This is an inexpensive option in the Athenian Riviera walking distance from the beach of Glyfada. The staff told me I got an upgraded room that was very small, the AC was not programable, and its bathroom looked like a US motel type. The parking mentioned is either on the street or in front of the hotel and the advertise roof garden restaurant/bar was reserved for a private event the evening I wanted to dine there. It is good for a couple of days before you sail from the local marinas.

Clean room, nice staff very helpful very attentive. My only issue was not a lot of options regarding the breakfast. And where the breakfast was being stored the hot holding area was not hot enough. However, despite that I would go back again.

The hotel is well located and the entry hall is quite nice but the room was not only outdated, bad quality and with minimal storage for clothing but the window faces a construction that forced us to keep the curtains closed. Thank goodness, the weather was great and because it is so well located (practically across) close to Glyfada beach, we didn’t have to spend any time in the room other than sleeping

We booked a room for one night after a cruise and were amazed by the staff kindness for letting us check in very early, provided water and free drinks at the bar and cleaned the room in between our errands.
We definitely recommend the place for a short stay after or before a cruise.
They also booked us a taxi to the airport and the food at the pool was excellent.

The road crossing is mot very safe once you are out from the hotel ... it's too dark to walk in the kight on your own towards gylfada centre it's very close to the beach but you have to cross a very busy road ...the swimming pool is very tiny the images were not fair .. staff was friendly and the rooms were clean

We picked this hotel to spend our last night in Greece before flying home. Might as well have slept at the airport. On a busy road full of construction work. The hotel was clean but the rooms were tiny. The food was so average. The roof top pool is more like a paddling pool, but has a full time life guard. The bar was ok, but right next to a building site where a sky scraper is going up so ruins the views. You can see the sea from the room, but with binoculars, over buildings. No where near worth the money.

The room was spacious, spotless, great bed and pillows and the bathroom/shower had great water pressure. We were overlooking the beach. Even though there was traffic outside no noise can be heard inside it is super quiet. The roof pool was amazing and the views from the the roof top level are spectacular. All staff were friendly, happy to answer any questions and help with go to places. It is a 5-10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and a great walk can be had along the beach. There is also a tram at the shopping district that can take you to neighbouring beaches etc. We will definitely be back!!!

The staff were superb, I had to stay due my father becoming ill and placed in a nearby hospital. The lovely man on reception on both mornings of my departure was so helpful and kind to me. I think a little kindness goes such a long way, especielly during quite a stressful time.
The bar staff were also super lovely and friendly, the bartenders music mix was perfect! The room on first night was fairly clean but not perfect. The 2nd night (in another room) was spotless. The bathrooms were tired and probably could do with a refurb and Im not a fan of nit being able to control the air con in my room as it was all \"centrally controled\" which i dont agree with.

However, bed was comfortable, pillows lovely, free water bottles in room and breakfast is included. The greek yogurt was devine!!!! I could eat that all day with honey and walnuts. The restaurant area was lovely, modern and clean as was the reception foyer area where you can chill if needs be.

There is c9nstruction work taking place so if you def need rest...ask to be away from the site.

Overall, i would highly recomend this hotel, the staff were so kind and helpful and that goes a cery long way with me. Didnt get to experience the pool area but the rooftop area was lovely.

Main disappointment was the bedroom. we got a slightly shabby room especially the bathroom. Other room of the same range were bigger and seems to be refurbished compared to our room. Room’s door were smaller than the other, at the end of a corridor. Small Bathroom and not very well organized. Fridge were on the wardrobe. We could not locked the french windows from inside. Paint on the wall was cracking…. For the price we paid more than 110£ per night i was expected something better …

The staff was very kind and helpful; the lobby is very modern and welcoming; and the breakfast is nice. The double doors keep out the sounds of the busy road in front of the hotel.

Our 4th floor room had a good view of ocean but it was frustrating that we had to hear pulsing music from the rooftop bar until it closed at 1 am. Also, the bathroom makes no sense. The \"countertop” is knee high and inches from the toilet for example. And there are no shelves in the shower, which filled with water, which caused everything on the floor to float around. The air is centrally controlled and we needed to call the desk to ask that it be lowered.

It's helpful to know that currently (June 2024) the tram to get near the hotel from the metro isn’t available. You may need to wait for the bus that may not be on time.

The main road was very noisy, too noisy to sit on tha balcony. The pool was also closed for maintenance. This was not noted when I booked. Expedia should have relayed this. I would not have booked this hotel.
I feel Expedia should refund part of the fee due to this,
Also transport was arranged, via Expedia, the return to airport suitcases could not fit into the sedan, so an extra taxi was ordered. I also had to pat for this. It was stressful and I expect a full refund. Please email any forms which need to be completed.

