The room was nice, it was clean, however, the towels need to be replaced, they are very worn and discolored. Also, the pillows were super hard, they need to be replaced as well. We understood we could help ourselves to breakfast, but the coffeemaker was hard to figure out how to use. We had to rely on another guest to show us how to use it and it turns out it had not been cleaned.The owner’s father would show up in the morning but would not speak to us, not even a good morning. We thought that odd. The owner was very responsive through WhatsApp. Also, it was a bit confusing when we first got there to figure out where the hotel was as it was on the fourth floor through a dark entryway.

The owner was responsive when we texted or communicated, however the person on staff who came in the morning was rude, non- communicative and of no help at all.
The towels were old and dingy and the bathroom leaked water. The pillows were horrible.

In general a good experience

The positive: very good location, walking distance to old city without the hassle of traffic or parking. The room looked modern and clean. Same as the lobby and common areas. Breakfast had good variety.
Not so positive (but not bad either): building itself not as pretty as the inside of the B&B. It is inside a condominium and lobby area is a bit run down and dark. Check in process, though not a big hassle, requires a bit of communication (calling a phone number and waiting rather than getting straight to a reception). It has free parking nearby but sometimes was full. Tip: Be aware they have like three properties Ma&Mi in town, check that you enter the correct one in the Maps app. In general a good experience.

It is not easily accessible there was no one there when I arrived and this was not explained when booking. I had to send a number of messages eventually the host arrived he was not very welcoming the lock on the room was difficult to use and inside the room the shower smelt when I first switched it on, the shower attachment fell off, the towel hook fell off, the remote control didn’t work. I didn’t feel comfortable to say anything because the host was not very approachable. There was a balcony but you could not use it as there was an extractor of hot air. In the evening after having dinner in town it did not feel safe to walk into the building alone it was very dark entrance and you have to use a lift to the floor - the building is surrounded by scaffolding and looks like it is under construction. It is not like it is depicted by the online website.

I had a great stay at this B&B! It’s very close to the main town which is great because we were able to walk the whole city of Cefalù. I also enjoyed their breakfast that they served every morning with coffee included. The room itself was super comfortable and the balcony was definitely a great view to wake up to every morning. The host is super helpful and answers very quickly when we needed help. All in all, great experience!

The host was very responsive, and was accommodating about a change in arrival time, as was the front desk staff. We chose this location based on parking just outside the old city. The walk to the duomo took about 10 minutes, downhill. Parking is free but is first come, first served. We waited a few minutes for a spot to open. The room has a balcony.

Unfortunately it was not a positive experience for us. We found the property services were not as advertised (or, we find the advertised information misleading).

We chose this property because in its listing mentions \"luggage storage\" among its services, but when we requested that upon checkout, we were told that it was only possible to store the luggage until 12pm (i.e. just for 1.5 hours after the check out). Therefore, we had to invest time and money to look for and get this service elsewhere.

It's a little thing but it can negatively affect some travelers plans. I think it would be fairer not to advertise this service, if it's not possible to commit to it.

On the positives, the room was clean and the staff was kind. I would recommend it, if you just need a place to sleep.

The property does not have any parking reserved for hotel clients. It is basically a public parking and anyone can park there. So if you there isn’t anything, too bad! Also, indications to get to the check-in desk aren’t clear and it seems that it is located in a typical apartment building. Other than that, rooms were pretty decent.

The second single bed was teeribly uncomfortably!! We had to sleep three in one bed. Very dissapointing. In addition the building is under construction and the balcony view was obstructed. We should have been informed ahead of time. The worst thing wea thw single bed. Staff was nice Room clean. Shower drainage was poor and water flowed out making a mess.

