honestly felt a bit bamboozled by the booking. The photos online clearly showed a sauna overlooking a hot spring, which was a big reason I chose this hotel. When I arrived, that feature simply did not exist at the property. It felt like false advertising, and that was pretty disappointing.
The only relaxation amenity available was a hot tub with no jets. It’s basically just warm water. For a hotel promoting relaxation, that was a bit of a letdown. Like… come on.
The room itself was alright—nothing spectacular, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a stay.
The staff were very quiet, but they were polite and respectful.
The breakfast selection was decent, but if you’re staying multiple days it gets repetitive pretty quickly. It would be nice if they rotated the options a bit, because eating the exact same breakfast every morning for several days isn’t great.
Overall the stay was okay, but the misleading photos online really set the wrong expectation, which ended up being the most disappointing part of the experience.
