A great stay.

We had a great stay, good room with comfy bed and pillows. It is an open shower with no door or curtain, so the floor/bath mat outside the shower gets soaked, no matter how careful you are. The garage is very tight to get in and out, and the slope doesn't help but if you can't find free parking close by, it is a safe option at €10 per night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The city centre is an easy, pleasant 15 min walk. There is also an excellent restaurant at the marina, across from the hotel.

It’s been actually pretty bad. I’ve been stuck in the elevator which was scary as the call for help button and speaker didn’t work. It was only a man shouting on the other side trying to get in who alerted a staff member when I called for help. The man eventually came through the speaker giving instructions in French, not very helpful, and then didn’t alert me to when the lift would start again. The tv has no English channels and the internet drops out every 20 seconds, so you can’t watch anything on your phone screen either. It didn’t connect well even on the first floor in the gym either (my room was on the 5th). I discovered after getting out of the lift and telling the male receptionist (who didn’t seem to care) that there was also no food as it’s a Sunday, and only a small overpriced supermarket might be available. Lunch and dinner was a large bag of crisps. Not even a sandwich provided to guests, when they presumably know things are closed on a Sunday. Unfortunately I was unaware until it’s too late. I would certainly want a refund for getting stuck in the lift.
The room was clean.

I’d requested a room with 2 single beds for a father and son in our group. The hotel reserved a double bed. Their solution was to suggest charging us extra for a room with 2 beds. Despite a long negotiation, the receptionist insisted it would be an extra Euro50. No flexibility shown.

Only spent one night at this hotel but have only great things to stay about it. Front desk staff was able to check us in a little early. The rooftop pool is clean and a nice to have on a hot day. Lots to do in walking distance, restaurants, shops, sight seeing etc. Rooms were clean and the hotel restaurant has friendly staff and well priced meals.

We stayed just one night after flying in from Paris. This hotel has comfortable beds, a nice balcony, kind service, great rooftop view with a delicious breakfast. We left our bags durning the day as we explored the city before heading to Calvi in the late afternoon. I would stay here again for sure.

We spent our last night in this hotel before returning on the ferry to mainland Europe. It was a good plan (I'll take credit :) as we could see our ferry arrive and not have to wake up too early nor waste time waiting. The harbor entrance is 50m from the hotel.
The hotel is fine, clean, comfortable bed, etc. and the A/C was a very welcome break after three weeks in a tent. Breakfast at the hotel was fine---nothing special but good enough. The location is super; out the door, turn right and walk 50 meters and you enter a very charming part of Bastia. We were here on a Friday and if you get the chance, I highly recommend a FR evening in Bastia. Music, the restaurants and cafes full, just oozing charm and flair. We loved it.
Not mentioned on the hotel's website is that there is a large, FREE parking space almost right behind the hotel. Worked perfectly.

Great location a short walk from the town centre, the railway station, the old port & citadel & with views over the harbour & the ferries. Our only minor gripe is that our sea view room was noisy. - car & ferry traffic audible even with windows closed. Everything else was fine!

Lovely business type hotel very convenient for the centre-ville and port. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent rainfall type shower. The ladies at reception were charming and very professional, but friendly. Good TV and Wi-Fi and restful beds.

Really good, reasonably priced hotel.

We found the hotel to be a very pleasant place to stay. The hotel is modern and either recently built or refurbished because the room, bathroom and all public areas looked very new and have a simple, modern look.
The bedroom was a good size, with a huge and comfortable bed and all the useful additions - tv, kettle and a decent sized safe. The shower was good and the bathroom looked showroom fresh.
We also found the staff to be very helpful.
The road and port outside are quite busy but the double glazing does a good job at blocking out all but the most egregious noise and we had no issues with noise inside the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the ferry port and a 20-25 minute walk to the centre and the old port.
The only downside was the very small entrance to the underground car park - my A3 would not fit - but there is free car parking available opposite the hotel.
We did not eat or drink at the hotel.

First visit to Bastia by elderly brits. We stayed for 6 nights and found just enough to do for that period of time, using the little train and local buses and walking locally. We found the locals lovely and friendly and enjoyed eating at the sea front restaurants and bars, particularly at 'The Pub' where the food is great and portions more that adequate.

Hotel situé a proximité du centre et du vieux port ( 15 min environ). Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain correcte. Préférez une chambre coté montagne car coté mer, l hôtel étant situé au bord d’un rond point, il y a plus de bruit.

Rebord de la piscine souillé par des dejections de goélands. Suggestion: remplacer le verre plastique de la salle de bains par un équivalent verre plus ecoloqique.

Il est tout à fait déplorable même si ça n’est pas non plus une affaire d’état de revenir une heure après son départ pour récupérer son chargeur d’iPhone et de vous entendre dire que la femme de ménage n’a rien trouvé dans la chambre alors que vous aviez laissé en charge votre tel toute la nuit … l’ayant acheté la veille à 60 eur … vous vous dites que vous ne reviendrez plus dans cet hôtel ….

Mooie ruime kamer, min puntje kwaliteit slaapcomfort. De matrassen liggen op een plank. Daardoor kraakt het bed en ligt het niet comfortabel.
Tip: ga in centrum ontbijten. De 15 euro in het hotel is het ontbijt echt niet waard.
