Really lovely stay, location is great, atmosphere from the pub, staff were really warm and relaxing. Room was nice, comfy, the hallway outside had no light at own door which made it tricky to find key, but really minor but would be great to add. However no issues and had such a great stay, ate dinner and breakfast in the pub and the staff were attentive, food was great. Would 100% stay again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all fabulous, so helpful and attentive, friendly and very welcoming.
The food is excellent, delicious breakfast with so much choice and variety and the restaurant and bar menu was perfect and again delicious.
Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We initially had some problems working the the bath taps ( a nice water temperature was difficult to achieve and they were difficult to turn off fully) but we got the hang of it and a plumber was due to call to fix it.
The gardens are very pretty and there is plenty of parking.
We would definitely highly recommend The Leagate Inn and would love to stay there again

We had a great stay at the Leagate Inn. Check in was pleasant and we were showed to our room which was lovely. The bathroom was in great condition but there wasn’t any bath mat or grab rail in shower area so it was quite dangerous when wet. The rest of the room was good although the vines outside windows need a trim. The only issues we encountered was that a number of the common areas had badly worn and grubby carpets, which need to be replaced.
We ate here and the food and service was great and the restaurant was full, so it is obviously very popular with visitors and locals alike. We would have no hesitation in returning but would hope the carpets would be replaced in these common areas, as it doesn’t do the rest of the place justice.

A very friendly welcome by all the staff, on a busy Easter weekend when they were all rushed off their feet. The room was very comfy, lovely large bed. The floors were a little creaky but it's an old building so to be expected. Lunch was very tasty, homecooked food, plenty of variety.

The property itself is a beautiful old Inn, offering large rooms and with a very well-mannered young staff. However, it is grossly overpriced for what if offers, aka an Inn in the middle of nowhere. £120 for one room (we've been given the £110 room for some reason) n-o-t including breakfast, and a £15 pound surcharge for dogs which is not disclosed on Expedia. So all in all £135. Dinner was good but management needs to do some work on the main fireplace, as the air near it was hardly breathable and that can become a health hazard not just for the clients but mainly for the poor lads behind the counter.
The heating in our room's bathroom was not working, nor was hot water from the overhead rain shower. The garden is literally filled with dog poop.
Advise to management, I hope part of my £120 will be used to better maintain such a beautiful property.

The rooms are above a country pub. We were given a suite which was extremely roomy and also had a bath within the the room, as well as a separate shower room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The thing I noticed was the quiet that night. Very refreshing. I would recommend this property

We loved the Leagate Inn! We stayed in a dog friendly room for 2 nights. We couldn't fault anything; it was very clean, comfortable & cosy. Staff were all friendly & helpful. We had breakfast both mornings which was freshly cooked & delicious & dinner on Saturday evening, also delicious & service was excellent. We loved the decor & comfortable furnishings & there was a lovely atmosphere. We visited Mablethorpe & Skegness where we walked along the beautiful beaches. This is a lovely country hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was breakfast. There is a large outdoor seating area with a children's play area. Our room was large and comfortable with plenty of hot water for showers and baths.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its not often you find little gems like this but our recent two night stay was a great experience in so many ways. The period building and timber beamed interior is fantastic, with open fires throughout, and add a food menu that belongs in a top line brasserie and staff hospitality and friendliness that you've probably not encountered before. Add a huge immaculate bedroom and en-suite thats been decorated and furnished to a high and tasteful standard then the whole package is something to behold.

Booked it as it was close to RAF Coningsby as I was visiting the BBMF and the following day the museum at East Kirkby . Literally perfect location for that. I was expecting a tidy little pub room . How wrong was I ?! I had a fantastic room , The Revesby , which overlooked the hotel garden . The bedroom and bathroom were both superb . I cannot rate the staff highly enough , friendly , helpful and efficient. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, a superb meal . The bar has a good range of beers. The full English breakfast the next day was one of the best I’ve ever had . I would absolutely recommend a stay if you are in the area .

Check I at The Leagate Inn was warm, welcoming and the start of some great service. Although the property is old and characterful, the decor is contemporary and fresh. Lovely shower room to and plenty of storage. The only down side for us (for our stay in the Summer) was that the hot water pipes ran under our floor, making the temp quite high. It would have also helped if the room upstairs had a carpet, as we were woken a few times with the neighbours walking around. That said, the service from the relatively young management and staff was exemplary, as was the food. Breakfast was imaginative and superb, as was dinner. Quality produce matched with superb cooking and delivery. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Don’t often recommend as highly as this, so surprised myself!

Stayed in the Millenium Suite for 2 nights, spotlessly clean, spacious and luxurious. Delicious food, had breakfast and evening meals on both days. Food fresh and there were 7 of us for both evening meals in the restaurant and all dishes were piping hot and arrived together. Staff are very attentive, friendly and go above and beyond, excellent customer service. Would definitively stay again.

The accommodation generally very good. The room heating came on at certain times. Room was cold. I asked for heating to be put in, it wasn’t. When heating did come on, one room radiator didn’t work. Room was ground floor, there was a suite snd corridor above. The floor birds creaked and the suite floor very noisy. Otherwise, a really nice place

Stayed here for one night last weekend, and we had an amazing stay. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and luxurious! We took advantage of the bath in the room and had a good soak after being out in the cold all day.
We also are at the Inn, the food was gorgeous! Though i must admit, we over-ate it was that good! We had a couple burgers and desserts, everything was just so good! Worth trying the cocktails too! Kinda wish we were able to sit in the older side of the building, but it didnt dampen our experience.