Only stayed for a day and 1night before our flight back to Canada. Clean nice hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating even though check in is at 15:00 they had a room cleaned and ready by 11am. Their rooftop/ pool restaurant bar is great. Location is great 10 minute walk to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Would stay there again.

Great location. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Even though we faced the main road, the balcony has double glass sliding doors which makes it totally quiet, i.e. no road noise.
The rooftop restaurant is good and the staff are excellent.
The tram stop is near to the hotel and it was very easy to go to central Athens, about a 45 minute ride.

Food at the restaurant is quite ok. The hotel is an rather distant location from the center of Glyfada. the nearest grocery shop is a 5 minute walk.....most transportation should be done by taxi or by the nearby tram stop

Good hotel close to beach and walking from Glyfada

A pretty well located hotel from Glyfada perspective. Close to the beach. Rooms with ac working fine. Only comment odd that the bathroom drain tends to smell every now and then. It’s not a showstopper but would recommend that the hotel looks into this as many people have made similar complaints earlier. Otherwise reception staff are nice friendly and offered me a late check out. There Is a nice swimming pool on the roof and breakfast Is quite good - food beer can be had at the roof. Perhaps overpriced owing to Posidonia.

Great location, only 5 minutes away from a number of clean public beaches. The hotel needs renovation, especially the breakfast area as I feel they are missing an opportunity. The standard of breakfast is not at the level of a 4 star hotel. The staff are friendly. You can’t really escape the noise from the road but the beds are comfortable and the view from the balcony is nice. The surrounding area, Glyfada centre and harbour is lovely and you feel relaxed.

We travelled for a wedding with 2 couples of friends with our children and the hotel did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable as possible, we were a crazy bunch.
Food was very good, we had more than we needed, from freshly pressed orange juice at the breakfast to the bar at night, it was 5 stars.
The service was very good with dedicated team from when we checked in to the check out: they ordered food at 23h when we checked in with kids, book the tour bus and we were collected at the hotel to visit. Shuttle to take us to the hotel, they even opened the top swimming pool for children (it is usualy opened in Summer)etc...
I will definely recommend, we were not disappointed.

Lovely hotel, close to beach. Great facilities, lovely rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. Clean and tidy and staff were very helpful and friendly. Allowed us into room early and also organised our taxi for airport when leaving. Close to Glyfada town with lots of shops and restaurants. This was just a perfect stop for our 2 days by the coast after our busy city trip to Athens centre.

Well located, EXCELLENT INTERNET! Rooms are well sized/airconditioned. No funny smell room 309 and 401. No mini-fridge but there is a safe. one USB wall plug. Hot water, clean bathroom, full breakfast eggs,bacon, potatoes and much more, strong coffee and available parking, overall very good. We would book again.

Hotel is overall clean and well maintained, but the staff took all its charm away. We stayed 2 nights and the cleaning team did not make up the room and did not change de towels. At the front desk, the man did not answer our request to at least change the towels since one of them was given to us stained. The young man at the reception was very friendly, but the rest of the staff at the front desk was rude and not helpful.

Hotel is ok, its right next to a major highway so things are loud at night. The restaurants are a 10 min walk away but not bad. I thought the breakfast was included but it wasn't and it was 9 euros a piece which we thought was a bit overpriced.

Our stay at the Emmantina was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleaning lady was sweet even though she doesn't speak English. The special lunches were very good with good selection at decent cost. Was disappointed the swimming pool was closed during our stay. The room was decent but some of the wall outlets in our room did not work. They had the best toiletries. I would have loved to purchase their shampoo/conditioner. Excellent quality.

First impressions count / welcome with a smile?

The hotel was OK. Roof top bar good, cleanliness of the rooms good etc

The breakfast was poor and we ended up going down the road to one of many cafes for a proper coffee and a great breakfast for the same price or less.

The hotel is on a main seafront road - 6 lanes. Fast noisy traffic that woke us several times each night.

The worst thing was the attitude of multiple reception staff - unbelievable. So miserable, unwelcoming and unhelpful. We were a group of 3 and each of us came away with the feeling that we were an unwelcome interruption and causing a problem when we asked to check in or anything else during our stay. It was so bad I wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel was great with the highlight definitely being cloud, 33 the rooftop pool bar. Roof bar with couches, tables with chairs and sun deck chairs with the pool being Ela êtes about ten stairs higher overlooking the sea with all of Glyfada hugging you.
While some reviews have focused on the noise it is a little loud at times due to the freeway but that’s the price for being right by the beach and it’s not that bad.
Superior room was modern and clean with a sidebview of the sea. While breakfast was better than I expected with coffee frappes included. Would definitely go back due to its great location and cloud 33.