Last minute booking for one night in Cefalu. Cute little place. The exterior and main lobby of the building looks like a forgotten office from the cold war. A tiny elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the B and B is located. You enter into a common area where they have a kitchen and breakfast facilities and the check-in area. My room was located on the far side of the common area and was big and spacious with a nice view of the ocean. Very quiet at night. The bathroom was small but functional. Perfect for a solo traveller overnight. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Bonus was the free parking lot...a rarity in Italian seaside towns! I arrived at two in the afternoon and found a spot right away. Short walk into town and the beaches. Cefalu is very cute. Wished I could have spent another day here.

Very kind and welcoming staff, modern and comfortable room, great location very near the historical center and an extensive, tasty breakfast. Parking was right in front and free; there's a lot of turnover in the lot so you rarely have to wait long (we didn't have to wait at all). Nadia and Mirko were great. We loved this place, and Cefalu' is a terrific little city to visit and spend some time in the area.

GREAT PROPERTY CLOSE TO OLD TOWN

Great property with everything you need. About a 10 minute walk from the old town. Was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Management and staff were very friendly and we felt part of the family. Great breakfast with a wonderful variety of goodies, cereal, yoghurt, homemade fresh cakes, jams and breaky sandwiches. We loved it being Australian we loved a sandwich instead of sweat pastries every day. Would highly recommend, great value for money and great spot!

Low level B&B near central area

The good:
1. Close to central area
2. Clean
3. Good breakfast

The bad:
1. Paid extra for an ocean view (see photo) but only saw scaffolding and netting. They should not advertise and charge extra for the view during construction!
2. Shower did not drain and water was up to ankles
3. Waited 30 min. for parking but none was available and had to park 3 blocks away
4. Manager was very rude (other customers have said the same on their reviews...it is true). \"Instantly\" defensive when trying to give feedback. He obviously is not management trained in hospitality.

We will not return here and feel for the money we can do better. Don't like the false advertising of sea view room charged extra for during construction, this shows a lack of integrity by the management.

The B&B is nice on the inside but the lobby of the building and the outside of the building are really run down. We arrived at night and the lobby was dark and no one was at the B&B. The place is on the 4th floor and requires a trip in a very small elevator.
There is a parking lot behind the building, which is convenient.
The hotel is up the hill a bit so be prepared to walk a bit from the beach.

Spent one night here. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the fresh fruit salad. The service let it down. We paid for a superior room but were given a standard room by mistake. The owner was not friendly at all. I noticed that he didn't introduce himself or ask us anything about ourselves. After giving some basic information about the area, he barely spoke to us again. His son realised the room mix up and offered a room swap but by then it was too late and we were getting ready to go out. I would recommend this b&b for comfort, location and value for money but it was lacking in service and care.

The facility is not a good qualiti. It is a flat of private people transformed inapropriate. You can hear al from the next door neighbors. Also the bathroom voices. Be careful because they have two facilities and they will put you in one or the other, but the second one is very far away. The wi fi didn't work.

Not to be put off by the frontage of the building which does not look at all hotel like. At the hotel itself all was bright airy clean and everything worked. The rooms are off a central communal area and someone is always in attendance. Breakfast was excellent a great choice of foods and some family home cooked choices.A little confused at the payment process which took place without me. Loved Cefalu great choice of restaurants and very friendly people.

Myself and my boyfriend had a great stay here that catered to all our requirements. Situated just outside the old town and 10 minutes walk from the beach this B&B is in a great location with free parking and offers great views. The breakfast was nice and varied and we had a welcome drink and cookie on arrival..... the whole ambiance was modern and stylish with great character and the rooms were very clean. Their was a power shower with various settings which is a real bonus when you have long thick hair to wash! A little fridge in the room would have been really handy in such a hot season, but that was just a very minor point. However the real bonus was the friendly family service, all of whom were available to give advice regarding tourist activities and restaurants etc and just to chat to generally. An amazing place and we wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Nous avons adoré Cefalù. Nous n'avons pas vu les proprietaires une seule fois en 3 jours. BB ok mais rien d'incroyable , aucun petit déjeuner inclu à partir du 1er novembre alors que ça disait sur expedia qu'il y en avait un . Un gros warning inutile sur les serviettes de bain , qu'ils vont nous charger 15 euros par serviette si nous faisons une tache dessus alors que les serviettes etaient dejà jaunes d'usure du temps. Hall d'entré un peu special . Endroit ok pour jeunes aventuriers.

