The property is beautiful. Lovely at night around the pool. Enjoyed dinner poolside several nights. Wonderful atmosphere and staff! Would come back and highly recommend.

Do not stay here! No access to a private beach (even though it says so), housekeeping ends at 4pm. No water bottles in the room. You cannot get extra towels or ANY towels after 5pm. Swimming pool.closes at 7pm...WOW! No in room iron. Not accommodating at all. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and stained. Should be steamed cleaned! One of our walls had a hole in it and they put an old invoice with a piece of tape to cover it up rather than fixing it. Blackouts were crap. Too short for the window. Not modern at all! Especially for Glyfada area and for the location. Run down, old, dirty, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Will not stay there or recommend thia hotel ever! Overpriced. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

It needs some updating but for a short stay it was fine. Most areas were updated. Halls had carpet that had stains and a bit of a smell.
The rooms were comfortable, washrooms were ok. Main pool was nice with good food.
Breakfast was great. A variety of options.

The best part about our stay was the pool area and the guys running the pool bar.

Maybe this hotel was 4 star back in the 80's - but that isn't the case as of today. It's just run down, the rooms are dated, the cleaning was at best ok.

Its a dated property. But the pool was great the atmosphere was amazing and fhe location was perfect. About 800m from everything including the beach. It is on a busy road so caution on walking there. We enjoyed walking the back roads

We chose the property for the location and price. It was clean but dated and the room smelled a bit stale. Also the lights in our hallway didn’t go on until the end of hallway so it was dark at night. I guess you get what you pay for. It wasn’t cheap but for the area it was in the more affordable options. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool. The included breakfast was decent. The service from the front desk was quick and efficient and they went out of their way to help us with our luggage which was appreciated. Area felt safe but could hear traffic at night. Was ok for one night but wouldn’t stay for an extended stay.

It was a stand out experience staying at this place. We arranged a later check out and we could use the amenities until late in the pm. Absolutely no pressure from the staff when at the swimming pool area, (you are supposed to have something from the coffee place there, of which however we made good use.)
After our bad experience in Athens, we feel that we can't really recommend Oasis highly enough.

We arrived late the night before our international flight home. The reason we booked our overnight stay at the Oasis was because it’s relatively close to airport (30 min drive & dropping off Rental car at airport) & mainly because it has a lovely pool & bar area. All I wanted to do the morning of the flight was have a swim & lay on a pool lounge before breakfast & then rushing off at 11am to the airport but sadly the pool is closed (actually roped off!) till 11am! You can imagine my disappointment when all I could do was look at the pool & watch the DJ set up whilst he played beautiful, relaxing lounge music… this would’ve added to my relaxation. Oasis management, I did make this suggestion as we checked out so please reconsider your pool opening times. We would def consider staying here again if this was reevaluated.

In a nice location - 15 mins walk from Glyfada town centre which had lots of shops and f restaurants. Literally a few mins walk from the beach and a bus stop right outside the hotel meant it was easy to get buses to the airport and into Athens. The Staff were very helpful and polite.

It was not worth the money we paid. The property is showing it’s age and needs upgrades to justify room rates. No toiletries in the washroom other than a refillable hand soap dispenser that doubled as shampoo. Staff not helpful with our luggage, only 1 luggage cart on site. The breakfast was ok. Large variety but the quality of the food was poor. The location of the hotel is very good and there is plenty of parking.

The room didn't even look like the one we booked. One renovated room on pictures, which we paid, another old, worn out and broken was given to us. Next, we go to the balcony, and we see the mortar fell off. Then, no water in the toilet. We reported to the reception, but nobody repaired it. We got a bucket to pour the water ourselves into the toilet! Then we had no hot water in the bathroom! Seriously? Can it be worse than that? The breakfast limited choice and basic food, in order not to use some stronger attributes. In Greece? The land of tasty food, bakeries, sweetest fruits? There was only cold milk, but no warm milk. Shoulder ham instead of real ham, only one basic corn flakes, no traditional spanakotiropita, no croissants, etc. Finally, the personnel, especially waiters who were very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Their only concern was to get the money, nothing else matters. The first word at the reception desk was - can I get your credit card, sir? The same in the garden - waiters seemed to be obsessed with receipts. No smile, minimum service, but very focused on delivering bills and taking care that everything is expressly paid. Really positive were maids, cleaning personnel. All respect to those ladies. Doing their job perfectly and always pleasant, with a smile. Thanks to them, rooms were very clean and tidy. Old, worn out, broken, non functional, without water, but clean and tidy.

