som var både bra och prisvärd. Frukosten hade alla basala saker, men hade bra kvalitet.

Heureusement que c'était une nuit de passage.
J'avais téléphoné pour une arrivée tardive. On m'avait dit que la réception était ouverte 24/24. À mon arrivée, tout était fermé. Il a fallu que je rappelle pour qu'on me donne un code de déblocage de la porte. Ma clé m'attendait dans 1 enveloppe. Chambre qui pue qui donne sur les aérations de cuisine, plafond bas, salle de bain qui sent mauvais également. Le lit est confortable et j'ai bien dormi les 5H que j'avais à passer avant de prendre l'avion.
