Esta vez tuve una experiencia lamentable en este hotel, donde me he hospedado durante varios años.
Al llegar, arribé de noche con tres maletas y nadie salió a ayudarme.
Un día abrieron la habitación a las 6:30 de la mañana para arreglarla; otro día, simplemente no la arreglaron.
El agua del baño no salía limpia y no había botellas de agua de cortesía para lavarse los dientes.
La única persona amable que vi durante mis ocho días de estadía fue el señor portero de las mañanas.
Para rematar, el último día no había agua para bañarse.
Al llegar, arribé de noche con tres maletas y nadie salió a ayudarme.

1) I was first given a room key which did not work. When I returned to front desk, I was told that there is a problem with the room, and given another room and another key.

Had a inconvenience with check in, the room that I had reserved was not available, but on the second day I was move to the right room. But it took two days for the correction.
The night of the check in after traveling over 10 hours to arrive at Bogota not only the inconvenience of not having the right room available I was awaken at 11:45 PM by the front desk to come down to the lobby to go over the room bill that I was over charge for the room tax. Their mistake! I suggested that we can fix that in the morning but I was told to come down immediately other the overpayment would take months to fix?
The front desk can use better tactics when dealing with customers, the reason for my flight to Bogota was to attend a funeral in the morning, that was my priority not to be waken near midnight to fix a error by the front desk.
Other wise the hotel and the rest of the staff was great particularly the housekeeper crew.

The Hotel location is very good, however it has serious issues with leanlines, the first day my wife found hair in the shower, we reported this to the front desk and they registered the issue, however there was no apology whatsoever, on the second night we found that the toilet was not properly cleaned, for a 4 star Hotel this is not acceptable. A minor issue was the TV installation, it was not leveled, it had a positive incline to the ceiling which of course was not good for a confortable TV viewing.

I contacted the hotel because we had an early flight so we wanted to know If we could check in early and they said yes that we had to pay half the room price which seemed fair but upon arrival they wanted to charge the complete day and were very rude. It’s an old and not berry clean property. They still using a regular key to access the rooms. No glass or ice/ice machine was available at the hotel. I asked them for, and the answer was that they don’t handle dose things. Also, no iron or ironing table was available. Service in general was very poor. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible hotel with rude front desk. We were turned away upon arrival after pre-paying for our stay through Hotels.com. The entire experience was a disaster. I'm not going to waste additional energy here explaining everything that made the experience terrible -- if you want to experience it for yourself then book your stay there.

Very misleading rating
Doing work all through the night on the property next door which kept me up. They at first gave me a quiet room but did little to maintain in - the AC vents were clogged full of debris that kept coming out and there were no working windows. Then after they fixed it had the audacity to turn me out and deny my package so I was left chasing it around ten city. If you want peace and harmony, I would not stay here at all.

This horrific passive aggressive management company is the worst aspect of an otherwise ideal, centrally located property. There are mites falling from every part of the facility due to horrible (zero besides the entry area where fumes come in) ventilation -ironicalky situated near a park. The stay started oof promising but got only 10x worse as they ignore solo travellers for couple and defer to large groups in exclusion of all else. tipoed generously as that is my waym Usually I also compliment staff that perform well. Only two people in this property were noteworthy in service ethic. And I am sparing the embarrassingly unforgivable incidents relating to noise, direct guest harassment and rudeness bordering on hostility (multiple interrupted conversations with front desk staff by managers and reports) and lack of proper patrolling the halls and grounds, not to mention the shortness in general in order to at least to compliment Andres in the breakfast service and above all Emilio the star of the show, without whom this debacle would have long ago collapsed. iMO, all the management should be fired immediately besides for Claudia the Housekeeping Manager. The full version of this review will be on Google where it belongs. I'm going to go be sick again now just remembering this place with. no windows and filthy vents.

The only thing I didn’t line about this hotel is the check in process. The system seems to be outdated and it’s very slow. It seems there’s a lack of communication between the staff members and no notes regarding rates or special requests are being recorded. There are 2 or 3 employees at the front desk but only one has access to the computer for check ins. Very slow and frustrating when there’s a large group checking in at the same time.

Do not waste your money here. Downstairs looks ok, Rooms look like a hostel. Bathroom is so simple and the bed with two people you feel like you are falling if you don't stay in the middle. Breakfast was so poor. the Arepa was old you can tell since it was as hard as a stone. The AC is dirty, the first night and I already has allergies and my throat hurts. The Staff is nice.

We arrived and one section of the hotel didn’t have running water. We got assigned rooms in the section that did but the rooms were smaller than we paid for and there was no elevator to get to them. At the end we talked to the manager and changed hotels. Terrible property. Don’t stay here.

It’s my third time at this hotel and this time I was a bit disappointed and a bit frustrated. Due to COVID the main block was closed which leads a weird feeling. As usual it was a bit cold at night the A/C is not reversible. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast: instead of the usual buffet it was a coffee, a poor plate of fruit and an egg. You have to beg for more coffee or a bread toast. Maybe I won’t come back the next time even if the staff is friendly.

This is a fantastic hotel. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and Airbnb apts in Bogotá and this is one of our favorites. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very very quiet. We were surprised that we couldn’t hear any traffic. This is been a problem in other places we have stayed.
When you look outside the window you see a lot of trees and grass and a walking/jogging path. Very Comfortable bed. The room was Very clean The lobby is also spacious and clean. Very kind and friendly staff. The manager was especially helpful when we checked out. He helped us pack our bags and groceries in the car, and was very friendly. There is a restaurant on site. We had a free delicious breakfast every morning. Very well located in a safe Part of town with shops, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and transportation very accessible. We will definitely be staying there again!!!

This place is amazing. Clean, in a great location and the General manager is fantastic. We arrived at 2am from the states and they had the room ready even with an extra bed for my son. The GM introduced himself to us the next morning provided us a late check out and gave us recommendations for Cartagena. Love this hotel:)

The overall service, conditions and food of the hotel is very good. However the receptionist attention received by Angelica is terrible and rather than poor. Second time in the hotel same poor quality received by this Angelica. As long as she is the one greeting guests in the Hotel not sure I will come back to stay in the Hotel. Requested to two people to meet with the Manager, he never showed up. Terrible this part of the hotel.

They put my family on the sixth floor and they make parties extremely loud on the first floor! They told me at 10 pm it was almost finished and then at midnight they said 2 am and I could change rooms but, that was not an option as we had to travel at 4:30 am!!! No one slept at all!!!
They have to be aware of this issue as my room vibrated from the sound and it is disrespectful for them to put you in that room and wait and see if you complain!