My wife & I have just had a great time & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As others have said, there are a couple of compromises. It is next to a main road & can get noisy. However, the rooms are soundproofed & we can honestly say we've never slept as well as we did. Our room was a great size as well & well equiped. Some of the decor is a bit tired around the hotel, but it's very clean & absolutely fine. It's a short walk to the beach. Transport links are fantastic. And if you prefer to walk into Glyfada, just head towards the golf course & it's lovely & quiet with loads of restaurants & shops. Pool was gorgeous. Food excellent & staff are friendly & helpful.

The hotel was ideal for my family visit, the hotel staff were accommodating and helpful and being in Gylfada allowed us to see other parts of the area with ease. The food produced was quick and affordable so it made it easy to stay at the lovely pool side and soak up the sun.

I stayed here for a quick overnight to see glyfada and head to the airport the next day. A couple of points about the area. It’s a 45 min taxi and 50 euro drive from Rafina port to the hotel. It’s a 20-25 min walk to center of glyfada from the hotel. It’s a 35 euro taxi to the airport and about 30min.

On to the hotel. The staff was great. They set up a taxi to pick me up from the port on very short notice. They printed out my boarding pass for my flight overnight and I woke up to my boarding pass being printed. The set up taxi for me to airport aswell. The hotel dated and does have an odour to the rooms of maybe stale cigarettes. But in all honesty for what we paid can’t complain. It exceeded our expectations. I would recommend to someone who is on a budget to stay here. My room was huge. Had a massive bedroom and a living area and a small kitchenette. Listen it’s not the ritz. But you aren’t paying ritz prices. Great value was pleasantly surprised and would recommend for sure.

A pleasant, relaxing stay in February.

The entire hotel; apartments, lobby, breakfast room, pool area etc was clean and tidy. The rooms themselves were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Our balcony had a lovely view of the pool (not in use) and the sea (and the main road - not an issue for us).

All the staff were welcoming and helpful. There are many ‘outdoor’ cats in Athens which are clearly cared for by locals and this hotel was no exception. Good people are good to animals.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, definitely something for everyone and more besides.

COVID procedures, which are still in place at the moment, were clear, enforced and easy to follow.

I went back to Oasis as I had been there 3 years ago and I was quite happy then. This time around it was awful. We arrived and once unpacked we realized the television was not working. We asked to change rooms and we were not treated very politely. The cleaning lady told us that the new room had to be set up. I went to visit first and agreed to the room change. It was clear that the previous guests had only just left. The room was ready within 10 minutes. Kitchen with splatter all over the doors. Had to pack up again and unpack again in the new room. There went my whole first afternoon of holiday. Packing and unpacking. I also booked this hotel because it has a small kitchenette to be able to cook a light meal or have a cup of coffee. There was nothing in the kitchen. No knives, forks, plates, glasses, etc. I was told they were not giving them out due to the pandemic. I do not see why the pandemic is relevant. I ended up getting said cutlery. The breakfast was below par . Definitely not from a 4 star hotel.
The borders of the small pool for children and the jacuzzi (which does not work) were absolutely revolting. They were only cleaned on the day before we left (day 10).
Many guest do not wear masks in common areas.The carpets in all the corridors were disgusting. The bottom of our shower curtain in our room was disgusting. The TV did not work half of the time. The WIFI was awful. I ordered a breakfast before I left at 3 am. Never got it.
Not a 4 star. Will not return

The kids pool was never cleaned probably , the tiles were never washed, outside guest stayed by the pool that I couldn't find a lounge chair for myself as a paid guest at the hotel , so could not stay at the pool. My toilet seat was broken ,they came to see it and the 10 day stay no one came to fix it after two times of notifying them.

