Firstly, incredibly easy check in process. In and ready to go to our rooms in under two minutes. Secondly, lovely and clean rooms. The mattress was a little firmer than I'm used to, but I still got a great sleep nonetheless. Shower pressure could have been stronger BUT I still managed to get a satisfying shower. Thirdly, breakfast was delicious and the gluten free options were very good! Lastly, distance to the airport was incredibly short, so you didn't have to spend the whole day figuring out travel to and from places.

All in all, the staff were fabulous and the hotel was a delight. Can't recommend enough!

This is a great alternative to those in town, given you do take care for your transportation from there to everywhere, since the nearest point is the airport itself, even parking your car is available but at some good walking distance.
Otherwise very good hotel.

the room was very nice and clean. despite the outside being under construction, due to expansion, there was no noise to bother us. breakfast was delicious and was easy to find an available table. the Lego bricks to play with was great!!

Useful to have so close to airport and not noisy enough to affect sleep. Limited food options for dinner but breakfast had good variety. Very slow elevator, we opted to use the backstairs instead. There was luggage storage but they charged $15USD per bag, and it was pretty much self-served with a door code to a storage room with no security check when you retrieved it later (someone could easily have taken your bag)

Brilliantly close to the hotel - took me 3-4 minutes to get there walking from outside the airport. Some building work going on outside so not the most beautiful entry but that will no doubt t be sorted soon. Very quiet and clean - breakfast is the usual continental - nothing special but perfectly fine. Room was clean, shower was very strong which I like. Only issue was tea/coffee or even water in the room.

Major work outside the hotel. The hotel did not mention this when booking a room. Rooms have no amenities at all, not even a kettle for hot water. Very basic!

They have a nice kitchen, but they don't effectively have a restaurant. You order and pay with your phone and then wait 1-2 hrs and don't receive silverware...no one checks to see if everything is to satisfaction...it's like food to go with no service. We didn’t try the breakfast, but that is always self serve anyway so no problem. Also, the toilet and shower are combined which isn't ideal.

The first room we were given had ants everywhere and they were crawling all over the bed. They do provide a second room, however, the first person we interacted with was less than friendly. The second room did have dead moths in it, but by that point we were just tired and didn’t want to move again. Overall, if you want a convenient place to stay before an early flight, it’s decent, but other than that I would look somewhere else.

I stayed many times at this hotel a few year ago when it was called “Zleep Hotel” and had good experience. but this time it was disappointing because the shower was broken that I couldn’t take the shower. I showed the staff the photo of broken hose and I had to check out for my appointment. however no has had reached me after almost 3 weeks for this issue, even though the staff promised they would.

Reception provided us with a refurbished, clean, modern room, with a great view. Helpful staff converted bedding and towels from single use to a double. Restaurant service good and very friendly staff. The first time we have stayed overnight at Billund airport and would have no issues about further visits to Airport Hotel. A friend of ours, a regular stayer advised us what to expect.

We flew into Bill and late at night and it was pouring down rain. It was fantastic that the hotel was so close. We just needed a place to rest our head for a quick night for an early day the next day. It worked out fine for that, very suitable for families.

Billund in general seems busy yet sedate and the hotel was no exception. Easy walk from the airport. Quick check in. Didn’t get my double bed request but putting the two singles together at least stopped my arm drooping off the side. Room fairly small but sufficient for the amount of time spent in it. Very soundproof (or neighbours were quiet!) Free City Shuttle runs once an hour - worth getting the 9am bus as it tends to be quieter, even if you get to Legoland before opening. Bus stops at main attractions and hotels. Luggage storage is in a secured room but self-access by asking at reception for the card, so some trust involved. Lovely food. Billund is relatively small so if I came again I’d try another accommodation but have no issue recommending this hotel.

Located right by Billund Airport itself, it was a real help to be located nearby, as I had a 6am flight the following morning.

Whenever I’ve stayed here, the staff have always been super friendly, and the comfort all round is superb. Will always recommend it to friends and family, as it’s worth every penny paid.

Booked a room with one bed, got a room with three beds cramped into very small space full of sharp objects. In general very dangerous room, you need a helmet and safety shoes to walk around, especially in the dark. Breakfast very poor, no scrambled eggs or bacon. Poor air-conditioning as well.

I stayed at the Airport Hotel, Billund, which was very convenient for my early flight. The rooms were small and basic, with no frills. There were many families with kids, likely returning from Legoland, which made the atmosphere lively. It’s an okay place for a quick overnight stay but nothing special if you’re looking for more comfort or amenities.
