It was fine... There was a lot of construction... my main issue was that I was \"Double\" charged for a meal at \"Ritas and Fajitas\" restaurant... When I was checking out, I noticed it... and there was no one who could help me... The front desk clerk sent me to the restaurant... but there was not a \"Manager\" on duty... Long story short... it was a \"Hassle...\" and took a way too much effort by me... The \"Customer\" to get this taken care of... in fact... as of this date... 11 March 2026... I do not know if I have been refunded... I would not recommend this establishment...!

The room was clean but it took almost 30 min. for the water to get hot in the shower and the construction/remodel workers started drilling and cutting really early. It was pretty loud in the mornings

Our room was very old. The shower head was so plugged it was only a mist. It was not as clean as what I expected.
They serviced our room and broke my husband cologne, it leaked all over the counter and they then put the top back on to make it look like nothing happened. They didn’t bother to wipe up where it spilled so all of my things on the counter were soaked.
I won’t book there again.

The room was dirty. New updated rooms are advertised, but I guess ours missed the the renovation. Not enough outlets for phone chargers. People were up all night yelling in the halls. This was supposed to be a no-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. The pool is seasonal only, so closed for the season - I'm not sure what the resort fee was for, as everything was closed. We left the sign to clean the room up and they just took our towels and didn't give us more, we had to call and get them from the front desk.

We asked for non smoking and got a room on the casino floor. Daughter has bad allergies so she was miserable. When I asked to switch rooms they said there wasn’t any and I would have to check out and wait for a room to be ready. We were planning on staying till Monday but due to allergies we left early.

Staff was nice but had a 3 night stay and room was never cleaned once despite having the sign on the door requesting it. Housekeepers were in room before ours cleaning when we left for the day so we know they saw our sign on the door. You may have to call front desk if you want it cleaned but we would get back so late we couldn’t do it at that time.

The staff is so friendly!
The room I stayed in didn’t look like the bathroom floor was mopped. There is mold at the corner of the shower where the wall paper is lifting. The room was dusty on the wall hangings. There were lots of fingerprints on the door handle to enter/exit the room.
Overall, my stay was pleasant. It would just be nice for cleaning staff to pay more attention to detail.

The check-in process was poor. The agent was not rude, but very indifferent and short.
The rooms were clean, but the mattress was not comfortable, I woke up with a back pain numerous times during the night and the pillows were hard. The alarm clock USB-C adapters to charge your phone and they didn’t work. When we complained, they changed our room and the other one was the same. The restaurants were mediocre at best. After I checked out of our room this morning I tried to get coffee and bagels at Einstein bagel. They don’t take cash and they don’t take credit cards only charge your room.

At check in, I requested one of the remodeled rooms, I was told it would be an extra $25 per night charge. That was never mentioned when booking online. So of course (knowing from previous stays) my room had only two dimly lit lamps that could have been from the 50's. A shower head than felt like needles on your skin and when your done showing your standing in 3 inches of water because the drain is not draining!

Wow. In the most understated way I could say it; just wow. We were way over charged for our stay with countless ads at the elevator and lobby and even on the site to sign in for WiFi claiming how you can get all these things free and have your “resort fee waived” if you stay during the 250th celebration. Silly us. We booked earlier and through hotels.com so not only could there be no resort fee waived but we had to pay more than double the resort fee. One through casa Blanca and one through hotels for each night. Two rooms double the fees. Cool. No pool. No microwave. No coffee maker. And we were welcomed into our room to find someone’s inhaler and a sock in one room and our other room had a few empty Zyn tins next to the bed. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and amenities at casa Blanca and really the over charge and extra fees with hotels.com. It will definitely change how we stay for all of the scheduled times we need to be traveling soon.

They advertised upgraded rooms so for the price, I thought we’d at least get that, but we didn’t. They also removed the cafe and ice cream place down stairs which was highly disappointing. We paid a lot of money for nothing to be available to us that was advertised. I don’t think I’ll be back.

We stayed on the first floor and I am pretty sure the sheets were dirty, there were massive stains on the bedding and both my kids and I broke out in rashes. The resort itself was perfect, but the rooms that have not been remodeled yet left much to be desired.

The only complaint we have was we had booked a couples massage at the time of our hotel booking, which was weeks in advance, they called us the morning the day before the massage to confirm, then called back 2 hours later to cancel our appointment telling us they didn' t have any therapists.....what was the point in booking the massages in advance, and confirming the appointment the day before the massage, only to have the Spa cancel the appointment on us?

That said, it could really use some updating and it would really be nice if they could isolate the smoky casino air from the air in wing of the building with guest rooms. 99% of people do not want to have to smell cigarette smoke in their rooms.

The room was unsanitary. We moved from one block of two rooms with hair and stains all over the beds to another two rooms that were equally as disgusting. The bathroom was seeping water up from the floor which caused large bubbles of filth all over. We had to cover the bathroom floor with towels and when we pulled them up they had brown stains all over.

The pictures posted on your website by no means matched the actual property. The front fountain was empty, the pool was closed (the kids were upset about this) the hallways were dirty, and our room was comparable to a one to two star motel. There was no coffee maker, no microwave, and a very small refrigerator. We will not be coming back.

This place needs a facelift. The room was very dated and dark and not very clean. Stains on walls and bed spread floor in bathroom was grungy No complementary coffee. Paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I don’t like giving a negative review but a Casino that makes this much money can do better!