Service was really nice and helpfull especially the hotel manager - Stratos.
My room was very spacious and clean. Even a budget room has a balcony which is also a good thing. May be a little bit noisy as the hotel is close to the highway (you don't really see it much, but you definitely hear it). As many said here - the furniture and decor are pretty old and may require renewal.
Nevertheless I had a really nice experience with the hotel overall.

- Good location, close to Glyfada town center ( 10mins walk a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops ), beaches ( 5mins walk from public beach and 25mins from private beach ), easily reachable from airport ( X96 bus from the airport stops in front of the hotel ( stop at 4th Glyfada, for return download the app OASA telematics for live schedule ).
- Very pleasant and helpful staff.
- Excellent hygiene in this period of Covid19
- Nice pool well looked after by lifeguard
- Good buffet breakfast to enjoy indoor or by the pool
- Apartment with balcony, clean, in very good condition and way more specious than an hotel room. Blackout out curtain and double glazed windows, not carpet which is a plus. Comfy bed.

Do note that windows are not completely soundproof and you are next to the highway. It was not a problem to sleep but to enjoy the pool, it's definitely not calm. Saying that if you want to be close to the beach, you will automatically be by the highway.
Carpet in the corridor is in a very bad state, such a shame as the rest of the hotel is very well maintain.
I guess you cannot have it all but it won't stop me coming back and i would definitely recommend to stay there, great value, lovely stay.

Great hotel! Very nice and helpful people. Very nice pool. It was busy on the weekends with a lot of kids. But week days were so relaxing. Very nice apartment with kitchen and a very nice balcony with pool view. 10 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants. Simply wonderful.

Stayed for a week visiting family in Athens.
Room was really nice. Very spacious with a decent balcony and comfortable, large bed.
Kitchenette would have been ok but with COVID it was void of cooking equipment and crockery ( believe you could request some stuff). I only wanted cups for hot drinks.
Pool area was fabulous. Bit noisy the first days due to some large groups but was relaxing after they left ;).
Breakfast was ok considering COVID restrictions. One gentleman was always bringing us extra food - so kind.
Room cleaning was reduced due to COVID. I didn’t mind but think the toilet bins needs emptying every day.
My only complaint was the double standards. The Greek guests were not made to wear masks. One morning two British girls were refused entry without masks ( rightly so) then 10 mins later 3 Greeks rocked up after the closing time with no masks and the waiters said nothing and ran around serving them. Now I speak both languages so thought this was insulting. In the hotel there should be no exceptions. We all wear masks or no one.
Other than these minor upsets I would recommend .

Superior Apartment - Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good lighting, lots of bench space, ample power points, good selection buffet breakfast.
Unfortunately, very noisy as situated on main road - windows not sound-proof. Air-conditioning ineffective.
Some staff very friendly, others not so welcoming.
Love Glyfada area - close to beach, shopping village, restaurants, easy access into Athens either by bus or tram. We preferred the tram as it was more scenic and frequent. We purchased 5 day transport pass which included travel on bus, tram, metro - excellent value.

We stayed here in 2013 and 2018. Whilst being clean with very friendly staff our apartment this time was tatty compared with 5 years ago and in desperate need of updating. Lack of kitchen equipment for preparing anything - had to ask for a kettle just to make tea. And the most antiquated hairdryer I’ve ever seen! We enjoyed our stay here but were just a tad disappointed with the apartment. You are close to an excellent tram service to Athens city centre and its many fabulous historical sites. Local beaches are easily accessible too.

It stunk of bad odour the carpet was not vacuumed our whole stay in the apartment.
The sheets had stains .
The staff were so rude and not very approachable.
Overall don’t stay there not a good place even thou it’s close to the beach it’s not normal worth it.

The bathroom resembled something out of the 1980’s and was in dire need of a renovation. The hotel staff were friendly and provided good service but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. The carpet in the hallways was dirty too and needs to be replaced.