This is a very nice B&B we stayed for 5 days. We got a room with balcony with view over the city and ocean. Very clean and nice. You have the sun in the afternoon on your balcony. Nice to see the sunset. Located perfectly 10 min walk to a really nice beach and 7 min to old town. Mirko the owner is very friendly and speak and write good English. We came by car and it is possible to park the car. You should hurry to book your room. You would not regret it.

We were surprised to find on site that it was not a hotel but a b&b with few rooms. In addition, our balcony did not overlook the sea as it had been written in our reservation. To add insult to injury, the entire exterior facade was covered with scaffolding and canvas making the balcony impractical.

Les - : B&B un peu industriel dans un immeuble d’habitation (à 120€ la nuit, comment font les gens qui veulent se loger ?)

Zeer fijn verblijf, zeker met Alberto als buur (wijnshop).
Vlakbij de binnenstad van Céfalu dus zeker te voet heel makkelijk te bereiken. Mooie stad en fijn appartement.
Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, voor iedereen wat wils. Het personeel was in het begin niet echt vriendelijk, maar na verloop van tijd kwamen ze wel los.

Unter normalen Umständen sicherlich eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit guter Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten, sauberer Unterkunft und einem normalen Frühstück. Allerdings hatten wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der Sicht gebucht, das BnB wird nur leider aktuell von außen renoviert, sodass die Sicht eingeschränkt ist durch ein Konstruktionsgerüst.

Un très bel accueil et la chambre était propre, confortable et conforme à la réservation. Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux. Également, juste à côté du B&B il y a un stationnement public et gratuit. Dans l'immeuble il y a un ascenseur.

Le quartier est calme. Et il est situé à 10 minutes de marches du centre historique, de la plage et il y a un bon choix de restaurants. Nous recommandons.

Ho alloggiato per 1 notte, prezzo molto alto per quello che offre.
101 euro per un camera matrimoniale a settembre.
Interno della struttura pulita e moderna, personale educato e disponibile, buona posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi.
Pessimo il palazzo esterno e interno.
Pessimo il parcheggio gratuito, affollatissimo.
Colazione deludente rispetto al prezzo pagato.
Prodotti buoni fatti in casa personale molto disponibile però pochissima scelta.

Accueil très sympathique par Mirko avec des explications sur la ville au moyen d'une carte montrant les endroits à visiter. Chambre spacieuse, bien agencée, propre et bien équipée. Petit déjeuné avec un vaste choix dont une partie préparé par la mama.
Un très bon endroit pour visiter une ville charmante.

Acceuil chaleureux et belle vue !

Accueil de Mirko très chaleureux ! Chambre spacieuse et belle vue sur la baie de Cefalù :-) petit point négatif c’est que la chambre n’est pas très bien insonorisé et le lendemains au petit déjeuner, un groupe d’italien parlant fort nous a réveillé.

La chambre est très agréable dans l'ensemble, cependant nous avions payés plus cher pour une vue sur la mer qui à finalement été une vue sur l'échafaudage...
La propreté des lieux , le confort et le bon petit petit-déjeuner ont été gâchés par le mauvais accueil de Mirko qui ne comprenait pas qu'on puisse arriver en retard!il n'a pas hésité à me disputer!
Nous avions été un peu plus haut car il y a 2 hôtels au même nom et logo!!et arrivant finalement à l'hôtel impossible de se garer car même s'il y a écrit parking gratuit dans la réservation il faut se garer \"à la sicilienne \" et ne pas avoir peur pour sa voiture de location car il n'y a qu'un seul parking gratuit dans les environs!
Alors un bon conseil soyez à l'heure!