Hotel was overall very good, our room was modern, well decorated and had good fridge/cooker/ kitchen area. Air con worked very well which was definitely needed in July
Pool was 4 metres deep at one end so great for diving/jumping in and a couple of smaller separate childrens pools. Waiter service round the pool for food and drink, lots of shaded areas for when its gets a bit much and free pool towels
About 10 minutes walk to the nearest shops and restaurants but once you're there there is a huge choice of restaurants, retail shops, coffee shops etc which were not as expensive as I thought seeing as Glyfada is the Greek Riviera (bus and tram nearby if you cant be bothered to walk into the square or if you fancy travelling further down the coast)
We had a late flight out and we were given another room to use once we had checked out so we could really enjoy the whole of the last day and no charge. Staff/cleaners very helpful and accommodating, nice reception/bar area and decent wifi in most areas
Athens centre is a must to see the Acropolis and watch the sun set

Only negatives where the pool hours and lobby area. If you are going to offer family apartment style stays. Then the lobby needs more. Its far from any stores. Pool needs to stay open longer and their should definitely be a lobby bar.

Good location for exploring

Great location for using public transport. Bus into Athens very good and only costs 1.40 euro. Easy bus to catch for the airport as well.The hotel staff were excellent in providing valuable information on places to visit and bus tickets.
The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the one bed apartment with lounge was ideal for 4 people as a base to explore from.
Overall good value for money

This hotel is very conveniently placed to visit Athens but do not wish to stay in the city. The X96 bus from the airport stops directly outside the hotel, and it is a short walk to the beach, where there is also a tram stop. There are frequent trams both to the city centre and Pireaus. From the hotel it is also only a short walk into the centre of Glyfada for restaurants and many shops. We stayed in a standard room rather than a superior one but it was perfectly adequate although getting a bit tired. The downstairs area of the hotel including the swimming pool was excellent. The free breakfast was also excellent with a wide range of both hot and cold items. What we particularly liked here was the helpfulness of the staff who were happy to help suggest and plan day trips and also find bus times etc. On the morning of the last day of our visit and with an evening flight home the very approachable owner of the hotel, who happened to be in the reception area, said we could keep our room until the afternoon for no extra charge so we could come back and change before going to the airport.

Give this one a miss!!!

We knew of this hotel and booked because of a good experience but this time was a visit from .......
We arrived from the ferry and just wanted a shower and out to dinner. We got the keys and went to the room. It was a mess, beds unmade a tray of food on the tale and dirty towels. I went downstairs and spoke to the receptionist. He gave me a different room, 3 floors below. On opening it it was a very shabby room but had been cleaned, of a sort. Www started to unpack and I tried the beds. One was broken as the wooed slat was bowed !! Down I went again and given another room key! This room was next to a noisy family, with children screaming and running about with no parents around !!!! It had a shabby carpet, no kettle, no plates etc!! The receptionist was obviously getting fed up with me!!! after a shower in a mouldy looking shower we left, now 11pm to try and find somewhere to eat. In the morning I had to ring to get hot water to make us a cup of tea and then out to the pool. This was ok. The waiter was nice and helpful. However he went at lunchtime and we ordered a meal, very very expensive, and the new waiter brought it not in the order I asked and before we had finished asked for our money !!!!!!! that was the last straw. They gave us late check out free !!!! needed to as the whole experience was not what we had hoped for to beak up our return to the uk!! we will try another hotel next year!

OK for a stop

Cigarette smoke prominent throughout hotel, but no smell in our room. Furniture in adequate to suspect condition, sofa badly stained. Air conditioning deficient on hot days. Pool nice but crowded.

Close to Athens Riviera

Close to the Athens Riviera, walking distace to the center of Glyfada and transportation to the city. I stay there every time I go to Athens. The staff is friendly and helpful, all speak english.
Breakfast is served daily and has all the basics. The rooms actually they are small apartments are clean have a mini kitchen and a refrigerator. The pool is large. Two blocks away from a public beach. The path along the water is perfect for morning walks

Nice hotel, good location

The staff is nice and helpful, we had one problem with the cleaning staff as they did not lock our room properly so anyone could have came in. Luckily nothing was stolen but we have made a complain about it and the staff apologized but we did not get any compensation about it.
On the plus side, knowing the checkout is at 12pm we asked to have the room for a bit longer (our flight was at 9pm) and they let us have it for no extra cost until 6pm, which was very kind of them.

The room decoration is dated and would need a good refreshment but the comfort is ok.
I recommend to ask for a pool view otherwise you are on road side and it could be noisy as it's a very busy road.

The location of the hotel is good, not far from Glyfada center (10min walk), near to the beach and only 35-40min to Athens by bus.

The Pool and it's area are nice and clean.

I do not recommend the breakfast. (not a lot of choice and not very tasty)

A pleasant surprise

I booked this hotel the last minute, as our previous accommodation plans fell through. I have known the hotel for a very long time, as it has been in the same location for quite a few years. I was not expecting much, but I had no choice, given the last minute changes in our plans. It turns out it is a nice hotel. The room, although not very nicely decorated, had the space and the amenities that were needed. The beds were the best I have seen in a hotel of this class. Comfortable and really long. The breakfast was excellent. Everything you could imagine. For a stay in this area, I will definitely pick it against others I had the misfortune to stay. Keep in mind that I stayed at one of the renovated rooms, so ask for that.

There are new rooms with floors and older rooms

The older rooms smell and have mould. The new rooms have floors, very modern five stars! The older rooms are pretty disgusting!! Couches are black, carpets are dirty and smell paint is peeling off the walls.

This is a well located hotel that has seen better days. The staff are efficient and helpful. They made suggestions for dining and gave directions. Our room had a nice lay out with a large bathroom, bedroom and sitting room with a chair, couch, desk and TV. However the furniture is shabby and the carpet is soiled. The Oasis has a nice looking pool area and offers a pretty good breakfast. It is on a busy street and the noise could be a problem. We used ear plugs.

Close to the stuff we need

Staff good but the food was gross super expensive and the room super old the carpet horrible looked like somebody try to clean blood from there and the bed hard as a rock the washroom old. It's an aparment and didn't have a microwave we had to pay to warm food. Athens beautiful food great but the hotel not good at all. We wouldn't choose the hotel if we go back.

Communal areas good, location good; close to trams

Noisy hotel room whether it's from the crazy traffic outside or when the function room was in use on the ground floor; the noise travelled through the ducting in the walls...we could hear every word two floors up!
Breakfast provided a good variety, no complaints.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Communal areas were well maintained and clean, although there was green algae on the edges of the pool.
Room cleanliness was poor. Carpet old and stained, upholstery had seen better days and was stained. Beds were basic with noisy metal framework. Ceiling in shower room was stained and mouldy. Toilet seat was cracked. No kettle!

Excellent hotel within easy reach of Athens

Hotel is a bit dated but spotlessly clean. The staff are brilliant especially George who works in the restaurant /bar. The pool area is great and the restaurant is really good as well.
The tram to Athens is a 5 minute walk away and it takes 40 minutes to the centre of Athens. There are lots of good restaurants in Glyfada which is 10 minutes walk away

Very noisy road. Very welcoming place.

Very dated furnishings. Good shower. Loads of space. The main road was just so noisy. Very good swimming pool. Very good personal service:staffed by human people & not robotic sorts.Did not like the food at all:cheap quality. Rooms seemed unclean. However,all in all I would go there again but not in a room facing the busy road.

Short break on Athens riviera

Nice public areas and friendly helpful staff. Lovely pool with good cafe and bar service. Almost made up for the very outdated room in need of complete renovation. Still enjoyed a great 4 night break despite the view of the bins, traffic noise and lively Saturday night wedding reception below our room. Close to Glyfada beach and tram into Athens takes 40mins for €1.20

The hotel room needs a lot of repairs

The room was very outdated. One of the sockets was hanging off the wall and the bathroom was shabby.
The main part of the hotel is brilliant and the pool is amazing. The hotel is very close to a main road, therefore it's very noisey. However, the hotel is in close proximity to the beach and the the local bus and tram service.

Great location

The hotel manager is a great guy, he is available all day and very helpful.
There is a bus stop next to the hotel so you can easily move around in Glyfada, and you are only 30-40 minutes from the famous Syntagama Square in Athens.

Very old and dirty. Our bathroom sink wouldn't turn off. Kitchen is from 1975? Pool, lobby and food was good. Service was slow. Close to Glyfada, 30 minutes to the airport, and we only needed a hotel for one night/a few hours prior to our flight
